Ross reached out to me first. He made the process really easy. I was a little nervous being in my 20s, and being alone when he came over to do the estimate as any woman would. He was very professional and transparent. He made me feel comfortable which is really important to me. On the day when he was coming over to do the estimate, I was late coming home. When I reached out to apologize, he went out of his way to come back to my apartment to look over everything. I highly recommend his work, it looks amazing. I had cat damage in A LOT of places throughout my entire apartment. He charged me less than what I was expecting to pay for this type of work. I wish I could share pictures for proof but youâ ll have to take my word for it! Looks brand new.

Ross did an amazing job repairing worn carpet in my home. He is extremely talented, professional, reliable and such a pleasure to hire for a very difficult job. He worked quickly and the results are incredible. The photo of some of his work shows the stairs after. I don’t have before photo but 4 of the steps were torn up all the way to the wood. I will definitely hire Ross and Ross only for any future carpet repairs or cleaning!!!

He did a fantastic job!! My pup has severe separation anxiety that manifested into a huge part of my bedroom carpet shredded and gone. He was able to patch up my carpet with a bit of my closet carpet and found a pretty close match to fill in the empty space in my closet. Overall just great, great work!
