This provider called right away to set up the service date. We had him pick up a number of heavy items for our father who is unable to lift these things on his own. They hauled away 2 old tv's, an old microwaves, computers that were all out of date with the plan to recycle the materials. Communication was perfect as we coordinated this from 200 miles away. My father was extremely happy to get the items removed, the fact that they arrived right on time and the fact that they got the service done quickly (within 15 minutes). I am very thankful for the help they gave to our family!

The guys were very polite . They carried all of the stuff down a flight of stairs . I didn't have to move a thing!

We used an $89 coupon for the service. Junk King - 3 guys and a truck - arrived on time. My wife showed them the items she wanted removed. Most things were on the second floor, TV included. They're Fast. I was going out for a walk with the dog when they arrived. By the time I returned, they were gone. Everything we wanted gone was gone. There was no damage to the house - no wall or woodwork scrapes. They were courteous, professional, and got the job done.

Very professional two-man crew. They were running over an hour early so they called to ask if it would be convenient for me if they came ahead of schedule but assured me that it would not be a problem for them to wait until the assigned time. They were polite and efficient. I was very pleased with their service. I should note that I used a Big Deal coupon to pay for the service. The service for which I prepaid would have covered more items than I had but once my TV died I was delighted to have it removed and am quite satisfied with the value. All of the items were very heavy.

I received a couple of phone calls once I set up the appt. They kept me informed where they were coming from and how long it would take them to get to my house. They arrived about 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, but they first made sure that would be ok. They took out two large console (old) TVs, a refrigerator, several computer monitors, a small home organ, and a few other miscellaneous items. There were two guys, they were young and very polite. They had to walk through quite a bit of snow to get to our back yard and the walk-out basement door, but there were no complaints. Appreciated their services and would recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked great. I was very impressed. I paid a little bit extra because it took more room in the truck.

They got rid of everything I asked them to do. The deal only covered 1/5th of the truck. The truck on the website was huge but that was not the truck they used. I was a mislead but I did not read the fine print closely. I did not mind paying additional because they removed everything I wanted. It was very easy to schedule and they came exactly when they were supposed to. They were professional and I was pleased with the service.

They arrived punctually, after giving directions on what was to go & what was to stay, they immediately proceeded to work. They were very efficient and finished in a short time. The snow was fairly deep that day & I think they (John & Thomas) did a great job! We'll be moving in a few months & I plan on using them again for the final clean out.

It turned out actually quite well. They did a great job. They took what I needed. I had some extra and it came out to cost a little bit more than what they said and what the original amount was for, but I had extra thing. I was very pleased with them. They were very polite. I was surprised I didn't have some kind of thing to carry heavy stuff out, but I had a really really heavy TV cabinet console thing and three of them got it out there how they did, but they did. They came when they said and when we agreed to and they really got it done much quicker than I have expected, but it helped me a lot so it was no way my husband or I could move that thing. There were some additional charges, but it was reasonable. They just made it very very easy for us. They did exactly what they said they would. I would use them again in the future.

They came at the appointed time, they were very professional and friendly, and removed the furniture quickly . They were very careful not to damage the doors as they got the sofa-bed out.

I scheduled my appointment online just 3 days before I needed the old couch removed to allow delivery of my new couch. They followed up with an email to ask for details on the furniture to be removed and to provide a phone quote. The crew arrived during the scheduled 2 hour window and removed the large, sleeper sofa. I will definitely plan to use the service again for any future heavy, haul away requirements.

We used Junk King to clear some old items from our garage, some of which were very large. The workers were very nice, worked quickly and priced the job very reasonably. We will definitely use them again.

Pleasant, business-like personnel got the job done fast, and at a fair price. Somebody else had snakes, we found two hornets nests in my junk. I gave the guys a spray can, and they handled the situation in good spirits. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.
