Description of Work: I had a home inspection to look for all damage related to store sewer failure in front yard. Inspection was good, however the report had several errors which I asked to be fixed and they did correct the report. There were spelling errors, they identified a clay pipe as cast Iron. The house address was incorrectly listed. And we disagree as to whether a wall in the basement is a load bearing wall.

Description of Work: I am very satisfied with the services provided by Inspection Plus. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they answered all the questions I had. The inspection itself went very well. Patrick was very approachable and thorough in his inspection and explanations. He did not mind me shadowing him and pointing out concerns I had. Bad news was the property had serious structural concerns. Good news was Patrick noted and documented it. he also offered me the option to cut the inspection short and charge me only half price, based on the severity of the findings, which was very cool. I backed out of the sale and avoided a potential costly home purchase. I will be sure to call back when I find another home. Thank you!
