Established in 2004: Just Ask & Consider It Done, LLC was created by Lisa Davies (Owner), a Cincinnati native of 39 years, in September of 2004. After 28 years of being in the corporate world as a single mother of two children, Lisa decided it was time to create a business founded on Christian beliefs and morals to assist parents and every day working people with every day situations.

They were okay overall. I didn’t feel like they were very thorough; I had to have them re-clean/re-do items, and even then they weren’t as clean as I would’ve liked them to be. Also, they seemed anxious to leave ahead of the time period that was allotted. After they left, I noticed a few other things that weren’t quite as clean, so I called the office and they told me that I’d be able to receive a discount if I signed up with a monthly contract.

This is why we have a standard policy for our customers to sign off on each room so that if anything is missed before the crew leaves they can correct it. This way we strive to have customer satisfaction! You did sign off before they left stating you were pleased. You then wanted to know what it would cost to have a monthly maintenance plan which I offered you $199 for the size of your home. I called the company about one week before we were able to coordinate our schedules. The woman scheduling was responsive and cordial in her timely return phone calls. Although they had to cancel the first scheduled appointment due to another job, they rescheduled promptly and showed up exactly at the time quoted. The two men that showed up were friendly and did not waste time with idle chatter, but got right to the job. One of the units didn't fit immediately but they figured out how to manage that, solved the problem and got the work done promptly. They will be coming back to help out with some additional work in the near future.

I bought An Angie's List "Big Deal" of 9 hours of cleaning for $180 (3 people, 3 hours). I wanted them to do more than just general cleaning (more like spring cleaning), so I had a list of things for them to do. They were about 10 minutes late although they sat in the driveway for some time. The third person showed up a couple of minutes later. They said they were not given the correct address. The supervisor thought they might not be able to finish my list so they asked what was the least priority. I told them vacuuming as we could do that later. Also they could do the spare bedrooms last. They set to work. They worked diligently. They were pretty much done after 2.5 hours (including the vacuuming and the spare bedrooms). They were getting ready to leave, but they still owed me 30 mines (each). I asked that they clean the windows in the sun room. The supervisor thought that might take too long so I told her they should get as far as they could. One person cleaned them in less than 30 minutes. They also dusted inside a curio cabinet that I had told them to do only if there was time. I was then given their standard checklist of what they were to do and asked to sign off on it, which I did. I had found a few things they had missed which they corrected. After the fact, I noticed that they did not always dust objects as a few were left pretty dusty. It also appeared that they dusted around some things, rather than move them. Also, my husband's bathroom bowl still had scum in it. In general, I thought they did a reasonable job but not the best in the world. They also seemed ready to leave after 2.5 hours rather than ask what else they could do to give me my full time.

I don't understand how instructions can be given and then not followed. Overall communication was poor and calls attempting to resolve went unreturned. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: My preference is to write only positive reviews, but, in this case, I felt it necessary to share my experience with this company. I contacted Lisa at ‘Just Ask and Consider It Done’ to schedule a move-out clean of my apartment. After describing (in detail) what I wanted done, I was assured it was no problem. During the phone call, Lisa went over pricing and I asked about the “buy 2 hours get 1 free hour of cleaning” coupon she has listed on Angie’s List. I told her 6 hours for 2 people to clean a vacant apartment was too much, and asked if I could use the balance to do some cleaning in the new home. The response was ‘Yes’, although she stated it night be next week before she could get someone over to the new place. I said it was no problem. I give Lisa my girlfriend’s number and tell her she will be the one at the apartment on cleaning day. The verbal estimate is $140.00 ($70/per hour for two people) and Lisa asks for my email address so she can send me a copy. That email never arrives. Cleaning Day at the apartment comes and 2 ladies show up to begin work. My girlfriend explains specifically what needs to be done. Lisa arrives soon after and is now told a second time exactly what needs to be done. My girlfriend leaves to do run some errands. She returns and is told they will need at least another hour to complete the clean. Knowing that we have a total of 6 hours (3 hours x 2 people) available, they are told to continue. They do. When my girlfriend arrives back to check on the cleaning, one of the ladies calls Lisa and is told to charge $262.00. Now remember, the original quote was $140. Now the final bill is almost double that. My girlfriend asks to speak to Lisa, and is told she is in a meeting and cannot speak with her. The bill is paid and the cleaners leave. My girlfriend contacts Lisa a short while later and explains the bill was too much for what was requested and quoted. Lisa does not do anything to resolve the situation in this call. Lisa calls the next day and asks if we have the coupon to give her, and, if we did she would refund the additional $$$. My girlfriend tells her it’s on the Angie’s List profile page for the company. Lisa does nothing not do anything to resolve the situation in this call either. I receive a call from “Whitney” from Just Ask and explain to her I am at the airport about to board a plane and can call her back in about an hour. I call Whitney back when I land and get voicemail. I try a second time that day with the same result. I try the next day as well, but receive no call back at all. I will try to reach Whitney and Lisa two additional times, without a single callback. So here we are, 7 days later. Ample time to resolve a customer service issue. I would much rather offer praise for a company that deserves it. But, my recommendation is to avoid this company based on my single experience with them.

