They did a fine job. No additional fees.

Although we wound up not needing their service, we were impressed with the quick estimate and a follow up from them that reminded me I needed to get back to them.

It was satisfactory. There was nothing special about it. They just did a satisfactory job, nothing exceptional.

THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH JOB

I called them to schedule and found that they were in Ohio, and I was in South Carolina. They were friendly and professional over the phone, but I could not use their service.

I've been using them for at least five years. My experiences with them have been awesome. They're great and reasonably priced and do a good job. They bring either two or three people here and get it done pretty quick, within a few hours.

AWFUL! I got a refund- but I wanted the service- It reflects badly on the rest of the services under that brand.

I have used this company before and will again. This particular visit was part of a Big Deal. The team members are always friendly and work hard.

They were not as thorough as I would have liked.

I was frustrated that they subcontract for another company and while they said they would honor groupone but when it came done to using them they would not agree to use the terms from the groupone. I felt that it was a bait and switch.

They did a great job. They were able to come out based upon when I was available. However, the scheduling was different than what they normally do with scheduling and I was concerned that they weren't going to be able to get the work done. In the end, they did make it happen & accommodated my needs.

The first time, they were good. Then their quality started to go downhill. They'd schedule me and then not show up. The vacuuming was not thorough and my bed (on risers) was collapsed when I came home. It took me 3 hours to get my bed back together. They also didn't tuck in the sheet or the fitted sheet on the bed they made. When I called in to complain, they were always willing to do something but the results were unsatisfactory. I came home one time, and I couldn't get the tub faucet turned on; when I did, I couldn't get it turned off. They had turned it turned off so hard that I couldn't turn it on. I had to hire a plumber. They offered me 2 complementary services, and I used one comp service, but I have decided to never use them again.

They do very good work. They know what there are doing and did a good job. The only problem is that they are very expensive. They were upfront with the cost and there were no surprises. They provided their own cleaning supplies for the job. The first time, they sent a crew of four people and cleaned my entire home. On the second visit, I had them send a smaller crew because it was a less expense. I wouldn’t hire the company again because of their costs.

I had no troubles with scheduling. They performed the job and delivered everything that was offered. I was satisfied with the work.

went well, they were running a few minutes late due to early morning traffic but called to let us know they were coming. Nice touch to do that.. The two young ladies arrived and scoped out the job and worked diligently for 3 hours dusting, vacuuming, moping and washing windows. did a nice job and we were very pleased. I'd recommend them.

I purchased 4 hours of cleaning for $99. I was contacted promptly but we could not come to an agreement on a date to complete the service. It was around the holiday season so I decided to wait to use the certificate later I called again after the holidays and no one returned my call. I called 2 more times and finally decided to give up. I still have the $99. certificate which I guess is worthless since no one at the company will return phone calls to schedule the service!

They have a time limit and if they don't finish come back but for an additional charge, However they are worth it they do a great job. If I had more money I would use them again. About four people came out to do the work and they were very thorough.

The three cleaners were very detail oriented and communicated well with us on what we wanted done. Very professional!

This is the third time I have purchased a deal for their services. They sent four crew members for the job and were there for an hour. They provided their own cleaning supplies. They did not get the whole house cleaning in the time allotted and only was unable to finish one room in the basement. They were fine.

This was the first time I have used their services. Three people completed the work and they stayed a little longer than the three hours to finish the work. They knew what they were doing and got everything completed that I had expected. Everything worked out fine.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional fees. They were able to complete all of the work that was expected and probably even a little more. They were professional and arrived right on time. They provided their own supplies, but were willing to use ours if we had wanted. I was not there for the work, but my wife said that the work was great!

They do a really good job. They have a very reasonable price. They are very honest. I have been using them for the past four years and will continue using them in the future.

They never got back to me about scheduling so I've decided to pursue a refund.

A team of three ladies came out, one lady was very good, the second was okay and the third wasn’t good at all. The one that wasn’t very good did my kitchen and it was a mess. They also left 30 minutes early, and with 3 women that was an hour and a half of time for my deal. I called and complained and Lisa, the owner said they would come back and make it right. Lisa is very nice, she had to come with the cleaning lady I thought was good. Lisa re-did the kitchen herself and the other lady re-did my master bathroom. Linda did a fabulous job in the bathroom. I wanted a cleaning service to come in once a month, but will not be using them again.
