Great! My house was really dirty

Fantastic! Right on time, very professional, friendly, efficient. I had been advised to make a to-do list ahead of time and prioritize it. They went right down the list, got all but the last thing done, and did a great job!

They came (4). Cleaned, vacuumed, cleaned bathroom and bedroom. Some things not done well/completed. I would go over things before they leave for good price.

It went fine. They showed up on time, and did some picking up and arranging that I didn't expect them to do.

Just Ask showed up promptly and got to work right away. The two women worked hard from the second they arrived until it was time to go. They accomplished a significant amount of cleaning in the time allotted and were personable and professional.

They are very easy to contact and schedule. The entire staff could not be more friendly and cooperative. I simply don't want to hover over a cleaning team to direct or redirect their efforts.

Overall the work performed was satisfactory and I did not have any issues. During the second visit I had instructed them to clean the four bathrooms in my home. After that was done in < 4 hours, I got t an impression that they were ready to leave. But I informed them that based on my calculation I still had time left and provided them other tasks. The crew performed all the tasks that I had requested and left when the scheduled time was over.

It went very well. They were on time and had a good crew. They worked quickly and efficiently. Our house smelled so good when they left. The bathrooms were really well cleaned.

I purchased this deal of Angie's List for $95 for cleaning plus an additional $35 drive time. My house was 27 miles outside of their office so that is where the extra $35 came from. The thought the 2 ladies that came were nice, trustworthy and professional. However, I believe their work was really slow. I have a small 1600 ft house with 4 bedrooms and they did not even get to one single bedroom in that 2 1/2 hours nor did they get to the masterbath, laundry room or mopping the floors. I believe I got $130 worth of service but certainly not great Angie's List deal of the day.

I was to get 9 man hours of Detailed Housecleaning for $180 . The company would not schedule morning or afternoon until day before appointment. The owner called and said 4 ladies would be at my house the next day between 1 and 1:15 and stay for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a total of 9 hours. They arrived at 1:35 and were getting in their cars at 3:30 without having finished the job. Four women leaving 20 minutes early means I paid would pay for over an hour of cleaning I was not getting.I asked them to come back in and clean my French Door windows before they left. Two ladies came back and did the windows.That means 2 women were paid for a tottal of 40 minutes of work I did not get. The supervisor of the crew was very rude to me and the other ladies working. When I called the owner she informed me it had been a very stressful week and she would give me 10% off the next time I used her service. Thank you but no thank you. I will not use this company again and would tell anyone who ask not to use them.

They were very thorough. At the end when I checked things over, they had not cleaned 2 fans - and they quickly went back and cleaned the fans. I was asked to provide a prioritized list of the areas to be cleaned with the understanding that they would clean as much as possible in the allotted time. This worked well for the 1-time visit. I chose not to continue to use them for on-going work because the cost was going to be too high. I think they over-estimated the length of time required, and this combined with the additional travel surcharge for distance over 20 miles (I'm about ~22 miles) put them over the top for ongoing maintenance. Also, unless something unusual has happened, I don't want to have to think about what needs to be cleaned. They didn't offer a set rotation like some of the providers do. I prefer that. The owner was good at keeping in touch prior to the appointment.. confirming time, making sure I had my list ready and the extra $35 for the fuel surcharge. The cleaners were about 25 minutes late without a call, but it worked out OK on my end. The promotion price was a great deal.

I was surprised they charged and extra $35.00 travel time because I was one mile over their driving limit. They broke a sentimental nick knack that my mom gave me. My mom died in 2002 & she had the piece over 25 years.

They were humming and singing while they worked. They really enjoyed their job. They weren't just professional, but friendly. They had special things to steam to get dirt out. They had special equipment to clean with. They were very efficient. They had all kinds of different cleaners to do the job correctly so nothing would get damaged. The wood downstairs has never looked that good.

Very satisfied with thoroughness and professionalism of the 3 person cleaning team. They arrived on time and got right to work and had the house cleaned in a little over two hours.

They were on time and very considerate. They asked if I wanted anything special done. I asked if they would use a product I provided on the grout on the tile in the bathroom and kitchen - both very small areas. They said yes but the grout was never touched. Fustrating. The one woman worked very hard and efficient, one did good work and the third's work was only fair.

They arrived on time and completed the work. They came with their own cleaning equipment. They were friendly and helpful. They finished early so they asked me if I wanted them to do more work today, or to make an appointment for another day.

Three people showed up to provide 5 hours of cleaning. I requested main focus on bathrooms (2 full and 2 half), and to also focus on areas typically overlooked. The cleaning of the bathrooms was fine, however not much else got done. Completely missed the ceiling fan in the bedroom and didn't touch the kitchen. Overall I likely got my $90 worth....just didn't seem like a full 5 hours of cleaning. The main disappointment was that I gave them instructions on how to leave and lock the front door - however when I arrived home that evening - my front door had been left completely open and unlocked all day, and a large dusting mop left behind.

Lindsy was Outstanding. Waisted no time and did an outstanding job. We subsequently hired co. to do biweekly cleans.

I needed help to get ready for a bridal shower i was hosting. The company worked every day to try to fit me in - and did. They were a big help