Let me start by saying that I am surprised to see that response and that Member's girlfriend did not communicate the last conversation that I had with his girlfriend. I called Member's girlfriend and mention that once we had the coupon from the Angie's List Book that I would mail her a check back for $70.00. For accounting purposes we need the coupon for verification. She said that was fine and that when her boyfriend returned she would get it to us. At that point she was a satified customer not knowing to call Member back. Nothing was ever mentioned again and no coupon ever arrived. I (Lisa Davies) made a point to arrive on the job in the begining to meet with the girlfriend that day on 3-26-12 and we arrived on time. Actually the girlfriend had was outside loading the car up with things when we greeted her. She was very nice and showed us the apartment. The girlfriend was there on and off during the entire time the crew was there. She wanted them to detail clean the kitchen inside and out of all cabinets. The refrigerator she asked us to do which was not apart of the description that Member originally told us. Since we had to pull out all drawers in the refrigerator to hand clean and all the shelving and then put back in this added extra time on to the cleaning. Since all the furniture had been removed there was much dirt build up on the baseboards along with all the pet hair and a master bathroom that had not been cleaned is sometime. The team was there for 3.75 hours which the girlfriend had authorized the extra time. With the one hour free from Angie's List the charge would have been $192.50. Since the girlfriend was there and agreed on the extra 45 minutes we only charged a total of $52.50 extra for the 2 team time. I did resolve the issue with the girlfriend and expected her to give the message to Member. As mentioned above we did follow the instructions as Member stated but the girlfriend wanted us to do extra cleaning that she new would take obviously longer. We can still resolve this issue if he choses to contact us to discuss. We appreciate your business and wish you a blessed Happy Easter Holiday!

My complaint is with the deal I bought versus the deal I thought I was buying. After Just Ask and Consider it Done realized I thought I bought 3 sessions for $180, I feel like they could have done something to make it up to me. I would be happy with half my money back. $90 is the most I would pay someone ot clean my house for 3 hours.
Description of Work: I bought an Angie's Big Deal - $180 for 3 hours of detailed housecleaning w 3/ppl for a total of 9 hours. A $450 value. Because of the way this deal was worded, I thought I was paying for three 3 hour cleaning sessions. The wording "for a total of 9 hours" is misleading. I also thought because it was valued at $450 it had to be priced for 9 hours. Who would pay a service $450 to clean their house for 3 hours? I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. The cleaners came once and did an ok job but certainly not a job valued at $450. What a rip off!

The coupon with Angie clearly stated this coupon is good for a crew of 3 for 3 hours each for a total of 9 hours’ worth of detailed house cleaning at total value of $450.00. Leslie Earls paid the coupon rate of $180.00 for the house cleaning. The coupon was not worded badly or misleading by any means. If that was the case all the other Angie clients that had purchase the deal would have complained too. In the fine print it also states not valid for cash back. Just Ask & Consider It Done, LLC cleaned the member's home on 2/24/12 along with signing off stating that she was completely satisfied with our cleaning and wanted us back for a maintenance plan. The member wrote to Just Ask in an email the following: "Fri. Feb. 23, 2012 at 3:14 PM Lisa, Here is the coupon. I had to cut and paste from Angie’s List. I hope this is ok. My house looks great and your team was professional and courteous. I look forward to the next cleaning. Thanks," Never was a problem stated at any time. I called her on 3/5/12 to give her the quotes for the maintenance plan of she requested and said she would discuss it with her husband and call us back. For this reason and all our documentation Just Ask cannot offer cash back. We will offer her in good faith for purchasing the coupon a 10% off her first maintenance plan. We appreciate her business!

