I bought the 494.00 for a full truck load of junk deal off of Angie's List. I was hesitant to spend that much money just to have stuff removed from my house but it turned out being so worth it. After my husband passed away I was left with a houseful of stuff to get rid of as I downsized to a smaller house. I was slowly going through everything when the closing on my house for sale was suddenly moved up by three weeks and I found myself out of time. So I scheduled Junk King and I couldn't be happier. They were professional from the very first phone call to the last. I received an email from the owner the day of my removal and a phone call from the guys coming to my house. They arrived within the two hour time frame and immediately got to work. Boy did these guys hustle. They were extremely helpful and made sure to let me know there was more room in the truck and they could take more stuff. They took everything I pointed to without complaint, even taking a metal saw to a server tower and hacking it to pieces in order to get up the basement steps. Immediately after their departure, I received a follow up call from the owner I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them in the future. And the amount of stuff they took was well worth the 500.00.

I really liked their website and all that they said. I specifically liked that they recycle materials if they could. They sent an e-mail of confirmation that said that they were coming within a certain time frame that I had confirmed online. They gave me a confirmation call 15 min before they arrived like they said they would. They showed up promptly. They took everything they said they would They were quick, professional, and pleasant. I would give them double thumbs up and ten for ten. If you make the reservation on the website and you went with them when they came out to do the estimate, they even give a $30 discount right then and there. They take cash, check, and credit card whichever is easiest for you!

Very professional young men. Took apart the ping pong table and the entertainment center for no extra charge. Very careful about not nicking up the floors or walls.

The 2 men cleared a lot of things in my back yard, wood, and pallets. They did not take the tire, but later on the owner followed up and asked how they did and he came out and took the tire. He said he would follow up on any of his workers and wanted customers to be pleased. Nice man

It was fine. I didn’t have any issues with them. I would call them back again. There was no additional charge. There were no unexpected issues.

They emailed me promptly. They are fine so far! We hope to have the work done by June.

This is the second time we have used Junk King and were again very pleased with our experience. They called when they were 20 minutes out to confirm arrival time within the 2 hour window previously provided. It was bitterly cold outside (0 degrees at 8:30 in the morning!) and the men had to pry some of the items from the ground as they were frozen to it. Even with that challenge the job was complete in just about 30 minutes. We so much appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and promptness. We really like how they offer Saturday pick-up in our area too; makes it much easier to schedule around work commitments. Highly recommend. We will be using Junk King again in the future as the need arises.

They were very professional, clean and nice. Listened very closely and did a great job. If you are looking for people to haul off your junk, give them a call, great customer service.

They went above and beyond. It is not often a company gives great service. Every phone call was actually answered. Scheduling was easy to do. They called me to see if they could come out early on the day of a huge snow storm. My neighbor's tree was blocking the road to our home so they actually tried to wench it out of the way. It didn't work but they scheduled to come back the very next day. Unit was removed quickly and courteously.

The two employees who showed up were great. They called ahead of time to let me know about when they would arrive. They were very professional and kind. They took everything I asked them to and were finished quickly. Happy customer here.

Friendly, professional, clean & not sketchy! The gentlemen who came out to haul away our stuff were exactly that, gentlemen. They were dressed nicely, very friendly & were great listeners. I would highly recommend JKOC to anyone looking to haul their junk away & will definitely use them again!

The two men (Shawn - hope that is spelled correctly and Tony) were excellent. They gave an estimate for the cost which turned out to be higher than the actual cost - a pleasant surprise. We contacted the company earlier in the day and the truck came, trash loaded in less than 45 minutes and the garage swept all on the same day. We are so relieved to have the junk gone, the entire garage now available for our cars and that the professionalism of the Junk King team was as advertised. Thanks so much.

vAmazing service....they communicated before showing up...were on time. Did exactly what they said they would do. Carried stuff from 3 floors of house and some outside. Gave a very reasonable estimate. Was very careful carrying stuff. Totally responsible and attentive. Havenet experienced customer service like this in a long time. Love the fact that most of things they haul are repurposed via non profits. This is a quality group...and a great value..Will definataly be using them again when we sell our house.

The service was EXCELLENT. I called Junk King and was able to have schedule a pickup time that met my schedule. The gentleman that came to our house were very professional, kind and completed the job quickly, which was much appreciated. They were extremely professional. Someone came out to look at what I had and to give me an estimate for their services. They even went into the basement to carry up an old tv, shutters and several other heavy items to add to their load. When they finished loading the truck, they swept my garage where everything had been laying! They were very pleasant, thorough, and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use this business again when the need arises! I was so glad that I found this company on Angie's list. They even gave me a discount for telling them I was an Angie's list member.

The two gentlemen were professional and quick about their work. They were also timely and so were the scheduling calls.
