Efficient and thorough cleaning of the house and garage gutters and downspouts. Great service at a reasonable price. Cleaned up all the debris from the gutters when done very nicely - no mess left behind.

Fine; however, they didn't show up the day they were scheduled. I received a text a few hours after scheduled time that they would be there the next day. It would have been nice to have been notified before they were scheduled to come out. They came the next day. Nice job.

The crew was punctual, polite and professional. They completed the job much quicker than I could have and, aside from a minor issue, I am quite pleased with the way my house looks. The owners were very responsive in correcting the issue I had and it was resolved quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with Kings of Clean and would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

They showed up about 30 minutes later than the window they gave me, but did a nice job.

Great.....didn't know they arrived until I noticed the siding was clean. Then notice a couple of other changes. Probably should have recommended covering some shrubs which show chemical burn

Very friendly & polite did a great job

A slight blip with the communication, which is why I graded B for responsiveness. The original communication from the provider made reference to a service that I didn't order. But when I called the company to inquire, they were already aware of the problem and apologized for the mistake. In addition, I was told I didn't need to be present for the work, but that I would receive a phone call before the appointment; the phone call never happened. Instead I just came home from work one day and the work was done. Aside from the blip in communication, everything else was excellent. The house looks awesome! My daughter was here when the work was done and said the gentleman was very friendly and professional. He provided a quote for an additional service that I know is need; I appreciate the pro-active quote. Overall well done. I will consider for future work.

They did an excellent job but I had to call them 3-4 times to see if they were going to show up. After the 4th call, they answered. They were 3 hours late and were done in a couple of hours once they showed.

I was very pleased with the job. I had green moss or mold on the siding on the north side of my home. They pressure washing completely cleaned it off. The siding on the entire house looked very good after the cleaning. We have lived in our house for 15 years and I didn't realize how dirty the siding had become. There was one minor problem. While doing the pressure washing, the pressure washer operator tripped over a sandbox on our deck and the spray nozzle hit some wood trim around our patio door causing a small amount of paint to come off. The man doing the work brought this to my attention and offered to repaint the area immediately, if I had some touch-up paint, or to return later and do it. Since the wood trim in that area had already needed some touch-up, I told him not to worry about it because I was going to repaint that area anyway.

pressure washed the North side of the house 2- stories, washed concrete steps into basement, washed front doors and stoop, garage doors, and removed bugs and spiders webs from the base of the siding on all sides. Pressure wash surface dirt from the deck. A complete job. Happy with the resuts