I've tried a few Angie's List Big Deals and this was by far the best. I was contacted just a few days after buying the Big Deal and was able to schedule the service in about a week. Both Lisa and Whitney were very professional each time I spoke to them on the phone. A team of three arrived promptly and did a very thorough cleaning job throughout my house. They moved furniture and any other moveable objects to clean under and around everything. (And discovered where that pesky mouse has been hiding...a mission even an exterminator had failed to accomplish.) It would have taken me days to get my house this clean so it was great to get it done in just three hours. As a single woman with a very demanding job, I'm pleased to have found this resource that can help me keep my home in order.

They were very good and very efficient. They got the job done quickly. They were on a deadline because the movers were bringing the new family's furniture in at noon. They had 2 hours to get it done and they got it done. They were very good, I recommend them.

They arrived on time (a group of 3 people) and were in my home exactly 2 hours. I have 2000 sq feet divided up into 3 floors. They got to 2 floors only and never touched the 3rd floor. Immediately after they left, I climbed my carpeted stairs (custom carpet runner over wood floor stairs) and noticed right away that they had left something hot for too long on one of the stairs and it melted my carpet. I took pictures and called them right away....(sending them the picture)....Later my husband felt each and every riser and found anohter half dozen other spots of melted carpet. The carpet is a dark patterned design, so you have to feel for the spots as only the one very bad one is noticeable to the eye and not just to the touch. The owner wanted to come out and look at it, but could not make it before today (9/7/11). It was apparent to my husband and I that she came here with the attitude of there being no way she was going to make this right. She even said that "we could not prove that her crew did this damage"....I explained to her that the damage was not there before her crew cleaned my home, and I immediately noticed it when they left. Being in the service industry myself, I can not imagine treating a customer this way......not only damaging their property BUT then treating them like they were liars to boot. Terrible Terrible company!!!
Description of Work: I bought a coupon on YoDeal for $89.......2 hours of housecleaning by a crew on up to 2000 sq feet of home. My home is right at 2000 sq feet. They arrived on time and left in exactly 2 hours. I see that this owner/Lisa wrote a short novel to respond. Seriously folks.....use this co. at your own risk. It only cost my husband and me $60 to pay a carpet person to come in and cut out the damaged risers (6 in all) and have new pieces patched in (we were lucky in that we had abot 8 feet left over from the inital install 2 years ago) so it is not the expense that really bothered us. It was her coming into our home and immediately taking the attitude that we were trying to pull one over on her and that "we could not prove that her co. caused the damage"......her words. It was apparent to both of us early on that she assumed this (even though I emailed pictures and called her co. w/i about 15 minutes of their having left our home) or worse - she knew full well that her team caused the damage and was just not going to take responsibility. I will say this again....the upright vacuum that she brought back to our home is NOT the vacuum I saw her employee use on my stairs. We did not bother to go get our Miele vacuum b/c it is rarely used (and for those of you who have Mieles...you know that have rubber-like ball/rolleers on the bottom and are not going to melt carpet).....as we usually have a cleaning co. come in since we both work long crazy hours. BTW......Ham Co. says we have a bit over 2100 sq feet.......My bad......I guess I thought 2100 +/- was close enough to 2000 sq. feet.

