My son clogged the 1st floor toilet with stuff that should not go in the toilet:) they found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.

See above. Everything went as promised. Thompson showed up on time, performed the work, and we are happy.

I had a party scheduled for Saturday and called them in an moment of pure panic! My a/c went out and we had another company tell us it was going to be replacing the entire a/c system in our house and the repairman for Thompson came out immediatly and had the single part needed for the repair and it was fixed within the hour!! Amazing service and exceptional customer service by the repairman!!

Noticed water heater leaking, called Thompson and they sent a tech from the area over to check out problem. Arrived fairly quickly and was able to fix and ever cleaned up the water for us! The tech stayed and had lunch and offered to check on it when he comes back to eat with his family!! We not only had a great experience but was able to gain a new customer!

They were polite and professional on the phone, the tech showed up when they said they would and were very nice. They told me what was wrong and fixed it.

The service Technician gave us the option to clean our 19 year old air conditioning unit and furnace or use that money toward purchasing new ones. My husband and I knew we were on borrowed time because both appliances were 19 years old. The Thompson guy talked to my husband for an hour describing why we should do this and gave us an estimate. We then got another estimate from a company we have been using for years. When the warranty was longer for the competitor, Thompson matched it at no extra cost and threw in a one year club membership for tune up service. They were here the next morning and were finished by 5:00. Everyone was courteyous, friendly, clean and you would never know they were here except for the comfort we slept in last night with air! We are customers for life! This is a major purchase and their staff made the decision easy.

I am now a Customer For Life of Thompson. We have never delt with a group that has been so professional, on time, friendly and customer focused Highly Reccomended !!!!

They were quick to respond and replaced the furnace the same day. Being December we needed a quick replacement. The basement was messy but they did a good job at working around the clutter. We do wish the consulted with us before placing the vents leading outside of the house. They are very unattractive but we'll live with it. Part of the sales pitch for the furnace was that it qualified for a tax credit. For 3 months we've been trying to get the proper information so that we can file our taxes. They keep saying they'll send it, but after 3 months we are still waiting.

They came out and did the air duct cleaning and then told me I needed a bunch of expensive repairs and I spoke to another company and they came and looked at my furnace and said that I did not need any of the repairs that Thompson was recommending to me with the exception of one $12.00 part.

My experience was good. I felt that they were expensive, but they were quick and got it done.

It was a superb job. Their attitude, cleanliness, and dress was great. They worked all day with no breaks. Answered all of my questions.

For the first rental property they came to clean and red tagged the furnace stating that it needed to be replaced. The technician called and said that a salesperson could meet my husband to quote a replacement cost. The sales person phoned because he had down a different appt. time and had arrived early. He told my husband that he wasn't sure on what he was there to do. They did meet and he did quote the replacement. Then we called the home warranty furnace people. They came out and said that the burner needed to be replaced and did this and said that the blower needed to be cleaned. We had Thompson come out and clean the blower for approx $550. Then they left without cleaning the furnace and air conditioning as originally requested. I called the company and explained this. They rescheduled the appt. At the same time our second property was scheduled to be serviced. The technician showed up and said that the furnace wouldn't start and left without cleaning. I went over later in the day and started the furnace. I spoke to Thompson again and rescheduled the cleaning and stated that I was frustrated by the work of these technicians who only stated replacement versus what was wrong and what needed to be done and I couldn't understand why the cleaning work wasn't getting done. I was assured that they would visit again and complete the job. After two missed appts. because they didn't call one of the four numbers they were given I told them to forget it and hired Liberty Electric to do the work. The person that handled the complaints was very professional and sympathetic. She refunded our money. I told her that I was disappointed because I had recommended them to others because of their value and great work that they did in 2008 and was dissapointed in the service I received in 2009.
