Description of Work: I have used the company before and been pleased with the one off clean they did. I bought the coupon in good faith having checked the small print to make sure that I could use it. The company says it is for new customers only and will not honor the coupon. They were quick to communicate and pleasant to deal with, but will not honor the coupon I purchased. Disappointed.

Description of Work: They sent 4 people to clean for 1 1/2 hours. They were to arrive at 2:45, however they were outside of my house at 2:30 all sitting in one car smoking cigarettes. The 4 started on the upstairs and 2 people, the gentleman and the dark haired young lady were extremely loud. While I didn't go look, I got the impression that the 2 of them were standing around the majority of the time. when they finished I signed to document because the person in charge literally shoved it in my face. However I continued to look around and noticed the stove was not cleaned. When Lisa (I think that is her name) was cleaning behind her coworker she broke my stove. She broke the rack that covers the burner. She apologized and told me I could report it if I wanted to. I find that very unprofessional and that should be here responsibility. After that we go into the dining room and I had to fix the chairs properly at the table. You could clearly see a curtain had fallen down, but instead of it being put back up correclty it was just stuck on top of the curtain rod. At the end of the day while they were friendly, I felt they were very unprofessional and really didn't give a d*** about the end result. With that said I politely put my tip back in my pocket. I have used this service before and it was much better the 1st time.

Description of Work: I paid to have 5 hours work done in my home. They sent 4 people who each worked 1 hour (I was shorted 1 hour of work). I was having people over that evening from my church group and wanted the place to "sparkle" which is exactly what I told them. A young girl was sent into the guest bathroom and did a great job in there. The gentleman they sent washed my sliding glass doors inside and out and my two front windows inside and out which was a very nice touch. However, after they all left I went into my kitchen and the sink hadn't even been cleaned out. In the living room the furniture had not been dusted under (hardwood floors). I was disappointed in some of the things that were not done that I thought should have been yet some of the things that were done were done well. That is why I am giving them a "C" rating.

Description of Work: My "Deal" was for two people for 3 hours of cleaning. I got three people for 3 hours. The ladies were very pleasant and not at all afraid of my collection of dirt. They were very efficient and I will use them again.

Description of Work: I have had a maid service for 10 years that I was happy with. However after this service I realize I could never be happy with another company. If you could dream of the perfect service this company delivers it every time.

Description of Work: They did forget to look for things on the floor and missed things vacuming. details were only fair. I feel some very light things were not moved.

Description of Work: Three crew members showed up to clean so they could do my entire house in under 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with Lisa who really bent over backwards to meet my scheduling needs. The only problem I had was that I left a detailed note with what I wanted done and a couple of things I did not want done (cleaning kitchen and bathroom counters). They did a good job on what I did want done, but they also cleaned those counters and in the process my papers on the kitchen counter got moved out of order and - this is the worst - a nose piece for my CPAP machine that I had set in a Dixie cup on my bathroom counter got thrown away. But overall, they did a good job and I will use them again.

Description of Work: The crew of three showed up right at the appointment time and got straight to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning places I would not have thought to ask for. They pointed out things that needed attention as they went along. I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: There was to be a team of three come in and do a move out clean for three hours for a total of nine hours. Two arrived late, all of them took several smoke breaks, the work was not completed and they left a little early. In the kitched there were mice droppings left in one of the drawers they didn't clean. Then when I called to have the issue resolved no one returned my call. I waited 48 hours to call again but the voicemail was full. I called them back several days later. When I finally spoke with someone there was a HUGE issue over what name I booked them under (Angie's List has me listed under my maiden name which I don't use). They acted like the issue was the name the appointment was scheduled under. The issue was the work was not done and they took several smoke breaks when the job was paid by the hour. When they asked me how they could resolve the problem I told them that I had to spend an extra day in town to do the cleaning myself (we are deployed military living in Norfolk, VA) and that the new tenants were already in the house. She again went back to the name the appointment was scheduled under. ??? When I told them about the mice droppings the response was we don't clean drawers unless it is a move out cleaning. Hello? It was a move out cleaning. I would not use them again. I will not recommend them to anyone.
