Ryan was the technician that completed the work. This was the 4th time I have used Ryan and Gerard Home Inspection. The service was complete , thorough, accurate and professional. I would highly recommend that if you need an inspection call Gerard and ask for Ryan.

Great value, Stephen was our inspector, and being a first time home owner, he made it painless. He walked me throughout the house explaining everything as he went. I was confused on some things, but he explained what was wrong and what to do to fix it. I would highly recommend this business if anyone needs a home inspection

The home inspection went great! Derek, our inspector, demonstrated nothing but extreme professionalism, kindness and great humor (a great quality). Our inspectors name was Ryan. He was professional and thorough in making his inspection. He did a wonderful job of explaining what he was seeing, using language that my wife and I could understand. When he was finished, I felt I had a full understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the house. He even said that he could provide a list of contractors to do the repair work should we decide to purchase the house. I was 100% satisfied with his work. Ryan Zumdick is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and exceptionally good at explaining complicated technical information in terms that non-experts will understand. Very professional and thorough home inspection was provided by Gerard! Our inspector was fun, genuine, extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He really went above and beyond, which was reflected in the extensive report completed upon inspection. He spent ample time with us explaining small details and educating us for future inspections. I ended up not moving forward with the house, but still felt that the money spent was invaluable, both in protecting me from a potential poor investment and equipping me for the future.

I cannot recommend Gerard Home Inspection enough! Derek was my home inspector and he was absolutely fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me as we walked through the property together. He was approachable, easy to engage with and clearly has a passion for the work he does. The report was promptly completed and Derek emailed me to ensure I did not have any additional questions. I could not have asked for a better experience.

This was an awesome experience. Bryce went through everything in the house, tested everything, and was very knowledgeable. He was happy to have me accompany him and ask questions. I received the written report within an hour, with a cell phone number if I have any additional questions. I paid extra for the sewer pipe scope and he was able to scope out 100 feet. Luckily for me there wasn't anything big found, but he found a lot of nicky nack things that I wouldn't have figured out until after I lived in the home for a month, like that the front window had a lazy sash. I would use them again, I recommend them highly, and I made sure that my real estate agent knew they were a good resource to recommend. I found them as a personal recommendation from a friend and he didn't lead me wrong. I also paid extra for termite inspection so the price below reflects all of that.
