We had to clean out our basement because we are having it finished 2 years after moving to our home. Junk King provided fast service and came on short notice. They were professional, prompt and did a great job removing heavy, difficult junk. They were priced much lower than other junk removal services I have used in the past. I was very pleased and would use them again in the futuer. I would recommend them to anyone withhout hesitation.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon from Junk King and called to schedule their service. From the initial phone call to the completion of their work, each person was friendly, professional and helpful. Before they arrived, I separated the items that might be donation-worthy from the ones that were strictly trash. This step was not required; I just thought it would make the task go faster. When the Junk King crew arrived, the first step was to see everything I wanted them to haul away so they could give me an estimate. It was no surprise to me that there would be additional charges as I had waaaay more than the 1/4 truckload of junk my coupon covered. Once I OKed the price, they moved quickly and efficiently. I was completely satisfied with Junk King's service and would recommend them to anyone who has accumulated more "stuff" than you know what to do with.

Pete and Jay arrived, reviewed the items to be removed, reviewed additional cost and jumped right in. Even though it was the end of the day they didn't pause! Always careful not to damage my home as they hauled up a refrigerator, 2 love seats, 2 filing cabinets, old trunk and more from the basement and out to their truck. Even an EXTREMELY heavy workbench made it onto the truck from the garage with the assistance of the winch. Very polite and hard working - I enthusiastically recommend Junk King!

The service was completely awesome. I thought the entire process was great. They called me, and set up the appointment. They were here the next day. They took everything down, and they cleaned up the yard. The guys were friendly. It was a great experience. They were top notch.

After purchasing the Big Deal we called Junk King to set up the appointment. They arrived on Saturday just as scheduled, with Pete giving us advanced notice that they were on their way. We went over with Pete and the other driver what we wanted hauled away and added some more items beyond what was covered in the Big Deal. The employees were friendly and got to work right away hauling items out of our garage and backyard. We previously used another company to haul some items from our house and Junk Kings price is very competitive and their customer service is outstanding! We like that they recycle what they can - as its good to know reuse items are not just thrown into a landfill. The Big Deal was defintely a good buy and we will definitely be calling Pete and his team in the future if we are in need of junk removal.

Signed up on line to have Junk King pick up some large pieces of junk - old sleeper sofa, old treadmill (big & bulky) and an old portable dishwasher. They called to confirm my request, told me they knew I had a coupon from Angie's List and confirmed the date. They were to call 20 minutes before pick up, which they did. They were very prompt, very professional and had the job done in no time. I would definitely us Junk King again for any hauling that I need done.

I bought the "Big Deal" -- $89 for $178 of junk removal. I had never used a removal service before. Scheduling was easy and was done through their call center. The Big Deal had the wrong number listed, but Pete was friendly and quick to give me the main number for scheduling. I was called 25 minutes before they arrived. The team of two guys were friendly and professional. They were smartly dressed in red polos, and wore gloves while working. They worked quickly and carefully. They answered questions about my hazardous junk (paints, oil, antifreeze) and suggested another service to use for its removal. I will definitely be using them again.

The entire transaction was excellent. I responded to a "Big Deal" ad on Angie's List ($189 of service for a price of $89) and called Junk King to set up the appointment. They arrived early the next morning just as scheduled. The men who performed the service were cordial and went to work right away. I haven't used junk hauling services before, so I can't address how competitive their regular price is. Considering the time and work involved in removing the items from the house, I consider that the "Big Deal" price was a bargain.

Service was scheduled between 2 & 4 pm. Called the day of appointment to advise that they were running ahead of schedule and to see if it would be okay to come before scheduled appointment time. Stated that it would probably be around noon. Gave permission to come at that time and they showed up at about 12:05. Immediately looked over job and advised of a couple different options to remove the slide which was cemented in the ground. To save money I advised that it would be fine to leave the cement in the ground and to just cut the slide. When they got started it was discovered that since the ground was so wet that they were just able to pull it out, cement and all. Also had a pile of old tree limbs and firewood laying in the yard which they also removed. They were very courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend.

They came for the estimate which was much lower then I expected. Scheduled a time to come out and do the work. Gave two hour window but showed up within the first hour after calling when they were 20 minutes out. Got to work right away using two different trucks due to the two different types of materials. Estimated time was about 3 hours and finished within 3 1/2... very very reasonable overage with no extra charges at all. They were prompt, professional, courteous... nothing bad to say at all. Highly recommend them.

All went well. The company was able to schedule within one week of my initial call, and called several times to update their arrival time to help accommodate my schedule. Everyone was extremely professional and personable. When the team arrived, they reviewed the items and estimated the load size (3/4 truck load). Along with the 15% Angie's List discount total cost was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend Junk King and will use them in the future if needed.

These guys were really profession. They worked hard and steady. The only time they stopped all day was about 20 minutes when it was pouring down rain and hail. They even went the extra distance by removing a 250# concrete statue from the shipping container, placing where we wanted it (40 feet away) and then took the shipping container. OUTSTANDING customer service. I will definitely use them again! Pete and his company should get the highest award possible.

Junk King was phenomenal. They arrived on time and were very pleasant and eager to please. They cleaned up the mess around the shed in about two hours and did a great job. I will hire them again in the future.

I called on a Thursday morning and set up an appointment for an estimate to remove a basketball post and backboard. The post was filled with concrete and there was concrete attached to the bottom of the post. This post was very heavy. That afternoon the owner called and gave me a price. He said that he could pick it up the next day. I put a check in an envelope and left it under my front porch mat. When I got home from work on Friday, the post was gone. I would definitely use Junk King again. The owner is very professional and courteous.

I would recommend them to anybody. The man who came was very polite and nice. I looked up other places and their price was competitive.

The things that were savable they recycled. The two men who came were excellent. They cleaned up afterwards and were very respectful. They hauled a lot of stuff. I spoke with their boss to complement the workers. I will use them again.

Pete McCreary called me soon after I had left him a voice mail. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate on the day I wanted, agreeing that if the estimate was acceptable they would proceed immediately with the pick up. Pete called me a couple of hours before they were due to arrive to let me know that they had finished their morning job early and could come a couple of hours sooner if that was okay with me. It was very okay. Pete and his employee showed up right at the new time and quickly gave me an estimate. With the coupon deal available I thought the price was very reasonable. I also really like that they recycle and donate as many of the items as possible. Pete and his worker went right to work clearing out everything I had indicated I wanted removed. They worked efficiently and quickly and I was impressed by how fast they moved two huge piles of junk. I had a few hazardous household products and paint that Pete explained they could not take to a landfill. He suggested I could donate the paint to an organization that will put it to good use. I'm glad I called this business and I'll be calling them again to clear out my garage and a few other items from my home.
