Patrick was the inspector who came out and he was very helpful in finding problems in the home. There were a few things that after living in the home for a couple weeks, we found that were missed but overall he did a very thorough and good job.

Don was amazing! The company was always readily available for any questions our family had. Customer service was A+ as well as the inspector, Don. He was very understanding with all of our questions and concerns and always had an answer for us. I highly recommend Inspection Plus.

The inspector was Don Crum. After reviewing Don's credentials, I was very convinced he was able to do the inspection. His report was very detailed, and much of what was listed as items of concern, were issues we had missed during our walk-through. Don Crum did a great job! Following our receipt of the written report, we talked with him about each section of the report. He was very patient, understanding and highly knowledgeable. It became very apparent he had the experience to go into as much depth as we wanted. Our experience was excellent. After moving around while in the military, you always hope the inspection gets everything. The fact is that some things are often operable, but near the end of their expected service life (e.g., HVAC). After this inspection, I pretty much knew the remaining life expectancy for the roof and the A/C. Just knowing the condition of these things helps the buyer understand how to best posture for expected repairs or simply to accept the condition based on the overall cost of the house. Would I use Don again? yes!

They set up the equipment in the lower level for 48 hours. They came back and picked up the equipment so that they could then analyze the data. My only complaint was it took them a while to get back to me with the results - I had to call them.

Patrick performed a thorough inspection and provided us with a nice detailed report of his findings the same day. He arrived on time, was professional, kind, and courteous throughout the inspection. He was very professional and got down to business. He went all around the outside and inside of the home. He emailed a detailed report of his findings with pictures for me to use when addressing the issues with the builder.

After living in the house a little over a year this company missed so many obvious problems. There were a couple "I can't believe they missed that" type situations at first but now it's costing me dearly. You might ask if it was so obvious why didn't you (myself) see it. The answer: I was scheduled for surgery, not very mobile and rolled the dice on a Realtor's recommendation. I did contact the company a couple of times so they can't say they didn't know about the problems. But the old " we try but we can't catch everything" phrase got old. They did discover issues but this makes the 7th home I've purchased with all being inspected. The Home Inspector I used in the past retired prior to the last purchase. He didn't miss any big ticket items. This should be a licensed profession. Read the fine print very carefully with any home inspection company. I'm sure there are very reputable Home Inspection companies, which this company may be and perhaps this was a one time, unfortunate experience for me. Just remember, once you close on a home it's yours and there is no recourse for action.

The inspectors were extremely thorough and professional, but also very personable. They uncovered a few issues with the property, but also dimensioned them for us in the context of what they meant. His report was ready a few hours after the inspection and was very clear, and was key for us to go ahead with the purchase of the house.

We had really bad flood damage in the basement, he didn't mention it at all. A few weeks after moving in, there was heavy rain and leakage. The water proofing service provider came over and pointed out several places where there was rotting wood that the home inspector should have seen.

Everyone in contact was professional. They were very prompt in setting up inspection. Report was emailed to me same day of inspection. I had a follow question and easily got ahold of person that did the inspection. Was pleased with entire process.

The good: Inspector show up on time Appointment is available within a few days of time frame Knowledgeable and friendly inspector Inspection and Inspection report was comprehensive and thorough I feel confidence with the inspection and purchase based on these factors. The bad: Some findings were not communicated on site but show up on report later. This made me wonder why the inspector prefer not to say it on site. Company never responded to my voicemail. I had to call 3 times at different time of day before someone pick up the phone. Overall: The price is very reasonable for the service you are getting.

This should be a licensed profession. They missed very obvious items that I now have to pay out of pocket to repair.

Inspector arrived early and began doing the exterior inspection before I arrived. He was extremely polite courteous and professional. He spent many hours checking all windows, outlets, etc. When he was done he discussed his findings with us directly. The termite report was given onsite and the official report for the inspection was mailed that evening. The radon detection report took a couple of days. The timing was all discussed up front and my expectations were set appropriately. The report was very well done with photos and explanations of everything. There was a summary section at the end which essentially went right into our home purchase addendum for the seller.
