It was a very good experience. They were very efficient and explained things to me very well.

We purchased a new furnace from Logan Heating & Air. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the sales person and also the installers. They're even able to install next day! Everything was explained to us in full and there was no attempt to try and sell us a more expensive model that we didn't need. We actually had to ask about higher performing models and it was explained to us that with the size of our house it wouldn't make economic sense to purchase it. We were very impressed by that. We would highly recommend this company.

It did not turn out well. I went through all the requirements for them to come and do the measurements. We scheduled to have the work done and then they called after that and told me they could not do the work because of a program that I was going to be using. I told them up front and they were not in good communication with the owner of the company to know that they do not work with the particular program that I was using. They put me in a time crunch and I had to scramble to find another heating and air conditioning company and ended up spending more money. It seemed like the guy who came out would have done a good job but the owner did communicate well. The price was better than most other estimates received.

I had to go 4 days without an air conditioner as it went out in the middle of the summer. I had no problems with the workers. They worked very hard to get the job done.

The service went okay. They did find a few issues that they said needed to be fixed. They came out when they said they would.

Logan personnel were extremely professional and competent and cleaned up so well that we would never know they were here. They were fantastic.

They work for Home Depot and that's why I used them. I got 5 quotes and I had insisted that I needed to have a very good technician to do the work. I had read that most of the problems occur because of the installation and not the equipment. They sent a guy, whose partner didn't show up, so I was helping him. He did a superb job. Even the city inspector commented on what a nice clean job it was. Their price was in the middle of the pack but I would consider it a very good price for the work that I got. I was very pleased with the technician they sent. He did such a good job that I even tipped him. The sales rep that came out did a very, very good job in taking me through the different options that I had. He even made some recommendations considering the equipment that I already owned as to what he would recommend if it were his own house. Based on the research that I did, I agreed with him. I actually upgraded to a slightly higher unit to gain more efficiency but also to gain a 2-year more warranty on the compression system. It was $480 more but it was worth it to me. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The salesman's name was Gary and he was actually with Home Depot. He did an excellent job of walking me through the whole process. He told me what would change and what my options were if I wanted to save a few dollars here and there and whether those savings would behoove me in the long run such as replacing the copper lines. He said that we didn't have to do that and they could acid wash them and that I would be fine. It was only $22 so I decided to go that way to maybe avoid problems down the road. I was looking more for a better value and not the lowest price.

I was expecting to spend ~$5k based on comments made on previous service on my old AC unit (by a different company). Logan gave me price that also would've included a new furnace for about that price. I received multiple bids for this and Logan was by far the most responsive as well as being fairly priced.

The company's representative seemed proficient and I might have used Logan's services if the estimates received by Google mail had been clear and understandable. For some reason, the information I received was cluttered and very hard to understand. I notified Logan about this, but a more orderly, readable estimate never arrived, so I couldn't compare Logan's alternative systems and prices with those of three other companies.

They did a great job. They did it in the same time frame that the said they would. The pricing was reasonable. They were helpful and took the time to explain the systems to us.
