The team of two men arrived on time and were finished before the end of the day. They were courteous and professional the whole time. When completed, the floor looked great. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with this company from the beginning. We had another recommended company come for an estimate earlier in the day, but Katie was so professional and thorough that we opted to go with her. She knew solutions to problems that the other company didn't, and the history and reputation of Floor Coverings International she shared impressed us. While I did go to Lowes after our initial meeting for a price comparison, I found that I didn't save much money by going that route because every little extra was a la cart and added to the total price. With Katie, I knew she already knew all of my issues and everything would be addressed inside that price. The installers arrived bright and early at 7:30 on the scheduled day. They worked straight through until they completed the job at 3:30 PM, and didn't even take a lunch break! Unlike many workers I've used, these gentlemen never went out for a smoke or to sit in the van for periods of time while I wonder what they are doing. They communicated well with me, answering any questions I had & letting me know if they had any questions on anything. They were respectful of my belongings, and careful to put all furniture back exactly as it was before. The flooring turned out beautifully, and we are very happy with the end result.

Provided a free estimate. The company did the best to make the process very easy. They came to my house, measured the rooms and brought samples of carpet. Provided clear and good advice on which carpet to go with. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive carpet, instead helped one that met my needs. The only issue is that the installer showed up later than expected and there was an error with the initial measurement, so the installation took multiple days in stead of one. Overall, I am happy with the service they provided.

They did a great job and they saved me a great deal of money by suggesting I restretch the carpet rather than replacing it!

The job went extremely well. Katie Fitzgerald of Floor Coverings International visited our home and helped us select the replacement for our old sheet vinyl flooring. She had a large number of samples for us to evaluate. She was knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. She asked good questions and offered good suggestions to help us decide on the final products. During her visit she took measurements and was able to give us a detailed quotation. The installation was done about a month after we signed the contract. The installers, Jesse and Clint, were very professional and courteous. They kept us well informed of how they were going to do the work and kept any inconveniences to a minimum. They were very skilled at their craft; the new floors are terrific. It was important to me a select a company that I felt would be committed to doing good quality work. Floor Coverings International delivered everything they promised.

They were very helpful during the selection process as we were not sure what type of flooring we were going to put in the rooms. They made recommendations and had many samples from which to choose. The installer was very professional and accommodating with other contractors who were also working in our bathroom at the time. Our floors look great and we are looking forward to using them again!

The job was done on time and beautifully. The floors are now the focal point of my home.

Katie and Jim scheduled the installation before they left our home - and asked us to call several references while they were measuring. They were very professional and easy to work with -- I have been meaning to write this review for several months but have been busy. The installers were prompt and professional and Katie and Jim scheduled a walkthrough before they accepted final payment. They are very service-focused and their quality assurance was second to none. I would recommend them and use them again. They provided three options of quality carpeting and padding - but you could tell that all three options were high quality. I would recommend that if you have large areas to carpet that before you balk at a higher price - to price out the square footage with another company and then add up extras like removal fees and disposal fees etc. The price Katie and Jim provided was all inclusive and they stuck to it - no extras or increases. My wife and I were very happy - and this weekend had a party and many people complimented the carpeting.

I had the need for new carpet for the bedroom and knew who to call based on my previous excellent experience with this company. They replaced the living room, dining room carpet and vinyl flooring in 2 bath rooms back in 7/2014. Both Katie and Jim came out, gave estimate, suggestions and options. As always very professional and just good old down to earth folks. No pressure sales. About week and half later, installation was scheduled and I requested the same 2 installers (Will &Mike) that installed the previous carpet. Day of installation came, they were here on time, went right to work and seemed to be finished in no time. They cleaned up everything ,replaced the bigger furniture and the room looks great. Have 1 more room to have carpet replaced at a later date and I know who I will be calling

We were very pleased with Floor Coverings International. They came to our home and helped us in making our carpet selection. The price quoted was reasonable and competitive. And the installation crew did a great job! The crew took care of moving furniture and clean up as the job progressed. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend FCI to others.

