It took them a month to fix my AC in my home. My home temp was about 84 degrees with 60% humidity. The service was like a comedy of errors. The techs keep making wrong decisions and replacing parts that did not fix the issue. I had to pay for every mistake they made in labor cost and the replacement parts. My AC was only 2 years old. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I would have given 0 stars if I could. Need to hire better techs. I will give a small break due to the fact that everybody is having to make adjustments do to the pandemic.

Logan Heating arrived 15 minutes early and with three workers had old 35 year old system removed in one hour. System was installed and finalized by 4 pm.

A few weeks ago my 28 yr old Trane's motherboard went out. Thankfully we had the mini-split installed (in my prior review). I received 3 more quotes for the replacement of my old HVAC, again calling on Ryan J. The specific model I selected was unavailable from other vendors, which shows you the buying power and relationship Logan has with Trane! Bobby F and Brendan H were my installers yesterday. The arrive in the morning, explained everything, and began work right away. Bobby was the lead and quite honestly one of the most pleasant contractors I've worked with, and I've worked with a lot. He spoke in detail, was friendly, professional, and asked me throughout the day to check on his work and if I had any questions. He and Brendan did a great job, were respectful of my home (wearing booties and using drop cloths), cleaned up afterward, and really did an awesome job overall, fitting the much smaller 2 stage/variable speed furnace over the huge hole from my previous unit. Thank you again Logan, Bobby, and Brendan!!

The entire experience was very professional from the salesman to the installers. We have had other HVAC contractors work on our system and none of them provided the level of service that we received from Logan's.

2 technicians worked in concert to replace my whole HVAC system. They were efficient, clean and friendly. Answered all my questions. I'll give them a 5 star rating! I've been a customer for almost 15 years and will remain one for many more to come.

Excellent Service. The best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Phoned them at 8:00 someone was at my house at 11:00 and installation began on Monday. I highly recommend them.
