Description of Work: The girls were great. It went ok, thought I was going to get a spring cleaning? They cleaned over, what I already cleaned? Will just clean myself for now on. They were prompt and did ok.

Description of Work: I hired this company to do a complete house cleaning as I prepared to put my house on the market. I asked specifically for all cabinet doors to be cleaned all baseboards to be cleaned and carpets to be vacuumed along the edges. Some cabinets were clean some were not, some baseboards were cleaned some were not, no carpets were vacuumed along the edge. In addition the crew was to arrive noon-2pm and they showed up at 3:20. Overall the service was okay but I would not hire this service again. I should have paid more attention to the service but with everything involved in the move I thought they would do what was asked.

Description of Work: I have had these wonderful ladies cleaning my house for approximately 6 years or more. They are the very best! I have had a lot of cleaners over the years, but these maids really treat me like the queen I want to be!

Description of Work: Hired this service to clean my house in preparation for graduation open house in May, 2011. Walked through house with crew and explained my needs/desires, along with providing them with a detailed list of items to clean. Work was done thoroughly and to my satisfaction, such that I have since then hired them to clean my house every other week. Crew consistently cleans items on my checklist; if something is missed/not quite to my satisfaction, I will remind them the next visit. While my crew has changed a bit over time, the ladies that provide this service to me are friendly and appear eager to please.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 $75 deals for gifts. I called and gave the woman the name and address of my gift. They didn't tell me that there would be any problem but when one of the people called to schedule the cleaning service, she was told they don't go to the west side. Both of my gifts went to people on the west side. I just wasted $150.00. Although I had given my contact info, I never heard back from them. I never heard back from my friends that I gave the gift to and was embarrassed when I finally asked my friend a several months later, was the service good, did they like the crew, and was told that both of my gifts weren't able to be claimed! They were embarrassed for me to say anything. It wasn't really there obligation to do so, but the GC Maids should have contact me again to let me know they couldn't go to the west side. Actually, they should have told me the minute I called and gave them the recipients address!

Description of Work: They have come several times. First to do a whole house clean prior to our putting the house on the market. They did an excellent job! I have had them out 2 more times since and have them scheduled now weekly. I'm not sure why I haven't done this sooner. They work hard. Are quiet and thorough and always come on time and work without stopping. I am very happy with their services.
