They are very good at what they do and they are a good value.

They came to my home when I called to tell them system was not working. They diagnosed the problem as Freon leakage due welding fail but insisted I pay for the service call and for a re-weld.

They came in on price around the same as everybody else did. Quality was good. They came on time. They did a great job. The removal and installation on the system took about eleven hours. They cleaned up completely. I can't think of anything they did wrong. They did a great job.

It went very well, the unit performance is so much greater than what the builder installed.

It could not have been better. Salesman was here Monday and by Tuesday afternoon, I had a new heating system.

They were completely professional from the get go. Everything about them was really great. Very professional, fast and friendly. The work turned out fantastically. They were a little higher than some of the others but I chose a better system. The prices were pretty comparable. I was very satisfied. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The sales representative was very thorough in the presentation of the furnace including the quality of the different furnaces, and pricing. He was also very aggressive with discounts and rebates I could receive which is why I selected them to install my Trane furnace. Logan's was 1 of 3 bids I received. They were a little bit higher than I would have received from a different company on another brand but, I liked the thoroughness of the presentation and the reputation of the furnace brand so I chose Logan's to do the install.

I contacted Logan AC to buy a maintenance advantage plan. My real goal was to determine if they were the type of company I would want to have replace my aging heating and cooling system. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 - 12:00 on September 27th. I never received a reminder call the day before as I do from Logan's competitors. This was strike 1 again Logan as I was left wondering whether I was on their schedule. At 11;00 AM on September 27th I called Logan to confirm that I was on the schedule. The operator said I was on the schedule and that the service technician would show up. Strike 2 against Logan is that the technician never showed up. Strike 3 is that Logan never bothered to call me until 1:30 PM to tell me they would have to schedule another tech for later that day. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about taking a vacation day off just to wait for Logan to never show up the office manager said "this never happens". If it never happens, why did it happen to me? Logan apparently doesn't value their customers. They run huge ads daily in the newspaper and have a deal with Lowes so they must figure they are entitled to business no matter how badly they treat people.

Josh was very professional throughout the process. There was a minor mixup during installation but he came out to the house right away to provide the correct materials. The result was that they finished in one day. Love the new system. The installers were professional and courteous. They put down tarps in my finished basement to keep the carpets clean. The final installation looks professional and tidy, taking extra time to secure all wiring. I would recommend.

The installation team was very professional and courteous. They did a nice job on the installation and left no trace afterwards. We are very happy with the new Trane system that they installed.

Trane was the brand I was most interested and Logan Services worked thru Home Depot to provide installation and sale. Salesman scheduled appointment quickly and arrived on time with brochures and provided quote right away, no waiting. He provided several options allowing me to determine what best fit my needs and budget. I wanted quick install which was scheduled the day after accepting one of the options. 2 Installers arrived day 1 on time in professional company van with all supplies and equipment ready to install. Each installer got to work immediately and worked very quickly, experience showed in how efficient they were. They took care to cover carpeting and ensure no damage to finished basement area. Due to a complication on site changes had to be made which were explained in detail and my decision for how to proceed was unquestioned. One installer arrived for a second day and was very hard working to finish the job on time when he expected. He installed a new WiFi capable thermostat which he walked me thru basic operation and provided detail operating manual. He ensured both heat and air operated for at least half an hour each, using gauges to exactly rate the output to ensure correct operation. Follow up from the salesman to ensure satisfaction as well as the Logan office to provide details of how to contact the city inspection offices (all inspections passed). They even had the Duke energy rebate paperwork ready which they submitted for me. From start to finish working with Logan Services was exceptional, very happy with the purchase.

The installation went very well. The installers were very professional, kept the work area clean and did the job exactly as expected. While the initial estimate was one day as we got closer to the actual installation date they did come back and say it would be a two day job. It was a big job and they worked about 10 hours each day. I'm very happy with the work performed and the cost. I shopped around and got quotes from 6 different firms and after comparing price, reliability (both company and product) I choose Trane and Logan Heating. Only time will tell if I made the right choice but so far I'm extremely pleased.