IN RESPONSE TO MEMBER'S COMPLAINT: September 8, 2011 Just Ask & Consider It Done, LLC (JACD) acknowledges that Member did purchase a YoDeal for $89 to do a detail clean of her home for 2 hours with 3 team members for up to 2,000 square feet. Anything over 2,000 which the fine print states on the YoDeal ad then you must purchased two certificates. Member is making a false statement of saying her home is 2000 sq. ft. Anyone can go look online at the Hamilton County Auditor’s to see her home is exactly 2,132 sq. ft. with 3 floors. When Member called us on August 8, 2011 to set her appointment she told us that the home was 2,000 sq. ft. and not anything over that. JACD then scheduled her detailed cleaning from 830 AM -1030AM on August 24th for 2 team members for 2 hours only. JACD lets all of our YoDeal clients know that since it is a detail cleaning and we clean all non-carpeted floors by hand, move furniture and etc. that is takes much longer than just a basic cleaning. Member was informed that to prioritize what she wanted cleaned in her home since the team would be there for only 2 hours. Member said she would be there during the cleaning and will let them know what floors she wanted cleaned. When the JACD team arrived on August 24th the team called the office and said that the house was much bigger than she initially told us when setting up the appointment. The team did tell Member that there would be no way to complete the entire home. Had Member purchased another certificate like the other YoDeal client’s do with homes over 2000 sq. ft. they could have finished Member entire home. Member said just clean the top two floors and not to worry about cleaning the 3rd floor which is exactly what the team did. The team finished the detail cleaning of the first two floors per Member instruction but since she did not purchase the 2nd certificate the 3rd floor could not be cleaned. After 1030am Member said thank you and the Just Ask Team proceeded to their next appointment. It was the same day that Member called and said that an area on the carpet runner going up the steps had been melted by our vacuum. It was explained to Member by phone that our vacuums have a stall protection on them and will stop immediately when things get caught or the vacuum starts to get warm. Therefore our equipment could never get to that degree of temperature to melt a carpet or rug. Wouldn't one think if the carpet was burning to a level of melt down that someone would have smelt it, including Member? Member never said anything while the team was there about the carpet any odor that a vacuum makes when burning. It was told to Member that we would check it out with the team and then call her back to set up an appointment to come and look at the runner. At that time we asked Member to take pictures and send them to us by email. Pictures were received but not clear enough to tell what exactly had happened. The earliest date Member agreed upon was September 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM. The owner Lisa Davies and the team member (Nick) who had vacuumed the stairs did come out on September 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM to look at the damage Member reported. Member and her husband showed us the main spot on the carpet and a few other small areas. Lisa Davies the owner did explain after looking at the runner that our vacuum could not have melted her carpet in that one spot like that. Something else had to create that damage. Once again Lisa Davies explained the stall protection on the vacuum that was used to vacuum the carpet. The vacuum used could not get that hot to cause this type of damage. Lisa Davies asked Nick to turn the vacuum on to show Member how he vacuumed the stairs and to leave the vacuum on for several minutes for Member to see for herself that the vacuum does not get hot. Member refused for us to let us show her or to even plug the vacuum in. Lisa Davies mentioned to Member that it appeared that someone had split hot wax from a candle in the areas and then tried to scrape it off with a knife after the wax had hardened. This is one assumption by Lisa Davies due to the way the carpet looked and the matted fibers of the carpet and the way it felt. Member then stated that it could have been the canister vac that caused this to happen. Nick said to Member that the canister vac was never used on the stairs. Again Member assumption! Lisa Davies did mention that the team does own a canister vac in which the team uses for hardwood floors, tile or laminate flooring. Even if the canister vac had been used with the long hose attachment the hose could never get to that degree of temperature to melt a carpet. Lisa Davies did state that this damage was not a result of our equipment. The other spots where so small and not noticeable that it did not add up to a vacuum causing this to happen. Lisa Davies asked Member if we could take a look at her vacuum to see if it was possible that her vacuum could have over heated and created this to occur. Member refused to show us her vacuum! Lisa Davies also mentioned that JACD did clean other homes that day with the same vacuum and the other clients did not call in about having burnt carpet with the same vacuum. Wouldn’t one think that this is unusual? Member acknowledged that she has another cleaning person that cleans her home which led to Lisa Davies to wonder what really did happen here. No conclusions just assumptions by Member. Lisa Davies politely said to Member that maybe it could have been caused by something else or someone else that lives in the home or has been in the home. Lisa Davies told Member that Just Ask & Consider It Done, LLC was not responsible for the damaged spots on the runner. It was quite apparent that Member from the beginning wanted something for nothing since she would not purchase the 2nd voucher and misled us on her sq. footage to begin with. Member then stated she would take further take action and do everything to disparage our company name. Lisa Davies said if she wished to do so or to take legal action that was her right. It was quite apparent that she thought she could blame the carpet on us in hopes to get it replaced with a new one. Anyone that knows Lisa Davies knows that she is very professional and including her staff. Member gave us a “C” for price…………………Is $89.00 not fair enough to clean a 2,000 sq. ft. home with a team of 3 for 2 hours? Responsiveness a “C”? September 7, 2011 was what Member and Lisa Davies agreed upon due to the fact of Labor Day Holiday. Quality a “D”? Member was at home the entire time and when the team left she was very pleased with the quality of work. Professionalism an “F”? Lisa Davies did show up along with the team member and did make the effort to speak to Member regarding the situation when Member called in. Lisa Davies never once said to Member that they were liars or treated them as if they were. If Member wants to assume that only because Lisa Davies claimed the piece of carpet was not our fault then I am sorry. But never once did we treat them like liars. As an owner of Just Ask & Consider It Done, LLC we do acknowledge when accidents happen and that is why we carry insurance to cover for obvious damages. This damage was obviously not created by our staff or our equipment and we have documentation of all this if needed. As the owner that met with Member I do apologize it had to come down to this. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Charged us $70 for nothing!
Description of Work: WORST SERVICE EVER,! Had them come to clean windows and two men came completely unprepared and left before completing the job. They were suppose to clean windows, moved everything from in front of the windows, put nothing back, and left because it rained. They had no ladders to reach what I really wanted done. They apologized and seemed very nice about it and said they wouldn't charge us. Now they have sent us a bill and called to threaten collection and claim that is untrue. We had to par $70.00 FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

