It went very smoothly. They were punctual. Walked me through what they would be doing and answered my questions. They were done by the end of the day. Answered my additional questions. Very friendly and helpful.

Everything went great. I was impressed with Logan’s professionalism and employees from the initial sales visit and quote, to the actual installation. There wasn’t a lot of space for the new inside unit and there were some unknowns during the install, but the guys who came to perform the work did a fantastic job. They had to improvise and change some plans, but still were able to get the job done and done well.

I could not have asked for nicer or more professional workmen and the salesman as well. Aaron was courteous and presented with honestly priced options. The installation crew explained everything and worked efficiently and had the whole job completed in about 5 hours. That was the tear down and install and clean up. I had contacted others for quotes and Logan was not the lowest but they were definitely the best choice! Thanks for a great job!

We are extremely pleased with our air conditioner and furnace. It has just been installed for a week but I am already noticing less dust and less humidity in my home. Our old unit was installed in 1988 and gave up the ghost. We sought out several estimates on new systems but what sold us completely on Logan A/C & Heat Services was the personal touch. Most companies used email or texts to communicate with us but Logan sent a personal consultant, Zane Pockrandt, who sat in our home (which was quite hot) for over and hour to answer all of our inquiries. Again, quite frankly, that is the main reason we decided to go with Logan A/C. Logan A/C worked hard to schedule our install quickly and called personally to do so. They communicated every step of the way. The installers Travis Cloyd and his partner arrived promptly and were friendly and quite professional. They explained in detail every step of the install. The installers had to return the next day to finish with our furnace install because of challenges from our old unit. (It was a 1993 model.) They communicated arrival time and were prompt and finished in the time frame they communicated to us. I enjoy the modern thermostat control, my home is so much more comfortable and am hoping to see improved electric usage. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The installation went extremely well. Both installers were prompt, courteous and professional. My only complaint is the install date was originally on a Friday...I had to take a vacation day from work in order to be there. Was called at 8am that day when they were supposed to be there at 9am & was told they had to cancel due to illness of original installers. They had no other installers available to complete mine on that day. They did do it that following Saturday. However, I did have plans that day but had to cancel in order to get installation done asap so I did not waste another vacation day from work.

They finished up installation in one day. Higher efficincy units and quieter running including a smart thermostat. Time will tell regarding reliability and quality. Trane products replacing carrier. Units after 30 years of reliable no call Service. Logan was within reason on price.

Great experience. Salesman (Zane) was very knowledgeable and recommended upsizing AC and downsizing Furnace. Other companies simply quote the exact same tonnage/BTU's. Low pressure sales tactic and ended up being significantly less than competitive bids. Install occurred in less than one day. Recommend to others.

As with any older home there was a couple issues with the install the technician resolved the issues promptly, they stayed late to make sure we had heat The technicians were friendly and respectful. I called Logan regarding a furnace and AC replacement on a Sunday, had someone out Monday to give me an estimate, they started the replacement bright and early on Tuesday morning and wrapped up by Wednesday afternoon. Not that speed is everything, but their promptness was a pleasant surprise to me. Also, when Zane was here giving me the initial estimate, he mentioned how great their crews were when I expressed some concern about the complexity of my setup/job. Due to the "uniqueness" of my house and previous HVAC setup, some new duct work needed to be added, an old AC needed to be removed and new one put in a new location. Zane mentioned how their crews were true craftsmen, it wouldn't be a problem for them, and they would only do the job if it was done right. I kind of rolled my eyes at this, but you know what? He wasn't lying. The professionalism, expertise and attention to detail shown by Travis and his crew was simply awesome. They kept me apprised as they went and as needed, asked for my opinion/preference on things where there were multiple ways to do something. I'm no expert on HVAC, but I got the distinct impression these guys know what they're doing and do the job right the first time. I was beyond impressed and they have my business moving forward.

From my initial contact with Logan, to the professional salesman, Aaron Faughn, who came to my house and took his time making sure I completely understood everything, Logan was out to impress with their product, their team, and their family run company! A very respectful, polite and knowledgeable young man, Garrett Webb, installed most of the work and did a amazing job in a very tight space. Logan made my nail biting decision to replace my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater( all at the same time!!) a painless process. Being in Customer Service most of my life, I can appreciate great customer service when I am on the receiving end of it. Friendly, thorough, professional, respectful, and careful to respect my home, I was impressed every step of the way! Knowing Logan will still be in business when I go to sell my house 10 years from now played a big part in my decision too.

My new furnace and central air installation went smoothly and was done in 1 day. The installation team were professional and polite and worked diligently. This company gave me the best price being almost $3000 less than the other two estimates. They also had a special of a free Aprilaire humidifier which the other companies told me would cost over $600. Zane also handled sending the information to Duke Energy to receive the $425 Duke offered for installing high efficiency furnaces. The cost of the higher efficiency furnace actually came in less than the lesser efficiency furnace after the Duke Energy funds were calculated. Could not be happier with their service
