Ray was professional and competent and personable. He arrived on time and I am pleased with the results.

It went very well. The serviceman showed up on time and efficiently went about his work. Afterwards, he was gracious in getting on top of the garage again to clean a portion of the house siding that was difficult to get to, in order to get a few difficult to reach spots. We are very pleased with the work as all of the mold has been cleared away..

Hired Kings of Clean after having prior experience with their sister company, Cincinnati Gutter Boys. Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. Special recognition to Travis, who went the extra mile and went out of his way to communicate with us in a timely and proactive fashion. I would highly recommend them for any size job you have.

The actual cleaning was excellent, beyond expectations. My house was in desperate need and the operator worked until it was perfect! He called ahead to verify the time and was careful as well as efficient as he worked. My experience with the office wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t nearly as professional. There were no problems with the price, just the scheduling. It all worked out fine and I was not inconvenienced, but I hope it is better the next time because I plan to be a repeat customer.

Tony did a good job washing the house and a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Tech was polite and seemed to work hard. However, there were spots on siding that are still there. When I asked to have them fixed, I was completely ignored. I have never had a response.

They set the date, did the work and I never spoke with or saw them.

Both jobs were beautifully done! My siding now looks like it did when I moved in, and the concrete surfaces look 100% better. The text notifications were helpful, the team was on time and Tony did an excellent job. He was quick, most courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

Their technician, Tony, did a great job. He first walked us around the house and identified any areas which may require additional cleaning. Then he took us around the house after cleaning to make sure we were happy with the results. We were very pleased with the results and with his recommendations for the future. We will definitely use them in the future.

I could not be more pleased, and I am pretty picky with vendors. Jordan worked hard and my house and deck have never looked better. He swept the roof, cleaned gutters by hand, washed the side of my house wiht soap and a brush (!) and got the nasty sap off of my deck. All of the above cost about $700, but was well worth it. With a dozen 100 year old pine trees, my roof and gutters are matted with pine needles and such three times per year, and as a result my basement has flooded in the past when I didn't give the gutters the attention they needed. My lawn guy would not do gutters anymore, and I am glad I found these guys. I will have them back at least three times/year. House/roof/deck look great.
