Emes was great. Estimator came out and went through all the details with me in advance. The team showed up and worked quickly, yet thoroughly. The result is excellent.

I purchased an Angie's list deal. Emes contacted me quickly and mulched within a few days of the purchase, gardens look great and they cleaned up nicely.

We scheduled an appointment on 4/21/2014 at 4pm to look at the work that needs to be done by 5pm no one showed up, I called and no one answered, I left a message and no one has called back. I still haven’t heard back from this company. I felt that this was very rude and unprofessional for them not to respond to me at all.

Emes came out for an initial visit while I was at work and I talked him through what I wanted done. That was last Tuesday. In less than 6 days a crew of 5 men came out to get started Sunday morning at 10am. They gave me a heads up call and said they had time on Sunday because of the 3 days of rain earlier that week. They also said is was going to rain the next day so they wanted to get the leaves up before they got wet again. I had purchased a Big Deal for $229 for 8 hours of yard labor. And additional $175 to get rid of the tree. 2 men worked on the remaining part of the tree and the fallen part of the tree. The other 3 men worked on the large pile of dead branches by hauling them to the trailer. When they were done they left and the other 3 men worked very hard to get rid of all the leaves in the front yard. They used leaf blowers and rakes and a tarp to get the leaves all together. It took them a total of 9 man hours, so in the end I had to pay for the man hours and the price to haul away the entire truck load of leaves. The leaves filled up the back large trailer.When they were done they asked if they wanted me to have them move onto the backyard and at that time it was about 1pm. I said another day. They did a great job and my yard looks a million times better. My husband and I raked the leaves up in the fall and had them all out on the curb for removal. But we didn't know that our city didn't have the vaccum to get the leaves from the curb. Therefore all winter long they blew all over the yard and I was fed up with having a messy yard, so I called Emes and I am glad I did.

Emes Lawn Care was prompt and courteous. They contacted me same day as my inquiry to arrange a visit to see what was needed. They came as scheduled and reviewed all of the job details, going over priorities and making suggestions. They came as scheduled and worked hard and well. The work that we discussed was all done thoroughly and tidily. The extensive yard waste was hauled away for just $35 extra (as explained in advance). I am very pleased with this service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Mendy, Bobby and Adam did a great job mulching. Very neat, prompt and professional. Emes contacted me and communicated exceptionally well from beginning of process until job was complete. Would highly recommend this company to do your mulching. Great business model! They work well with the customer and make sure you are happy with completed job.

It went very well and the driveway was well salted for the next round of snow storms.

These guys saved the day and were so nice over the phone. The price was extremely reasonable, and in fact, I told the driver if I needed to pay more, I was willing! Would definitely use them again, and in fact am thinking of getting a contract with them for next year.

The service has been great. They are very prompt and the lawn always looks great. They are also very careful when they do their trimming.

I can't say enough good things about this company. After being totally turned off by all the "scams" out there for lawn care, this is an honest, quality provider who won't try to upsell you on unneeded treatments or other extra things. Michael was working on my neighbor's yard one day when I happened to be at home, and I asked him to come over and have a look at my yard. I am so glad I did! We walked around and I gave him my wish list of what needed to be done. Within a week, I had a VERY reasonable quote, but I opted to just do the front yard this year. They were totally flexible and repriced what I asked for. Once we'd agreed on the work, it was done the very next day! Poof! I came home from work and had a gorgeously cleaned up front bed, with perfect mulch. They had also edged the yard, removed two dead bushes, and mulched around the tree. It was perfect. I'm thrilled, and not embarrassed to be the "messy yard" on the street any more! And the fertilizer treatment they put down must be some kind of miracle, because my yard looks better than it has in years. They also do a phenomenal job cutting the grass. Even though I'm not using them ongoing for this, I absolutely would if I didn't have other help. These guys are fast, reasonably priced, honest and provide quality services. Highly recommended.
