Gerard Home Inspection

Derek Risen did our home inspection and he was great! He took his time and was extremely thorough. He even had the report to us that same day. He was prompt, courteous, and able to answer all of our questions. I hope we don’t buy another home but if we do we will definitely hire Derek to do the job!

Derek from Gerard did our home inspection and he was awesome ! I would totally recommend him . We are first time home buyers and the walk through he did was above and beyond our expectations . He was very patient with our questions and answered them in detail. He has a great sense of humor . It felt like a friend was doing our home inspection. It was a rainy day and roof to basement , all of it was thoroughly inspected .

I highly recommend Gerard Home Inspection. They were very easy to work with and extremely professional. Scheduling was quick and easy. Corbin came out to our new home and did a thorough inspection (3 hours worth). He took the time to show us around to all the places of concern and answer all of our questions. He was very polite and patient with us which we really appreciated. We received his report the following day and it was clear, easy to follow and thorough. Hopefully we are not moving again anytime soon but if we were, I'd definitely use Gerard Home Inspection again!

Garrett has industry knowledge and expertise that my wife and I unequivocally needed. I like to think I am pretty handy and have dipped my hands in investments where I did not use an inspection process, however, I was lucky to get referral to use his company. If I had not had his eyes on the ball, I could have purchased a house that would have caught me by surprise down the road in terms of cost of repair.

Corbin came out to do our home inspection prior to us buying a house. He was absolutely amazing!! He was very professional and had a lot of insight and great information for us. At first I thought it would not really be necessary because the home was approx. 5 years old. The inspector was very thorough and professional. He pointed out things he saw and gave me a perspective on the level of seriousness. He noted a problem that I would not have seen and may be indicative of a water issue - I am sure it is correctable BUT it was important - and I would have missed it. I will definitely call them if we are ever in the home market agin.

Excellent. Ryan Zumdick did an outstanding job. I was not able to be present during the inspection. Ryan took my phone call while he was on site and addressed my questions. Ryan is very thorough. Within a few hours of the inspection being completed, Ryan released a detailed inspection report with lots of supporting photos. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough the inspection was. My inspector Derek, was professional, courteous and eager to answer any questions I had pertaining to the inspection. When going over the results of the inspection, he was very patient, making sure I understood every issue found. I would definitely recommend this company for a home inspection service, and use them again in the future.

Above my expectations. The report given was extremely detailed with pictures and graphics depicting things that would need to be fixed in the future.
