Cleaning ladies are sweet, friendly and efficient.

The experience with Just Ask & Consider It Done, LLC wasn't very good, and I take responsibility because I should have looked very closely before they left. They weren't as clean as I would have liked. They say, check everything out before they leave, and they were rushing to get to another job - which isn't my responsibility - but I felt bad, so I said "Oh, that looks great" because parts of it did. So I never did rate them, because I figured that was my responsibility too. I had a TV stand with glass doors and nobody cleaned inside that, and it was filthy because I'm not a good cleaner! Little things like that that, to me, were obvious that you would get. I was given the opportunity to check it all out and they would have redone it and I did not. So that is why I've never said they were lousy. I don't think they were that great, quite frankly. But I also take responsibility for not saying No, no, you have to come and redo this, because I'm sure they would have. I feel like I can't bitch because I did not do my part. One woman kept saying "I cleaned this, and boy, was it dirty. I cleaned that and boy, was it dirty." I don't think that is appropriate and professional. It felt like putting me down - I know it's dirty and that's why I've got you here. I thought it was inappropriate to say that. I asked them to do the floor in the closet pantry and she said "Oh, I got that" but she only got half of it. She didn't move stuff in the closet. I had been real specific about wanting the kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms really clean, and they weren't really really clean. It was a bad day for them but again, that's not my problem. They said, the tub wasn't as clean as they would like it to be but if I got them back again, they would finish the job. I'm wondering why they couldn't get it clean now??? They bring their own supplies so it's not like I didn't have the right cleaning supplies. I've only got 1600 feet although it is on three floors. For three people, the clean should have been a lot faster and a lot cleaner.

I called them three times before they called me back. I scheduled an appointment and they charged me 35 dollars to come out and then 55 to come on the weekend. They said they called me to get a credit card number and left me a message. Nobody called me and nobody left me a voice mail to get a credit card number so they should not have canceled the appointment. They wanted to charge me 85 dollars more than the big deal I purchased and they also did not want to show up for the appointment.

Arrived slightly late. 3 girls (ladies) came. Very cooperative, pleasant. Did very good job. They asked if we would like to schedule on-going services. I said quarterly. Someone was supposed to call me back and didn't. I followed up twice by phone and the owner never called me back.

They came, spent about 3 hours and left

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Overall I thought that they did a good job.

Very accommodating when I needed rush service. Showed up on time a little early. Did a great job - better than I hoped professional staff.

I paid for 3 hours of house cleaning. They only stayed for 2. They did an okay job but I had to ask them to redust one of the bedrooms they had missed the blinds and curtain rods. They had hand cleaned the hardwood floors but upon moving some small items I found that they hadn't moved them to clean. I also felt that some other things such as the doors could have been wiped down as well. I felt as though they could have used the extra hour and done a more thorough job.

The cleaning went well. The team was on time. Because their deal was oversubscribed they sent a three person team to o the work instead of a two person team. This would get the same number of person hours of cleaning in less elapsed time. But there was really a chance for any focus on an area. I ended up with parts of the house mostly cleaned but nothing finished.

Took weeks to get in contact with them (phone tag) and so it was frustrating in that regard.

And...my microwave was left apart with broken tabs securing filter.

They were very friendly and responsive.

Small details were overlooked that other companies have not overlooked in the past. They showed up 15 mins late and I asked if they had trouble finding my address and they said no. They were very nice & professional, but I have a wood floor and after they showed me that they move all furniture away from the wall to do the baseboards, I assumed that they would do so on the wood floor also. The floor was not swept or mopped under the recliners or end tables in the living room and there must've been too much wetness on the cloth used to clean the floor because there were very visible water spots left on the floors. I expected that the knobs would be taken off of the stove when cleaned, but they were not. When I talked to the appointment maker, she stated that she would have the Supervisor on site give me an estimate for monthly cleaning. The Supervisor on site said that she could not do that and that the owner would have to. I then asked to have the person who could tell me the monthly price call me back, and no one ever received a call back.

I bought 2 separate deals from this company after emailing first to find out if it would be okay. The owner, Lisa, told me it would as long as it was for 2 separate households. I told her I was helping a family member get a house on the market and she told me if I could arrange the cleanings for the same day that I could even avoid paying the travel fee twice, since the homes were both in the same area. This was in November 2012. It was January 2013 before I was ready to schedule the cleanings (due to work that had to be done on the house going on the market). When I contacted Lisa she informed me that I would be charged for both travel fees, even though I reminded her of what she said in November. "Because it is a special deal, she said", even though I had emailed about the special deals prior to buying the second one. I decided not to argue with her and even said "I guess I can't stop you if you decide not to honor what you told me before." I did find the email I sent and forwarded it to her, and then she quietly didn't charge for the second travel fee, although she didn't respond or apologize for acting like I was trying to put one over on her. The cleaners showed up late (5 mins late. Multiply that by 3 and that is 15 mins of cleaning time) and left early. (left before 10 when they got there at 10 till 9. That is only 70 mins instead of the 100 mins they should have stayed to give me the 5 hours of cleaning I paid for). And they left slightly early at the second house too. I called and emailed Lisa and she said she'd have them come out with no travel charge to make it up. Asked me if I was interested in a maintenance plan ( I was annoyed, but hadn't realized the cobwebs and such were there, so thought I might pay at least once and have an extended cleaning if they were going to come back). She told me she might not be able to get me the numbers for a maintenance cleaning that day, but would the next day. I never heard back from her again. I got a standard follow up email from someone else who obviously had no idea what had happened with the missing time and who gave me no numbers at all. I have not bothered to call back again. This whole experience has left me scared to buy anything off of here. It definitely was not worth it.