In Response To: THE MEMBER‘S WORST SERVICE EVER! It truly amazes me that the member would disparage my business after he used our services and said the check would be in the mail for $70.00 for the services rendered on June 10, 2011. Just Ask & Consider It Done did have a crew of two men to clean the outside of the windows as agreed upon with the member. Just Ask and Consider It Done was not contracted to clean his home nor did we. The Just Ask Crew was there on Friday, June 10th for “1” hour and were able to clean 75% of the windows until it started to rain. At this time the member authorized the crew to leave and never once expressed his unhappiness of the quality of workmanship. Just Ask & Consider It Done’s owner then called the member to schedule a day to finish the work. The member chose not to reschedule since his family was coming in for the weekend. The member was invoiced and said he would send a check in the mail. One week went by and “NO” check……..Just Ask & Consider It Done then called the member thinking the check was lost in the mail and once again he said he forgot and would mail it. Two weeks went by and “NO” check. Several messages were left on the member’s voice mail about the missing check and still no returned phone call. Just Ask & Consider It Done then sent out a friendly collection letter on July 18, 2011 by email and still got “NO” response. On August 2, 2011, almost two months later Just Ask & Consider It Done was able to contact the member regarding his outstanding invoice. Just Ask & Consider It Done asked for a credit card over the phone, to take care of the amount due which the member voluntarily gave. If the member thought of this as a threat to collect the debt then I do apologize. As a Christian business owner of Just Ask and Consider It Done it ceases to amaze that one has to write such a complaint to get back at company because he finally had to pay his bill to “avoid collections”. I was extremely pleased with their service. They truly lived up to their name "Just Ask & Consider it Done". I called on a Monday and was able to schedule and receive transportation for that very day. Although I set up a schedule for transportation for the rest of the week, I had to modify based on my recovery. Lisa and Whitney were completely flexible and supportive. They provided everything I needed, when I needed it and more! I am on my second week being on crtuches and can count on Lisa and Whitney to make sure I am completely taken care of. The price is so reasonable and it is such a relief to know that they are available if I need something. I will continue to use them until I am off crutches in a few weeks. I would highlighy recommend them!
Description of Work: I had knee surgery, am on crutches and cannot drive. I need someone to help me get to work on a part time basis, grocery shopping and general errands. I did not want to constantly impose on family/friends and Just Ask & Consider it Done was the perfect solution.

They have done well so far. They come on a weekly basis to get the work done. I wish their price would have been a little lower, but they do a good job and I have three floors to be cleaned. They come on time. We know at what time they would be coming to do the work, as they always call before coming. They are professional too.