Their installers were fabulous, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We had to stack our 900 sq ft of bamboo in the house for 7 days prior to the install to ensure the product adjusted to its surroundings. I highly recommend you take Katie on her offer to come and help! It was an undertaking and took about 5 hours to stack the planks! We paid the extra to have all the old flooring removed; something well worth the money! It took them a full day to remove the carpet, vinyl and hardwood that was down. If you're thinking of saving money and doing it yourself DON'T! We have 2 large German Shepherds, 1 and 2 years old. The Cali Bamboo is one strong product; which is why we went with it. They both have rather large solid Nylabones that will break your toe if dropped. At first I was very hesitant to allow them to have them after the floors were installed, I finally gave in and I'm happy to report there is no damage to the floors. They drop them slide and slide them across the floors with no scratches or dents to report! Hands down I am very pleased we spent the extra money and went with the bamboo! We have had a small issues with a few of our boards separating and trust that they take care of it. One other thing to note; if you have plants in the house be sure to have something under them before you water them. We had a small OOPPS and had standing water on the floor overnight. Not a large amount but enough for the boards to warp a bit, this was 2 weeks after our install. I was beside myself thinking we would have to pay to have the boards pulled up and replaced, we left it alone to see what would happen and the boards did straighten out and lay flat about a month later! Lesson learned but know that if you do get water damage, leave it alone to see what happens!

Extremely professional...did a great job...I was out of town. I asked Katie to send me pictures as they progressed and she did...very happy with the work..highly recommend.

They did a great job replacing the carpet on our staircase. The job was ordered and done a week later. The installers only took about 2 hours to get the entire job done. The carpet matches our existing carpet really well. I would definitely do business with Floor Coverings International and the Fitzgeralds again. Thanks!

It did not go well. I was not happy with the installer, a third party. Also, I was not happy to see the seams unraveling each time I vacuumed. I had said I did not want a Berber because my prior experience with Berber Rugs was they unravel. This carpet was not a cheap product, and I got the best pad. The salesperson came out after several weeks to see my unraveling seams, and said she thought it would go away eventually. After one year, I am still trimming little pulls each time I vacuum. I hate my carpet. I am actually thinking of pulling the whole mess up and going with hardwood.

Katie called me very quickly to set up an appointment to look at flooring. Everything was completed within a couple of weeks even with a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Russ was the technician who put the floor down and it was a LOT of flooring! He was very meticulous! Very friendly and did a great job. Katie then came back to evaluate the job - she went above and beyond! I am very impressed with the quality of the work and with my overall experience with FCI. Hopefully I won't have to do this again anytime soon but if I had to I would call Katie at FCI!

wonderful! they came out promptly for first estimates, worked with us as we figured out what we wanted to install, trouble shooted some issues with the old floor, and even proposed some money saving options that really helped. They suggested a product we did not know about, and it was perfect for our needs. We had been thinking wood or porcelain wood-look tile, but both had problems for us-- we have big dogs that would scratch wood and cold tiles didn't appeal to us, This product is a hybrid high end limestone/vinyl Armstrong tile that looks like Travertine stone and is warm to walk on. We love the look and the feel and it seems to be invincible to the dogs. The high tech grout never needs sealing and is resistant to mold and is colorfast. we are very happy!!!

We could not be more pleased with the entire process. At exactly the time arranged, the installers arrived. They moved all the furniture, carefully avoiding damage to newly painted walls, and had all of their work completed in the estimated time of two days. They were courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job of installing three full rooms, a large walk-in closet, large closets in both guest bedrooms, a hall (with another closet), and stairs. They then gave us instructions about how best to maintain our new carpeting. Katie then called to make an appointment to view the completed project. We highly recommend Katie Fitzgerald and Floor Coverings International. We wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere for future carpet and flooring needs.

Terrific company! We were so pleased with their bedroom carpet installation that we asked them right back to install new linoleum in our laundry room. It was done in a very timely and highly professional manner. Katie is awesome. Can't say enough great things about this company.

Two subs were used, one for the tile and the other for the carpet. They both were punctual and did an excellent job. There were a few glitches with the tile installation but Katie quickly worked with the installer to correct them. The carpet installers were amazing. They did the rooms I mentioned in two days, including moving the furniture and putting it back. The carpet and tile are beautiful. Katie, the company President, was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends!!
