The owner did the work, he gave excellent service. He explained all my options and helped me choose between them. He was very clean, and neat and did an excellent job.

Work was completed as detailed in the quote. Work was completed on time. Invoice was exactly as detailed in the quotes. Very friendly & professional. Highly recommend.

We had just returned from our honeymoon and decided to tackle some home improvement projects before returning to work. My husband took off our shower knobs and needless to say, we had a mess on our hands. We called Kelly in the afternoon thinking we wouldn't see anyone until the morning, and they came right away and fixed us up with no trouble. They also replaced our stack last year and did an excellent job. Our plumber was very polite and did a great job! Kelly is a trustworthy company.

Representative showed up on time. Took about 30 minutes to complete the call. Caused water to leak into a finished basement and did not offer to clean up nor did any planning to prevent it. This is a lot to pay for the application of caulk and 30 minutes of investigation. The standard service call rate could have been adjusted.

Kelly Plumbing estimated the job and came back the following day or so to complete the job; that all went extremely well and we're very happy with the work. I was a little confused by the invoicing process, however. We used Kelly Plumbing to fix a drain problem earlier in the month and we were billed by mail and paid accordingly. This time I was unable to be there when the technician completed the job, so I simply assumed that we would be billed the same way. I'm not sure if it was because the invoice was so large or some other reason, but the owner contacted me the next business day about being paid, even proposing to stop by to pick up a check which was problematic since I was at work. I ended up paying the bill the next day, but I was a little confused about the emergency as I would have certainly settled on the scene, or tried to, if being paid immediately was an issue.

We moved into our house and discovered bad plumbing. Pat Kelly & his crew were able to come out ASAP, and work around other improvement projects that were going on. They were very careful of a newly refinished wood floor, kept mess from their work to a minimum, and helped move a stove back into the kitchen. The work took a bit longer than anticipated, but they found unusual problems because of the age of the house & plumbing, and were able to work around them. The plumbers left everything very clean when they were finished. They also installed a new toilet for us;they cracked the plate they installed for it to sit on, but we are planning to rehab the whole bathroom soon, so they left it and caulked it really well, but didn't charge for it.

I called on a Thursday and was told they were busy and someone might be able to stop by. They did stop by that afternoon and although they had a busy week were able to come out the next day (Friday) and do the job and get it done in one day. They were on time and friendly. They gave me options on some of the prep work that I could do on my own to save a little time and money (tear out the dry wall along the pipe). They did the job they said they were going to do and did it on time. They gave a free estimate that was slightly less than others. I had one follow up issue with sediment from the hot water heater effecting water pressure, but they came out the day I called and took care of it. Overall a good experience.

Plumber was very cordial, prompt, worked diligently. Service call much less than others I called.

They were great. Took care of a problem of height and installed the new toilets quickly and well. They even caulked around them to keep dirt from accumulating. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Carey performed an excellent job as usual (we have used Kelly Plumbing before on several occasions, and all their plumbers have done great work). He was professional, neat, polite and fixed the problem.

Pat's guy came out and in a matter of 30 minutes had an S-trap and other accessories installed to stop the gases from coming back into the house. Because of Kelly Plumbing, our laundry room became a nice smelling room. They were so reasonable in their pricing and they came highly recommended from someone whose brother-in-law is a high-priced plumber.

THE REGROUTING JOB WAS DONE BY A PERFECTIONIST, AND IS BEAUTIFUL! I'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 12 YEARS. THEY'RE ALWAYS PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY PROBLEMS, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL -- AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

HE IS MY PLUMBER OF CHOICE. HE DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE CALLED HIM BACK AND WILL ALWAYS CALL HIM IN THE FUTURE. AN EXTREMELY HUMBLE, COURTEOUS GENTLEMAN.

WE HAD BOUGHT AN OLD HOME THAT NEEDED A LOT OF REPAIR. I WAS IMPRESSED, BECAUSE THEY CAME OUT GAVE BID, AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR AMAZING ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND FLEXIBILITY. MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH WORK, AND THEY WERE SO FLEXIBLE WITH OUR SCHEDULES.

EXCELLENT JOB WAS DONE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. VERY REASONABLE PRICES.
