We tried several times to schedule an appointment. While they were responsive, it seemed like a hassle for them to look at the calendar and appointment availability was an issue.

I had service done by the company previously and when I discussed the cost of the service with the employee she suggested that I purchase more Big Deals for future service. I did purchase a deal and now the service provider won't honor the deal because I am an existing customer. The fine print of the Deal does not state that it is for first time customers only but they still won't honor the deal and are blaming Angie's List for the error.

We weren't too happy with it. We were expected to give them some money for travel fare. They travel about 20 miles and there was nothing said about that when we made the agreement. We didn't think they did a very good job. They should inform ahead of time that there's travel fair to be paid. They didn't work here for 5 hours and I guess it would have been reasonable if they were but when they came her they were short-handed also. They were supposed to be more but only 2 people came and it should be more than that. They were here on time.

They did two so far, and they did a very good job. Very thorough, detailed. Came in with three or four people. Everyone had their assignment and got to it. They did general house cleaning.

They sent 3 people and one of them I would hire her in a minute to come back and clean my house. She was really, really good. One of them was okay, and the third one would have needed supervision, but she was younger. It was fine when they were done but I can tell which room each one did because one of them was a whole lot better than the other 2. If somebody needed some work that they couldn't do like scrubbing baseboards and things like that, they were fine. I had a coupon that Angie's List had online which was 6 hours of work, but they sent 3 people and you get 2 hours. It went well. I got what I needed done. If you have housecleaning jobs that you just haven't got to for a while, they are great for it, like if you are doing spring cleaning they are probably great for coming in and doing that. They come in and do things that you just have no time to do. The price was really good. The one girl I think was just learning and the other 2 were like helping train her so I am going to judge on the 2 that knew what they were doing. They were very professional.

It was a fine experience and it was what I had expected. They were pretty flexible with getting something scheduled. I did not have any complaints about their cleaning.

That was good. They did a good job. I have used them a couple of times. I rate them "B" because anybody can clean.

I don't think I'd bring them back again. I had to go back over a few appliances again, a toilet was missed, and a few other items, as well. They provided a list of services they would perform, and not all of them were done. The deal was for two hours, but I think they left after about an hour and twenty minutes. They certainly seemed like they were in a hurry. This was a good deal in that I think I got my money's worth, but again, I would not use them in the future.

They did a good job on the areas that they cleaned. When they were cleaning the upstairs bathroom tub, they noticed dripping through a kitchen light fixture below. They stopped cleaning the kitchen because they felt it was unsafe. I was told that after the problem was fixed, they would return and finish cleaning the kitchen. Later, I left a message with the company, but no one returned my call. I was too busy at that point to follow up. I felt that I should have been called to schedule a time for them to finish the job.

It went great. The cleaning people were punctual. They started working right away and worked quickly and effeciently. They were very professional and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I will definitely use them again!

3 people came out and arrived on time. However I felt like they didn't do a thorough job. It felt like they brushed over the the items. They also smelled like smoke.

My daughter-in-law was not happy at all. For what I remember she didn't feel like they have done a very good job. Something about they didn't clean as well as she would have.

I had about 5 people at the house. One man appeared to be the Supervisor. They did a fair job cleaning. They were not as thorough as I would have liked. With that many people cleaning throroughly my house in 3 hours should not have been a problem. However, they were running out of time and that I believe is the lack of focus and horsing around that occurred. They were cleaning upstairs and when they came down apparently one of the girls put a female product on the back of the Supervisor (he was unaware) until I spotted and told him about it. That was very unprofessional and an example of the youth that was doing this work that day. I had a previously good experience with these people, However after this experience I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I really like their cleaning. We had a couple of issues but it was fine. The job was big. There were a few times when they were late, and didn't call, but I expected that with a business. They did show up though.

They never called and never showed up. I have not purchased anything else from Angie's List and will not if I am going to lose my money and have no way to enforce an agreement for service.

That was really good. I remember it was before Christmas and people were busy and they were able to come. They did a really good job. I felt like they didn't have situations like we won't do this or we won't do that. I didn't ask for them really hard or anything. They were willing to help. Their performance matches their name pretty well.

My experience went okay. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. The pricing was a little high for the quality of service provided.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was very good. We were very impressed. We have used them since then for other more concierge type services. They came with 3 people and they were professional and worked hard. They had high standards and they were very polite. They had a lot of empathy and they were very nice and trustworthy. There were no surprises with the price. They were right on time. Lisa was very responsive.

Nothing, we've called twice a week for 3 weeks and have left 5 voice mails in total, with no response.
