They cleaning was excellent. We had some scheduling issues on our end but when we called for an appointment they were able to work us in quickly. They were very professional, prompt and detailed. The housecleaning was done to our satisfaction.

They did a great job. The price was a special. I felt that the quote that I received for regular service was a bit high. They did miss some baseboards.

I was so pleased with the 3 ladies' thoroughness that I hired them to come once a week simply to vacuum, and every 4th week to do a whole-house cleaning. The couple of issues that I had forgotten to address before the 1st cleaning I discussed with the owner or manager afterward, and they have remembered since then. Overall, it's a tad bit expensive, but due to other issues in our lives at this time, it's worth it to me. I would highly recommend them. The 3 ladies who come here are Linsey, Paige, and Stephanie.

The cleaning crew was friendly and professional and went straight to work. They did an excellent job following my priorities list and accomplished more than I expected. They were very thorough and effecient!

The ladies arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m., began to work as soon as I told them my expectations. They had some time constraints (I had only purchased 5 hours of cleaning) but they did a lot of work in the time they were here. There were a number of items on the "check list" that they didn't do in order to get the most obvious jobs finished. They split up to be sure they covered most of what I had asked them to do. Several hours after they left, I received a call from the office asking me if I was satisfied with the job.

Pleasant greeting, told what to do and did it very quietly. Need then for five more hours.

Overall I would say it was a good job, not stellar, but overpriced. Given I am out of their service area and had to pay an additional fuel surcharge, I won't be using them again. I will look for someone locally to clean my house for a better price for what I need.

Three ladies arrived to clean my house and I had asked them to concentrate on the kitchen and bathrooms. They were hard workers, cleaned my hardwood floors on their knees! Though I gave them a "B" for punctuality, it was traffic related. So no fault of their own. Ellen, Terri and Melissa separated and began work immediately upon arrival. They couldn't have been kinder or worked harder... now I can concentrate on other things!

The owner, Lisa, is fantastic. After I purchased her services through an Angies List "Big Deal" she took the intitiative to contact me to schedule. She was extremely personable and informative on the phone. After scheduling the cleaning, her staff arrived promptly and performed far above my expectations. They were friendly, professional, and my house hasn't sparkled this much in quite a long time. I highly recommend!

We bought the "Angie's Big Deal" of 3 people for 3 hours for $180.00. The initial response call came while I was driving and didn't have a calendar handy, so I said I would call back. Several days later, when I returned home from traveling, I called to set the appointment. After several calls and emails, I finally got a call back and we scheduled. We realized , as the date drew near, that we didn't know if we needed to supply anything...so I called. Again, after multiple calls and emails, I got a return call telling us that, No, they would bring everything they needed with them. The crew arrived on the appointed day - right on time! They were loaded with supplies and equipment, very courteous and ready to go. They asked my priorities, which I gave them and off they went. They started - all three of them - with the upstairs. I worked downstairs during that time and kept the dogs out of their way. When they came downstairs, the dogs and I went outside to the backyard. At the end of 3 hours, one of the crew stuck their head out the backdoor and told me they were finishing up. I went inside, did a walkthrough, approved of what i saw and tipped each person on the crew. They thanked me, packed up, and left. We waited to hear back from the company about setting up a regular schedule, but didn't get a call until I called and asked about it. I was quoted a good price, but we have decided that we will try another company instead. We loved the crew that came to the house, but we are not in love with the company that sent them. Reaaly too bad.

Over-all, I am unhappy with the service we received. I guess there was a misunderstanding over the telephone conversation but I was expecting 5 hours of detailed cleaning with 3 cleaners. So when they arrived at my house at 8:40, I was expecting them to clean until 1:40. But I was wrong. They left a little after 10! I guess with 3 cleaners, they split the hours... Anyway, the cleaning aspect of it, I was very unhappy. When they arrived, they asked me was there anything specific I would like for them to clean. I responded "yes." I pointed out to the cobwebs high in the corners of my ceiling which I couldn't reach. They said they'd take care of it. I left the house with and when I came home around, it looked like they had indeed cleaned but not to what I had expected. They didn't take care of the cobwebs (which I was furious about) and it looked like they half-assed swept and mopped. I accidentally spilled wine on the floor the night before by the end table and sofa and left it there to see if they would clean it up. Nope, it was still there, along with other debris. And it was clearly visible if they had looked in that direction. Over-all, I felt as if the job they did, I could have done it myself. When I purchased the Angie's List deal, I was expecting 5 hours of DETAILED cleaning. Not 5 hours of rushed services.

The two house cleaners blazed through my condo. They did a great job of getting up some grease and grime that had accumulated, especially in the kitchen. There were a couple of areas they didn't do, such at the inside of the china cabinets; however, when they finished early, they gladly went back and cleaned, after explaining to me that their company policy prohibits them from cleaning those areas unless requested by the home owner. Later, the only thing I noticed that could have been cleaned better was the master shower/bath, but I am SURE that if I'd asked, they would have gone back over it. They were fun and easy people to deal with, and I didn't feel for one minute like they minded any request.

They arrived on time, reviewed what was to be done. They were very efficient, asked for me to look at their work before they left. They work well together and were very professional. Great job.

They came in on time and there 3 people. They asked me where I wanted them to start and I told them the bathrooms and kitchen. They were done with these areas in no time and completed the cleaning of the whole house in 1 hour. I inspected the work and found many things not cleaned. The bottom of the closet in the bathroom was cleared out for them but not cleaned, some of the blinds were not touched, some of the window ledges were not done. I could go on but I decided that if I have to tell them how to clean then I will find someone else. I called to get the other 2 hours scheduled and the owner had a hard time with how much time was left if she sent 2 people. She told me it would be 15 minutes more if she sent 3 people. I told her to just send 2 for an hour. Well, I gave up and did not even call back to schedule. I have had the last two cleaning people come in and perform good individualized cleaning. I did not have to tell them what needed done every two weeks, they knew. I was disappointed with this special. I would not recommended this cleaning service.

Wonderful would be a great word to describe form start to finish. They were honest and realized they didn't need all3 hours so just worked 2 l/2 and saved my last 30 minutes for later. They did not have to do that and who would haveknown. Trusted and great team.

From scheduling the appointment to the moment the workers left, everyone was helpful, understanding, pleasant and professional. Lisa answered all my questions and concerns when setting up the appointment, and again via email when I had more.The crew was a no-nonsense group of ladies who showed up on time and got right down to business. The great price probably has a lot to do with my satisfaction but given some prior experiences I've had, I didn't expect this level of service even at full price. If I could, I'd have them clean my house every week!

The ladies were wonderful, respectful, friendly, kind and thorough. They started with dusting and cleaning chandeliers and then they all took on a seperate room and cleaned each room thoroughly.. They performed each task like it meant something to them. I have had other companies come in to do same work and have never been as satisfied. When they left everything was done, and they couldn't have done a better job. I was so happy with job that was performed. I have already recommended them and would and will use them again.

Cleaning is usually done quite well. I've had to call back a few times regarding areas that were missed or not cleaned at all and they have generally been responsive. Sometimes I've had to call back more than once to speak to someone about an issue, before my issue has been resolved. I was initally very pleased with my cleanings, but have recently noticed that the cleaning is not as good as it once was. When I complained about my recent experiences, the owner offered to clean for free and send me a new cleaning crew. I was very pleased with the new crew's work.

I liked that four ladies showed up and cleaned my house in two hours' time. They all introduced themselves and they were very efficient.

I didn't have any idea there was any kind of service like this. They are very friendly and very efficient. They are also very accommodating to my needs.
