Punctual, professional, did a fine job in short amount of time.

My family's been with them now for 20 years. They're fairly competitive. I don't have an issue with them. They're fairly responsive. They have issues and stuff, nothing major just sometimes they're overbooked, everybody wants to use them. When they say they're coming they come. They're always been professional.

I also got him through our contractor, so we are stuck with these people. They are “A+” people. They’re great people. I use them when I need them.

He’s done enough work in the house, he knows the house. Very trustworthy, very honest. He tells you if you need it or if you don’t need it. That’s huge!

With the shower backed up and the bathtub draining slowly, it was time to call in a plumber. I checked for services around our area and saw the good ratings that Kelly had. I made a call on Thursday and the earliest they could make it out was today, Tuesday. Drain cleaning waits for no man but I had a good feeling about them, so I made the appointment and waited a few days. Larry came out this morning and was friendly, frank and helpful. He took note of our old pipes and said he would go very carefully so as not to damage them. He quickly cleared both clogs. He checked the main stack in the basement to make sure that they were draining properly. After the work was done, he cleaned up. I also asked him about our old bath drain plumbing and he looked at it free of charge and told me what was worrisome and what could wait. I appreciated his time and expertise and I will certainly call them again when I have more plumbing work to do. He showed a thorough product knowledge about what new faucets could fit our old fixtures and I never felt like I was being sold to or scared. I had one of my drains augured last year and that cost $144, and Kelly Plumbing did both of mine for $149. I'll definitely call them again.

Great job - very responsive and knowledgeable especially with older homes. Prices are much more reasonable than other quotes we had obtained for the same services in the past.

They're fantastic, reasonably priced, polite, and professional. It was very easy to schedule service with them, and they are our go-to plumbers now.

The plumber that showed up was professional, polite and did a great job. My wife was home when the plumber showed up and she commented on how impressed he was. He also provided us a quote to replace our basement utility sink that we are going to have done in the near future. The only bad thing was that I called to cancel the appointment since I was not going to be home. The lady that took my call was very polite and said that they would call me back to re-schedule. The following day, the plumber showed up anyway - good thing my wife was home. Overall a great job and I will surely use them again!!

We just moved into a new, old house and immediately had a problem with the shower in one of our bathrooms. It's an old two handled setup with parts that are no longer being manufactured and parts are getting very difficult to find. While it was an option to completely replace the fixtures with anew one-handled mixer, it probably would have meant cutting into the the lovely vintage tile in the bathroom, and the thought of that really upset us. Mr, Kelly took special care to try to find us replacement parts and install them without doing any damage to the original tile work. He did a great job of explaining what he did and what we could to to extend the life of the old hardware and delay messing up the bathroom for a little longer. I should also note that I had a number of phone conversations with Maggie at the office, and she is a lovely lady who really listened and did a great job of helping us communicate our concern to the plumbers. She is a treasure. I won't hesitate to call Kelly Plumbing again in the future.

Man I am going to use them forever. It is a small company. They showed up and the guy did the work Actually did more work than was expected and fixed other problems on his own..

First the receptionist gave suggestions for how to fit it which were very helpful. Then Larry came about 4 hours after I called - very responsive. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly then gave me tips for what to look for in the future and how to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

Snaked bathtub and kitchen sink drains. Bath went well but the kitchen was a problem. He even had to go on the roof to clean the vent pipe. I was quite impressed. The plumber was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do.

Excellent company. Pat came promptly and gave an accurate estimate. He was very friendly and worked with me to keep costs down.

I had other issue with the plumbing which they took care of. Replaced the pressure regulating valve, replaced the pressure relief valve on the hot water heater and installed an expansion tank. I am very happy with the work and value and would recommend Kelly without question.

We had a leaky valve in our basement, which we had been intending to have fixed soon. However, when the city shut off the water for some line maintenance, the air in the lines made the problem worse. Mark came out first thing that morning and was able to get the valve replaced despite the leak appearing to come from multiple places. Once again, Kelly was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.

I've used Kelly Plumbing for 14 years and have had the same experience every time. The plumbers (Larry for the most recent work) are professional, courteous and concerned about our situation. Larry has been very honest, thorough and the follow up is great. Same goes for the office staff. I've used Kelly for a number of reasons when we lived in the City and now in the suburbs and I will use them again and again. They are trustworthy and I can give them the key to the house and not think twice. I have never got the feeling they are looking for issues to charge us, rather, they identify the problem(s) and attack them and thoroughly explain everything to me. I've used them for: replacing piping in a house, installed sinks/toilets, replaced other toilets, emergency issues (frozen pipes). I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for and I feel what I'm paying for is excellent work without a concern that the problems weren't resolved.

They did an excellent job, They were very professional, they did not require a big deposit. They actually did not ask me for any money until the work was done.

They were out two or three times to examine the tile and such in my bathroom to locate the leak. They couldn't pin down the source and told me that they would need to cut a hole in my ceiling to get to the pipes. The guy that came out to cut the hole in the ceiling told me that there weren't any pipes up there. They then told me that I would have to have work done on my roof for this problem. I called Kelly Plumbing back to find out when they could repair the whole in my ceiling and he told me he would send a guy out to see how much it would cost to repair. No one ever came out and I still have a hole in my ceiling.

Excellent! Very courteous and we were amazed at how fast he finished. We expected to pay at least $100 (probably even $200) more for the service. Talking to another place, getting an estimate sounded like a hassle. With Kelly, it was very easy. He stopped by, gave a quick estimate (only a few bucks off of the final price) and scheduled the work before leaving. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues in the future.

They did a very good job. They stopped the leak and informed us of what is needed to resolve the overall issue. We were so pleased that we are having them come back to fix the additional issues. We highly recommend this plumbing company to others.

The kitchen sink was not draining. In addition, when using the stationery tub in the basement, water backed up in the kitchen sink. Kelly Plumbing came out and determined where the pipes were clogged and then unclogged them, which was not a simple procedure. The clog was pretty far into the pipe and required more than just a simple snake. Once the clog was broken, the serviceman tested several times to make sure that the problem was truly resolved. He also gave me some tips to prevent a future occurrence. I have used Kelly Plumbing for over 30 years and am always completely satisfied with the work.

I have been using Kelly Plumbing for about 30 years. They have always been efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and fairly priced. They are dependable, pleasant and arrive on time.

My garbage disposal was leaking and having some electrical problems. I originally called an electrician but was referred to Kelly Plumbing by the electrician. They were courteous on the phone and scheduled an appointment for me on a Monday, I called on on a Friday. They were punctual and performed the work as stated. When I thought I might do some of the work myself they worked with me. I was grateful for that. I didn't call around to compare prices as I needed this job done quickly and the price didn't sound too far out. So I don't really know how they compare price wise, although it seemed it might be on the high side. But perhaps worth it for no hassles. I will use them again.

Everything went great. It was easy to get in touch with the company and schedule a convenient appointment. The technician showed up as scheduled, was very professional and friendly, did a great job, cleaned up, and shared some helpful advice. The price was good too, and we're very pleased with the outcome.

Kelly has 2 plumbers. Called them about a week in advance to fix a toilet leak. They were doing some renovation work and couldn't get to me for a week and I agreed. I was called on the day of the services so I could meet them. Very friendly guy. Did excellent and work at a good value. The only thing that could have been better would have been if he recaulked around the bottom. I didn't discover this until later, and I hadn't specifically asked for the caulk, so not a huge deal. Overall a very good experience.
