Junk King Cincinnati

We were very pleased with Junk King. We had a major basement, garage and yard cleanup facing us at the home of my wife's deceased parents. It ended up taking four truckloads over two days. The workers (Dylan and John on day 1 and Dylan and Chad on day 2) arrived when scheduled and were very polite. But what amazed us most was how hard they worked. There were water heaters, a furnace, a bathroom sink etc. which were very heavy but the worst was an old cement mixer which must have weighed about 300 pounds. They also were very efficient at packing the truck and there was very little dead space. We will definitely recommend Junk King for debris removal.

Everything went very smoothly. I've hired Junk King twice now to haul away debris from our home remodel. The workers have been professional and right on time, plus they swept up the dust afterwards in our garage. I also want to note that we used two full trucks to haul the junk, and each time they did everything in their power to fit as much as possible into the truck (it was like a big game of tetris), so I felt each time like I was truly getting my money's worth. We used an Angie's List coupon for the full trucks which saved us some money - always a bonus.

The driver and assistant were excellent, as well as the franchise owner. The call center was a poor experience and I was eventually transferred to a supervisor to assist me with a few questions I had.

The two men who came to haul the junk away were very friendly and worked hard and efficiently. The service was professional and they swept and cleaned the garage after removing all the junk. We used an entire 18 cubic yard truck and they made sure to fill it as efficiently as possible to ensure we could fit everything. Would definitely hire again.

Kenny and Cal were awesome. The most important asset of any company is its employees. They were prompt, professional, skilled and a pleasure to work with. They listened to my concerns and responded to my requests. I felt confident in their abilities to do the job. Online appointment was easy and seamless. Arrived on time, were professional and efficient. After the first deal I purchased to help get rid of things at my mother's house, I purchased another for my own home. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with them. It was actually infested with roaches and they were very accommodating and nice about it. If anybody had a reason to complain they did, but they didn't complain. There was no additional charge. Actually, he had to come back the next day to finish because of the timing, it took so long to empty the house. He had to remove a really heavy freezer and they didn't charge to come back.

Three young men went to work, in the pouring rain, and we were very pleased. They were hard working, courteous, and made it painless! Thanks very much! We will be calling them again, I'm sure.

The were on time, professional, friendly and efficient. I did have to call the office a few times to confirm we were scheduled - the first time they forgot to put us on the list for service. We ended up with more stuff to haul out than we anticipated, so the cost would have been less if I had just rented a full truck instead of starting with 1/2 then adding on. It is hard to know how much of a truck you may need. I would definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience working with Junk King Cincinnati. I called and scheduled a pick up with Pete, the owner, and he was able to fit me in that very same day on my schedule. Pete said that his Operations Manager would call and confirm, which they did. He suggested that I buy the coupon through Angie's List, which got me a $40 discount off the load, which I did. Based on my description, he suggested the size, and it was correct. The guys came to pick up on time, and were very nice and professional. They reiterated and said the same things that Pete said. There was a slight misunderstanding on my part, and when I communicated with Pete the next day, he very nicely explained the miscommunication and gave me a $50 coupon to use for my next haul. Pete was very professional, and so were his employees. Plus their fees are very reasonable. (They also take wet paint away for $7/can, although I had already dried out the paint, so no extra charge there.)

They were prompt and very courtesy and professional. They moved the mattresses and then asked about the furniture that was left bed frame and chest in the room, I told them my daughter and I were going to move it to her home. They insisted on moving it and loading it into my ranger. They went above and beyond what they were contacted for.The price was very reasonable and I would use them again and also recommend them to friends and family.

Four men arrived at my house within 30 minutes of my order. They did a great job disassembling and hauling away a hot tub from my back patio.

The workers were kind and respectful. The junk was in the back yard so they had to do a lot of walking back and forth, they were very hard workers and explained everything as they did it.
