Ross' customer service was amazing. He called back promptly and kept me abreast of exactly when he would arrive. I had a flood in my basement and some padding replacement was necessary as well. He knew where to go and was able to match what I had from 20 years ago, which was very good quality! The cleaning job was very thorough as well. Cincinnati is very lucky this guy will be soon back on the scene here permanently!

We had our upstairs carpet stretched and our upstairs and downstairs carpet cleaned. We have about 1300 square feet of carpet upstairs and about 600 square downstairs. Our upstairs carpet had severe wrinkling in the master bedroom and some wrinkling in the two remaining bedrooms and bonus room and in the landing and hallway. We contracted with HealthyFresh Carpet to restretch and clean the carpet. It took almost one whole day to do the stretching and half a day for the cleaning. Appointments were made and kept and we couldn t be more happy with the work that was done. We were also educated on why the carpet had become wavy. Great job and would highly recommend this company.

Extremely thorough with his job. The carpet was wavy in every room and he was able to stretch it back to like new. I am beyond happy with his service and craftsmanship.
