Description of Work: We were extremely happy with your Sr. Service gentleman, Steve Dan. He was very professional, polite, curtious, and knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing so that we understood was going on. After dealing with this man, Thompson Heating & Cooling has gained a customer for life. I know that it is very hard to find an employee like Steve. He should be commended.

Description of Work: Emergency service was needed in the winter and they responded the same day, after hours. A special part was needed and the job was completed the next day. Annual service checks and I will continue to use only them for HVAC and plumbing. Very clean and cleaned up after the service was completed.
