Description of Work: We used Jim Eckhoff Plumbing for plumbing services about six months ago. He set our toilet quite a while ago, in 2010 and for some odd reasons it came off of the wax seal that seals it and so we called him back because he was so wonderful the first time and a man came out and put a whole new seal and cleaned all up on the inside and very excellent and they charged us no money and because it had been such a long time, I felt like they should charge us something and so we sent them a check and they sent it back and said thank you but we can't accept.
