They came in, explained what they were going to do, and prepared the space by putting down tarps in front of the fireplace. They then cleaned the chimney and advised us of one area that they felt should be repaired. We did receive a proposal for the repair. They provided thorough answers to the questions I had after the cleaning and inspection were completed.

They did a great job. I was called the night before to confirm my appointment. The tech showed up as scheduled. They were very neat with the work they did. They swept the chimney and sealed my un-used ash dump during this visit.

Considering that the fireplace still contained logs and ashes from the prior owner, not a speck ended up on my carpet. The technician conducted the cleaning in a manner that kept ashes and charcoal from escaping.

Absolutely fabulous from the initial call to schedule the appointment to completing the task. Technician was very thorough and left no trace of work completed behind. Advised that our fireplace was in excellent shape which was good to hear as we had no idea how long it had been since it had been cleaned much less inspected. Since our job was completed - our neighbors and a brother-in-law became customers as well.

The work was done on time and was very quick. There was no mess and we even got to get our furnace and hot water heater inspected at the same time.

He was quick to give us an estimate. He was prompt in making the repair and when our house was inspected for sale, nothing was found to be wrong. He even suggested a different pipe to use that would save us money and keep us from having to change our ceiling. He is very knowledgeable in fire codes.

He was very good and explained things to me, told me I didn't need to get anything done before this winter and we could revisit some of the modifications in the spring.

We have three fireplaces, two of which could be gas or wood, and having moved in a year earlier, we had not yet used them. It was a relatively new house and I did not know the history of the fireplaces so I thought it would be better to call out a professional to check to make sure everything was okay. I called, they came out a week later (as scheduled), saw the fireplaces, laughed that they had hardly been used but checked to make sure the chimney was clear, showed me how to use them, made fun of the little "fake" gas fireplace, I paid them for the service call (expected) and they left.

The whole experience went very well.

The job went great. The technician was very nice, on time, had some great suggestions on maintenance. Very pleased.

When I called the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. She immediately gave me the price and scheduled my appointment. Employees arrived to clean the chimney right on time. They did quick work, explained everything and didn't leave a trace of soot or debris. Very pleasant and thorough.

I had a bad experience. They told me I needed a new cap and new insides and that turned out to not be the case. They would not honor their AL coupon. I would never use them again.

We are very happy with the results of the chimney work that Dave and Dan did. Dan did an excellent job tuck pointing our chimney. We had previously hired another company to do some work on the chimney. The other company did a horrible job. Dave and Dan took their time and made our chimney look fantastic. My husband made the comment that he felt like we had artists working on our chimney. They really take pride in their work.

They did an excellent job. Once they started they just kept going. They showed up sooner than they said they would. They met their time deadlines. I would use them again.

We feel that our salesperson Dave did an outstanding job of evaluating what was best for our home. Dave also did an excellent job of communicating with us. Because of Dave s excellent communication, there were never any surprises. Dave always returned our calls promptly and was very polite. Dave did an excellent job of picking the timing of the installation. It did not rain at all during the roof installation. We were so worried about the attic and insulation being exposed to the elements. We feel like we had a superb crew on our job. They protected our property and our neighbor s property from damage during the tear off. We were also very impressed with the clean up of our yard. The man in charge of clean up picked up all of the debris in the yard and flowers beds. Both of the owners visited the job sight everyday to make sure things were going well. I wish more people ran their companies like they do.

Overall the job went quickly and well. The owner arrived and inspected and gave quote for work. A few days later his employees arrived and completed the work as expected.

The project went really well. They were timely (started and finished when they said they would be) even with a few rain storms. They picked up daily and did not leave anything in the way in the evening.

Technician was great. Took his time preparing the area so no mess was created. Answered all of my questions and gave advice on how to improve fireplace.

Two gentlemen came when they said they would, did the work quickly and neatly, and left us with information about when to have them come back. The people on the phone were professional, and we only had to wait a few days for them to come. We'll definitely use them again.

Job went very well. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up when they left. I was concerned about getting a good match on the mortar color, so they called me and let me see it before starting the tuckpointing. I think they did an excellent job matching the color and the quality of the work overall was excellent. Final cost was the same as the estimate, and it was about 1/2 what another company quoted.