We called Logan Heating after reading all posivive reviews on Angies List and the B.B.B. David the Confort Specialist call and setup an appointment and was at my home on time. He took the time to listen to our reasoning for calling since our system was still working. After replacing windows, siding, and adding insulation to the walls of the house we still felt that cost of our utilities could be reduced more with up to date heating and air conditioning units. David looked over our entire system and found the furnace to be 22 years old. After his review of our system with us, we sat down reviewed what equipment we had, and the goals we wanted to achive. David started pulling out the literature on different options we had and we thought here we go, another high pressure sales job. WE WERE WRONG!!! What he had was all the information to let us decide on our own what was best for us, and our home. He explained how different systems were more efficiat than others even though all were better than what we had, and all would save energy dollars for us.WE DECIDED, NOT DAVID, which system would best serve our needs.NO PRESSURE SALES INVOLVED. We chose the system and made the commitment the day before Thanksgiving. We got a call on Friday to confirm the install date Tuesday December 2. She said they would be here between 9:30 and 10:AM. Guess what, they were right on time again. The complete installation was done in one day. Both installers were very professional both in apperance and knowlege of the equipment. After the system was installed including the replacement of the thermostate, it was explaind how each system was going to work, and assured us that just because the furnace was running quieter than our old one was it was doing the job we expect. They also took the time to explain how to program the new thermostate. Just incase you forget any operation information you were given, instructions were in print at the furnace and on the thermostat. The installation guys did a great job of clean up, taking all signs of the old equipment with them. TOP NOTCH, TEAM HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The representative came to the house to assess what needed to be done. After taking measurements and discussing several systems that would meet our needs we selected a system. A price was provided in writing. After getting several other quote we selected Logan. The old system removal and new system installation took most of two days. This included fabricating a cold air return for a room addition. The installation technician was punctual, professional, and courteous and patiently listened to and answered several questions that I had. We are very glad we chose Logan A/C & Heating

You can't get this many good reviews on AngiesList without being a good/credible company, and Logan obviously has a lot of good reviews. But, the true measure of a company is how they respond when things do not go right. And, on that front, Logan Services is also an A+ company all the way. Logan sold/installed a new furnace and cooling system for us. There were so many unexpected issues related to equipment failures I can't even count them all. Logan had to send techs out many times for problems/issues with the unit not performing as it should. You name the "one-in-a-million" problem, we had that problem. It was frustrating but what was most remarkable is how Logan responded throughout. They were 100% committed to making the situation right, they went above and beyond to make it right. They never left our side as we worked out the issues. Our heating and cooling system now works as it should. The Logan customer service and Logan technicians (Jeff, Eric to name a few) are second to none. They don't try to upsell you crap you don't need, they are honest,they stand behind their work and if something isn't perfect they make it perfect. If I had to buy a new heating/cooling system I wouldn't use anyone but Logan Services. Logan Services is simply the best.

The salesman was excellent and Shane, the installer, was outstanding. Everything they did in this house was done well. They laid tarps down on the floor, swept up and clean up after themselves. I just mentioned something outside that needed to be covered and they called the salesman, and he said "go do it" without any extra costs. They were really professional. They even came in a wiped the wall down after they were done. I would highly recommend them too.

David Oranado came out to give me a quote the first past of April. He showed me how to change my filter while he was there. He didn't pester me with phone calls or emails while I shopped around for a month. I decided to I with Logan on Friday and my new heat pump was installed the following Thursday. The technicians taught me about the system and were very informative showing me things to check before calling service to save me money. They have done a great job and I would recommend highly. Both sales and installation went very well. The installers (Earl & Brandon) offered perhaps the best customer service and attention to detail I've experienced in years. This was a tricky retrofit, but Earl took the time to think through the options, devise the right solution, and install it all flawlessly. I couldn't have been more pleased. On sales, I was given three good options. In hindsight, I wish I'd done a little more research on the Trane units, as the selected model stands a whopping 54" tall. To allay my concerns, the installers dug into the ground to get the unit as low as possible, and even constructed a small retaining wall to set off the area. Hard work, attention to detail, quality that was fast but not rushed. Highest recommendation.

We've used Logan a few times to work on our older furnace since they installed our new A/C unit a few summers ago. Everything they have done for us has cost at or below any other estimates and has been done quickly and professionally. They do have a little pressure to buy their service plans, but it's never bad, not nearly as bad as some others I've dealt with. The A/C unit came in at about two thirds the cost of the big guys (big blue trucks, you know who I mean) and it was a superior unit!

They were in and out in one day. They were fast, efficient, courteous and professional. The unit is heating the house far better than our old unit. I highly recommend this company.

I used Logan A/C & Heat Services. The experience with Logan A/C & Heat Services was poor. They replaced my Air conditioning / Heating unit. They didn't assess the job properly. Their installer disconnected zonings within the house. I had to find a different company after almost a calendar year of having them come out and trying to fix it. I had another company come out and take a look at it and they were able to assess the problem right away. Logan A/C & Heat Services just wasn't professionally in the aspect of problem solving. They were very anxious to close the particular account project without actually fixing anything. They worked around 12-12-12 and I finally got some resolution by getting another company out here around 12-10-13. It was about a calendar year after having them come out. They were on time. I would never use this provider in the future.

The team arrived on time, worked very hard for four days, and got the job done despite extreme heat and difficult access on the third floor attic. They initially estimated the job would take two days, but because of the difficulties they encountered, it ended up taking four days. Part of the additional time was consumed in getting the unit on the ground outside working (initially it only would heat but not cool). One of their supervisors came over on the fifth day (Saturday) and fixed the problem, which was a defective circuit board.