Unfortunately, when I arrived home Friday evening, I found that my house had not been thoroughly cleaned. I found the following: Master Bathroom - Mirror not cleaned, shower not cleaned (soap scum), the floor tile had not been cleaned, Hair on the tub, Trash not emptied. All through the house there was lint and things on the floor as if they had not vacuumed thoroughly. I literally went through my house picking stuff off the floor. They also left a vacuum attachment on the floor. I left a message for Lisa early Saturday morning about the quality of the cleaning. Later that same day, I discovered that I was missing money. I had a large container of change/a few $ with roughly about $50-80 in it. It was located in on the top shelf of my closet in the master bedroom. They had entered the closet to put my shoes in. I called the police and made a report. I also called Lisa. As you can imagine she was shocked yet apologetic. She offered to give me a free cleaning b/c she wanted to keep the business. She could not believe that one of her employees could have done such a thing, etc. She mentioned that she had a new employee that was sent to work in my house. While the process for solving the crime has been slow, I spoke with the Officer who had identified a suspect (surprise! the new person) but that person was evading his calls and attempts to take a lie detector test, etc. He was going to ask Lisa as her employer to attempt to compel her to cooperate. I have not heard anything as of yet. Just Ask cashed my check. I have to say this was my fault b/c I always think people are going to do the right thing. I should have stopped payment on the check. I thought that she would not cash until we had resolution to both situations 1) the quality of the clean and the 2) the theft. I spoke with her about it via phone. I asked her why she would cash the check without there being a resolution. She said she would refund if it was proven that her group was at fault. She asked me to send her a list of the things that were not cleaned, which I did. This was her response to me: I appreciate your comments on the things you noticed that the crew did not take notice of. As you know, I expect my crew to always be attentive and to do their job right. If you still want to use our services after the case is closed with Officer Temple, I will comp you 30 minutes of time to make up for the last cleaning. Just Ask & Consider It Done, LLC hopes that all of this can be resolved. With sincere apologies, Lisa Davies Owner I couldn't believe it when I read the email. I want my money back not 30 minutes of free cleaning!! I was robbed by one of your employees! I can't believe this is the way they would conduct their business. I have never had anything stolen from my house before but I learned a valuable lesson although an expensive ($175.00) one. I think I will be cleaning my own house from now on.
Description of Work: I contracted with Just Ask for a general house clean. I used them once before and was very pleased. They had done a "spring clean" recently so my house was not extremely messy. I was hoping to build a monthly cleaning relationship with them. The difference this time was that I was not present when they arrived (I gave them a garage code) and there were less workers than before (2 vs. 3). The charge was $175.00.

Just Ask & Consider It Done was hired for a detailed cleaning and window cleaning of this member's condo on November 13, 2008. Just Ask & Consider It Done (JACD) actually had four team members there instead of the three which she mentioned. She was very kind to let Angie's list know pleased she was with our work and JACD was very appreciative her report. JACD then set up a flat rate of $170.00 for 2 hours with 2 team members for her monthly maintenance cleaning; not the $175 as she mentioned. On 2/13/09 JACD cleaned her condo again and once again a satisfied customer. The next scheduled date was 5/1/09 which was 3 months later. JACD charged her $170.00 for 2 hours with 2 team member as always. As She mentioned that in November her condo was extremely messy and with 3 months from her last cleaning it was back to the original mess. JACD could only accomplish so much in a 2 hour timeframe with 2 team members. Since she did not maintain her condo or pick up things before the team arrived; only so much could be finished in a timely manner. Lisa Davies did speak with the member on Saturday and said that a jar of change and a couple of dollars were missing from her closet, but not for sure if she misplaced the jar amongst everything else. She forgets to mention that someone else other then the JACD team had been in her condo. Services were rendered and she did pay $170 not $175. She said she filed a report with the police. Lisa Davies offered her a free cleaning if it was determined by the police that JACD was at fault. It is the policies of JACD to have all employees' complete a state background check along with fingerprinting before working with us. JACD has been very blessed to have a good reputation in the city and not to have charges of theft since we opened our doors in 2004. Lisa Davies (Owner) was very cooperative with the police department during the investigation. It was an unfortunate incident that she could not locate her jar of $50 – $80 and that she was unsatisfied with our cleaning in the 2 hour timeframe. JACD does strive to keep our client's happy and will take blame when due. As of July 20, 2009 JACD is still innocent with the police department and no charges were made. Hopefully, as a Christian based company you as a possible customer can decide for yourself.

After getting in touch with 'Just Ask', Lisa Davies came to my home right away to estimate the cleaning job. Lisa was wonderful. She discussed with me all the cleaning options, then allowed me to pick and choose the services I wanted, The next day, two young ladies came to my home and worked non-stop every minute they were here. My house sparkled by the time they walked out the door. I just sat down and smiled at money well spent. Lisa knows how to get things done! I have recommended Lisa and her company to others, and now my friends are happy too!
Description of Work: Lisa sent two young ladies to clean my house. They REALLY cleaned my house! I showed them the list that I had compiled of what I wanted to try to accomplish in order of importance to me. These are the items that they addressed... vacuum/dust/baseboards/blinds/wood floors/bathroom floors/tubs/showers/sinks/counters/walls/furniture and I'm probably forgetting something. They did so much!