Lindsay and her team showed up at exactly the time they said and got to work immediately. They were all very polite and worked very hard while they were here.

Came in and had been here before so went straight to work and did not stop for the 3 hours. Very polite and professional.

The team was excellent! They were able to do in 2 hours what would have taken me half a day. And the outcome is marvelous. They were very kind and professional and did exactly what I asked them to focus on.

They (4 cleaners), did a very good job for the most part, but they were winding down after an hour and they still had 15 minutes each x 4 =1hour. I had to ask them to do the back hall (still on this level) and to dust wood blinds again because they missed the back edges of each slat. :( They quite 2 minutes early, x4=8 minutes. :( As I sit here in the office I see the dust on the outside edge of the desk :( Not sure if I'd pay $90 again for 1 floor of work.

Trying to set up the appointment was a bit cumbersome with a series of phone tags and then limited availability. Admittedly I have a busier schedule than most; but as full service errand conciergerie company, I would think they should be able to better accommodate a busy professional's schedule. A team of 3 showed up relatively on time, and I did like the fact that they had a checklist and at least feigned an attempt to have a quality check. However from the get go, it was all about giving me only what I had paid for. Down to the minute. In fact while cleaning, the lead spent a good deal of time talking to the boss/scheduler? about their next appointment. This wouldn't have been that big of deal, but the quality of the cleaning was sub-par. Not bad, but I've had better for the same price point. Also the amount of time they took to do their publicized floor cleaning by hand was a waste, especially when all other surface cleanings were done hastily. Admittedly I could have been a stickler and had them go back and correct where they hadn't done what they said they did on the checklist like empty the trash or wipe down the counter. However they were so hurried and basically running out the door as they handed me the checklist for "review". Consider it a lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

The service was great. They did a nice job, and they honored the coupon. I would recommend them.

Two of the crew came late due to bad weather, but they made it up. The work was done in accordance with my request. I am happy with their service.

Keep in mind this was the first time ever I have had a person or persons clean anything for me as far as house cleaning. I think that for me nobody will ever clean as good as I do for myself in regards to Detailed Cleaning With that being said I am not what I consider a customer that cannot be pleased,cynical or has no understanding of other jobs or professions. The crew arrived on time enough for me. First the fellow arrived. Then shortly after the two women. They came in and asked me what I wanted to be done. I said as much as the time allows for. I explained that I had never had anyone clean for me before and that the house was a wreck so please do what you can in the time allotted and that's all i ask . Kitchen and bathroom were my main goals. the fellas reply was that I had them for three hours and that was long enough to do the entire house of my size. Its only 1000-1200 square foot home little English Tudor. I thought heck yeah! Long story short I think they did a pretty good job as far as cleaning goes. Their idea of detailed does not meet mine completely. Its like when you've gone 3/4 of the way what heck is the last 1/4 to really make it about as complete as possible. Not really a complaint as much as a let down I would say. More like I would expect them to go that extra mile or for pride of the job I guess. Overall they were nice, did a good job certainly more than I assume most house cleaners would do. Once again I cant really compare to anything or anyone other than myself. Maybe that's the problem. I actually purchased another one of their big deals around the same time I purchased this one and both were purchased on the premise of their reviews here on the list which are mostly good. I am actually on the list myself as a plumbing contractor and am well aware of how business and Angie's list work so I have the utmost understanding of what reviews can do for a business and exactly how BIG DEALS work. Good, bad or indifferent all reviews count if given by a member. I look forward to having the house cleaned again with my already purchased big deal from the company. This time around I think I'll explain exactly what tasks I want completed to a tee and not just ask for an area to be cleaned and rely on what they want to clean in that area. This may work out better. Responsiveness was a bit slow when I initially called them but they eventually got back to me when they needed to as far as scheduling. I think I got my moneys worth out of this big deal I think they need to leave an actual invoice for the work they did .The whole check list is great but once again no copy of anything for me to look at afterwords. Little things that need improvement but overall a good deal I feel.

It went very well and I would definitely use them again. The areas cleaned were done extremely well. I think some of the areas where I noticed things not cleaned was more likely due to the fact they didn't have the time to get to those areas (Only had them for a finite time). Very friendly and professional team - felt completely comfortable with them in my home. Price paid was using an Angies List Special and includes $40 tip (two workers)
