From beginning to end, great service from Logan! My initial planning discussion and estimate was with Ryan J. We sat down together and talked through the different options for the mini-split AC unit I wanted installed in my master bedroom. Since I had already researched the different manufacturers, it was an easy progression of talking through the options and alignment on pricing. I had requested estimates from two other companies, but Logan came in a little less expensive and was tied with overall professionalism and quality, least of which was noted by reading through lots of reviews. Tony S and Dan C did my install, which took about 8 hrs including breaks/lunch, etc. Both explained what they were doing at each step, and they asked me throughout if I had any questions. The cleaned up as they worked, and left the place in great shape. I appreciate the service and the quality, and will recommend Logan in the future!

Jared Cloyd and his team arrived on time and introduced themselves. It was a very cold day with snow on the ground. They got to work right away. Jared said that if everything goes well that they will be done by 3:30pm.. Everything went well with the Trane installation that they were done by 3:35pm. Everything was clean up to our satisfaction and Jared went over everything with with us. We were very happy with everything. Thanks!!!

It all started with Amanda in their ads, Ryan Johnston with sales and ended with Edric and Connor installing. It was all done very professionally but relaxed and friendly. No sales pressure, just great information to be able to make the decision. Installation was fast and left no mess! First class company, equipment and employees.

Company stated they were not taking on new customers and could not say why.

Outstanding. Jared and George communicated when they we would arrive and showed up at that exact time. Both guys worked non-stop until the everything was complete. Jared's knowledge & expertise was apparent during the entire day. It is a large investment and these are the type of gentlemen you want working in your home.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Sales consultant Aaron explained all my options and took into consideration any problem areas. Did not try to oversell. I was very satisfied with discounts/credits applied. I was given reminders of install date and sent picture of installer Anthony in advance. Anthony and other installers Ryland and "new guy" wore protective gear, explained work, completed install of new heat pump and air handler in one day. They cleaned up nicely after work, checked that all working correctly, and explained system/ thermostat to me. System is working great.

They did an awesome job, were professional, neat, and on time. They did excellent work and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely hire them again.

Terrific experience with the company from start to finish. The salesman was prompt and knowledgeable. We got 3 bids for the project, and Logan was the lowest with the best products. It was a no-brainer. Schedule was timely. Installers were terrific - on time, courteous, professional and thorough. Install took 2 days and they left the area cleaner than they found it. Both the salesperson and the install crew answered all our questions and worked with us for a fairly painless process. Very happy camper.

They were friendly, very clean, and professional. We are very satisfied with our new Trane Furnace & AC. Everything went smoothly and perfectly from our sales rep to our installation. The technicians were punctual, all work completed in one day. Thoroughly explained the new systems and all was working after 6 hours on the job. Used drop clothes on carpet, cleaned up and wore masks as needed. Would recommend them to anyone.

We received estimates from multiple HVAC companies, all the estimates were within a few hundred dollars of each other, and all the companies installed reputable brands of systems. One of the primary decisions to pick this company over the others was due to more favorable financing terms. There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work. Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional. We would highly recommend to others.

The service guys completed the HVAC installation within one day. They fixed the problem of the control board and the system runs well. Happy with the installation.

It was a horrible experience I've had nothing but trouble with the unit since the day it was installed. The unit would never heat right freezing up and not defrosting. They had some Trane Reps and V.P of field service out and still not right finally broke now they want to charge me to fix the problem. They never charged me once before sent out 4 to5 techs at once finally told them when it breaks I will call. Now it has been broke and they want to charge me for coming out. I was saving them from sending out techs and replacing parts that didn't work. So think twice before before you try to be helpful and honest bites you in the butt. My old unit ran a cheaper electric bill then this new energy saving system has.

They showed up on time both days, explained what they were going to do (duct work, etc), cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous.

Logan replaced both the ac unit and furnace. The previous owner of the home used a contractor who installed the original ac incorrectly and the electrical was not to code. Logan fixed even though it doubled the installation time. I feel a cheaper contractor would have not identified these issues and addressed.

Went very well. On time, courteous, clean, etc. could not have asked for a better experience.

Consultant David Onorato was very professional and answered all of our questions every time we called him till we decided. The 2 gentleman that came the day of installation were also very professional, explained everything to us and had the job done in 4 hours.

It went great even though it took two days. The only negative was screws ( at least 6) was left on the basement floor beside the furnace and in the upstairs hall rug under the thermostat.. I am diabetic and have dogs. Stepping on a screw when have been harmful to our health. Also a green wire was found across the basement no where near the furnace. The two young men were very respectful and informative as to how to operate the thermostat and cleaning the furnace.
