Great!
Description of Work: Designed and installed a custom chimney cap and cleared chimney. About a year later, I had a gas leak in my fireplace and Karl came out on a Saturday afternoon to provide a (free) consultation.

Lousy.
Description of Work: I called 5 weeks ago to have chimney caps or screens installed on my multiple flue chimney to prevent re-entry of wildlife. This past weekend, the raccoon moved back into my un-used flue for the winter so I'll now have to get them extracted first. When I called this afternoon, I was told that the delay was probably due to the fact that I "live off the beaten path". Since I live on North Bend Road in Mt. Airy, a very beaten path, she probably should have said "since you live west of Vine Street." I will not call them again for any reason.
