Thorough vacuuming and dusting. Good general cleaning, but not in-depth cleaning unless requested. For example, the corner between the tread and riser on the carpeted stairs; or smudges around light switches and door frames. We've used them for months and been happy with the service, but we don't expect miracles, particularly at such a reasonable price. The cleaning crew is always 2-3 women, including at least one who has been here every time so she knows the layout and what needs to be done. They move quickly and efficiently through the house, and are good with our two cats.

If I have anything extra to be done then I just tell them and they do it. So I usually don’t ask and they do whatever they want to do because they do such a good job. I have had them for years. They would be coming today again to do the house cleaning.

They went above and beyond. I thought that they were amazing! They were responsive and respectful and very thorough.

Overall, I was pleased with this service.

The two women were Excellent! Very thorough and worked very efficiently. Will request DJ and co-worker from now on.

Betty & Tara (sometimes a 3d person) have cleaned our house about every 3 weeks since 2007. They are usually here 1.5 to 2 hours, work the entire time and do not spend much time talking. Whenever someone is bsent, the people the company sends to fill in do similarly good work. They are responsive to requests and show up when expected. The company is responsive to rescheduling requests when we travel. They do a good solid average job, worthy of a B. If I wanted a company that was Excellent, I would expect to pay a lot more and they would be here for 4 hours or more. We expect to continue our relationship with this company indefinitely. They meet all our expectations.

We had the girls for 2 hours, and overall it was an average experience. The quality of the clean was just "okay". The girls appear very overworked, as they told us it was their third home to clean, with a total of 4 to do for the day. Their boss called them 3 times to ask about their status during the 2 hour clean, and they frequently stopped to "chit chat" with us. We tried to maximize the amount of work done in 2 hours, and I think we could have had at least 20% more done in the home if they had been working hard the entire time.

In the beginning we did a lot of rearranging of schedules and working out exactly what they should clean but they responded wonderfully each time. And now we have a regular schedule set. Sometimes I leave them a note with a special request and they always come through beautifully. Our floors squeak afterwards, and sometimes it seems a little dangerous actually since they're so clean and smooth I feel a little slippery! They vacuum the upholstery with the cat hair, and use eco-friendly products (at least I hope they are -- that's what we asked for, and we never have harsh smell in the house when we come home).

They were very friendly and seemed easy to please. Compared to other house cleaning services they seemed to pay attention to details. I would use them in the future.

Been using My Maid for months now. Very responsive to requests for appointments, they always call back. Happy to provide just the services we request to keep the cost within limits; use green cleaning products. Cleaners are always friendly, professional, thorough, and fast. Bills are clearly marked with time-in and time-out, and the cost is consistent from visit to visit unless we request additional services. Cleaners arrive in the time window, and call if there is going to be any change--so we're never guessing as to when they will show up. Service provided is a good value for the cost.

They really took the time to get the job done right and did it very well. We were pleased with how it turned out. They were thorough and had a great attitude. We would hire them again in the future.

My Maid has been cleaning for us every 2 weeks since November. They do a very good job at a reasonable price. Management and the cleaning staff are conscientious and seem genuinely concerned with providing good service.

Ok. Had to tell them to dust behind/under furniture and clean ceiling fans after they left rooms. They seemed more concerned with cleaning quickly, not thoroughly.

The company responded promptly to my initial inquiry and was very responsive in setting up service. The providers were prompt, friendly and willing to do whatever work was asked of them.

I was very impressed with the overall service. Each of the girls were very thorough and knew what they were doing. The owner assured me the cleaning could be done in 1 day and he was right. I have a large house and he sent in reinforcements as needed to maintain the time constraints. The only glitch in the whole process was I had made a request about certain products and they had insisted on using thier own. In the end it was a positive experience.

They seemed very professional and the quote they gave me was reasonable. The only reason I decided to go with another company instead of them was when I talked to the references, the references only stand back 6-8 months, whereas the other company?s references went back 10 years. I went with the company that had a longer relationship with the references, but I have recommended them to a friend of mine.

I was very pleased with this experience. The ladies arrived on time and introduced themselves. They listened to what I wanted them to do and offered advice when I asked for it. They were very self-sufficient and seemed to like working together. They asked me to check their work when they were finished, and overall I was very pleased. I told them how much I wanted to spend and they did as much as they could within that timeframe. I also told them I was having a dinner party, and they paid extra attention to the furniture in my dining room since they knew that's where the guests would be. I've hired other services before and they've seemed rushed. These ladies worked hard and got the job done to my standards.

They are very courteous and prompt. They are good. I've only compared them to a couple of other places, but their price is good and their quality as well. The price is for an hours worth of cleaning. The only thing I don't care for is that they don't use bleach in the bathrooms.

THEY ADJUSTED THEIR PRICE LOWER WHEN IT TURNED OUT THAT IT DIDN'T TAKE AS LONG AS THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD. WE HAVE 4 CHILDREN AND SCHEDULING IS TOUGH AROUND NAP TIME. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL WITH ACCOMMODATING OUR SCHEDULE.
