Ken had an efficient work plan that demonstrated his considerable work experience. He was always ready to explain his plan and the reasons for it; he also educated me on what was what in terms of building materials and how best to work with them. He completed the job over 2 1/2 days. His work was outstanding, and as it dried you could how well he blended it into the existing plaster. He is pleasant and tidy in his work practices.

Ken was great to work with. He arrived on time each day and did a fantastic job on the plastering. This was our first time hiring a professional to repair the walls we were not sure what to expect. Ken dug out each of the deeper cracks and filled then in a few layers at a time over 3 days. My only complaint would be that there is some minor sanding that will have to be done before we can paint, but I am assuming this was not suppose to be done by Ken. We did have Ken look at our upstairs for another job and his price was much higher ( 4x's the amount!) for an area that in all was comparable to what we had on the first floor. This was a shock to us! We will not be using Ken again only because he apparently under bid the first job and then gave a crazy quote for our second job. But he does do amazing plastering !!!!!!

Mr. Hall is the consummate professional. He arrived on time & worked every day until the job was done. The completion of this job took longer due to my irregular work schedule, however, Mr. Hall was graciously accommodating and worked around it. He was careful to cover my living space while working, neatened up the area at the end of each work day and upon completion of the work in each room swept and cleaned up after himself. It is plasterwork after all, but my cleanup was minimized due to the care he took while working.Mr. Hall had a pleasant demeanor and was a gentleman at all times. I feel the quality of his work, his work ethic and his professionalism more than justify his cost. I would hire him again.

We needed stucco repair on our house prior to exterior painting. (The painting company did not feel comfortable with performing the extent of the stucco repair that was needed.) Ken was accommodating to our schedules, estimate was reasonable, the work was done quickly, the clean-up was so good that you didn't even know he was there.

Things were excellent. He was punctual, he was very tidy - he didn't even leave any dust anywhere. He was very neat, and he was very quiet about his work. He probably put in about a five or six-hour day and completed everything as planned. He answered any questions we had, and everything was very self-contained. He asked for some water, and he asked to use the restroom, but those were reasonable requests. He was very careful to close the gate to make sure the dogs didn't get out. He basically delivered on exactly what he told us he would be doing. He's not sales-y at all. He should learn some phone presence and learn to market himself a little better. It's almost to a detriment, but he's so nice and he's just a gentle soul. I feel comfortable with what he did. It wasn't over the top, but it was an appropriate amount of money and gave me reassurance that there was nothing wrong. He was punctual, and he followed up with me on the phone. He met every expectation.

Ken showed up on time and performed work we discussed, cleaned up completely, and did a good job. I was very pleased with the work.

It wasn't an easy job because it's a slate roof that is 3 stories high. He did a great job. He's a nice man, I liked him and I would hire him again. I would give him "A's" on everything.

Mr. Hall did a fine job. He was prompt, personable and very careful to protect our furniture, etc. from debris. He was a gentleman, a professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Better than expected...we asked him to fix a large hole in our plaster ceiling after plumbers came out and fixed a leak. He fixed that and all the other cracks for the same quoted price.

He came and gave us an estimate and it was significantly higher than what our insurance would allow and higher than the bidder we went with. It was 400 or 500 dollars higher and didn't include all the work that we had done by our other bidder.

Ken is a very soft-spoken but friendly man when you get to know him. A professional in every way. He arrived for an estimate promptly, submitted the bid withing 24 hours, and appeared for the work when promised. Once begun, he worked everyday from 9 to 4, including Saturdays until the job was done, even though I am sure it took longer than he expected it to.

Excellent. Not much more to say. Performed job exactly as expected. Arrived at 9:30am as planned and was complete with cleanup by 4:00pm the same day. I chose Ken because I wanted someone who did plaster work all the time and I am very happy with the results.

I contacted Ken for an estimate and he responded quickly to set up time to complete the estimate. He answered all my questions about the job and the level of damage and he asked the necessary questions regarding the extent of the damage and my expectations. His written quote came quickly following and he was able to schedule the work within 3-4 weeks of agreement, consistent with the lead time he had indicated up front. The work took longer than originally expected due to the condition of the walls and extent of repairs needed, but Ken held the price firm as quoted.

He did an excellent job! It looks better than some of the original plastering in our home! He was prompt and made sure that all three rooms that he worked in, were clean when he left. I would definitely recommend him!

We had a hard time coordinating our calendars due to my work schedule but Ken made it over one evening to give us a quote for the job. He was very good about returning phone calls. He seemed very knowledgeable and willing to work with us on completing the job while no one else was home. He completed the job in 2 days as he described and did a very good job on the repairs. He even took care of another patch required in the closet after the original quote. He was also patient while some plumbing work was being done, which limited access to water for a short time. He also did a good job of trying to contain the plaster dust to the work area. Ken came back later in the week at our convenience to touch up a couple of small spots that just needed sanding down. Over all we were very happy with the work and will most likely be asking for his help on other projects.

Ken Hall is doing the work his father started in the 60s, he has been doing this work since he was young and he knows his stuff. Because this room required several layers, it took a few days to complete and let each layer dry properly. For this project it was only Mr. Hall, he let us know his expected schedule and worked around our schedule as well. When we were first scheduling the job, it took a day or more for Mr. Hall to return calls, but we are pleased with the results and happy to recommend him.

Ken came to bid the job and was very quick to get the bid to us. Once we accepted the bid, he scheduled us and started on the agreed date. Ken did an outstanding job. The workmanship is top notch. He took his time to make sure we were happy. He stayed two days longer because he wanted to address some areas he was not satisfied with. He is very particular about his work. Ken cleaned up everyday before he left. This is the second time we have had him do work. We would definitely call him again.

They did not respond to my phone call or e-mail requesting a quote.

Ed was early/on time, polite and courteous. He was reasonably priced and while I received several estimates for the work, will simply call him in the future for other work. As I mentioned earlier, he was very accommodating to our schedules and volunteered to perform some extra work for free so the entire ceiling in the room looks completely redone/new.

ED AND HIS CREW WERE INCREDIBLE. THE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 5 DAYS. THE CARE AND CRAFTSMANSHIP OF THE WORK IS AMAZING. ALSO, THEY WERE EXTREMELY THOROUGH, EACH DAY, IN CLEANING UP. ALSO, SANDING WAS KEPT TO A MINIMUM. IF YOU CAN GET THESE GUYS TO DO YOUR JOB, FROM MY EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND CLEANED UP WELL. THE OWNER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE DID THE WORK AND ESTIMATE HIMSELF.
