Eh. Could’ve been better for what I paid. Estimate did not match ending price & excuse was paltry. Dragged bags across yard & concrete, leaving deep gash in yard & pavement. Had to pay addl $3k to have their “gash” removed.

Unprofessional and overpriced. They clearly didn’t want the job we had for them, but like a cowardly boyfriend they decided to make US break up with THEM. We arranged a time to get a quote and they said they could remove our junk same day. From jump they were upset that they couldn’t come earlier when they had a cancellation. Upon arrival, they were upset we didn’t have a driveway for them to park. As I walked them through the house to show them what we needed removed, they made disgruntled noises and exclaimed things like “oh geez” at the amount of stuff. I got tired of it and left them to it. When they came out to quote me, they claimed to have seen evidence of bedbugs (total lie) so they wouldn’t be able to do removal same day and they’d have to charge extra. They quoted me $1,700 and said it would take all day so I’d have to schedule a month out if not further. Later, they wrote up a quote for $2,700. I declined, asked my brother for help, and we cleared the house out in under 3 hours, and curbside pickers grabbed most of it before we were even done. In short, next time you need junk removed, call me and my brother.

They were quick, they were very polite and courteous, I am going to use them again in the future.

The job turned out to be bigger than any of us thought, Plus there was a bug problem. The guys still did a great job, and were very transparent about the pricing.

They did okay, but if you look around you can get the job done for less money.

Very satisfied. Two-man crew were on time (early, in fact). They surveyed what we needed removed, and provided a fair estimate. Removal of the items was quick.

Their service was really good. The people were nice and professional. They also went extra mile by giving the 60% of the stuff that they took to people who could use it. I recommended them to other people.

They were excellent. They came out the same day to give me an estimate and they did not pressure me in any way. They were very pleasant and had a "can do" approach. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Junk King JUST left and two of the nicest and most professional men handled the job efficiently but very carefully. They were prompt, and so courteous both on the phone and in person. They covered their feet and were so careful about not nicking anything while carrying the items out. I can't say enough about them...they were beyond outstanding, and definitely would hire again.

Okay Friendly crew took longer than expected

John and Jason were fantastic. They showed up on time and were extremely polite and efficient. I will definitely hire again to remove old items.

This is one of the best service experiences, They arrived on time, gave and immediate estimate which was very reasonable and completed the work promptly. If the need arises I will definitely engage them again.

It was due to rain that afternoon and the office said they might be able to get there early and they did. Very professional. My room repair team was impressed too. Made the project go much smoother.

GREAT! I called in the morning, and within 2 hours Josh and Andrew showed up to give me an estimate, I agreed, and they hauled it away! They were extremely nice and I would definitely use them again! VERY HAPPY with this service!!!

The first day 2 gentleman came for an estimate, then offered to start hauling things out that very day. I had more than one truckload. They were respectful, fast, honest and hard workers. The second day, they were wonderful again, called first, prompt, fast, dealt with little issues quickly and efficient. They were the best group of men I have had help with work in 3 years.
