Dial One was very professional. They came to the house and reviewed the current alarm system. They found no problems with the current system and I contracted with them for monitering service.

I liked they were local because the local police said that we want somebody local. They are on the List and I put a lot of weight on that. There was no pressure and they made some recommendations. They did not try to oversell. They said there were things that we didn't need. I had done my homework on what I thought I would need. They talked me out of some stuff, which was surprising because they usually try to sell you everything under the sun. They told me what they thought would be best for us. We would highly recommend them.

Vince was of the "old school" alarm business perspective and had some useful insight about companies hawking the newer style of technology (keyfob's and whatnot), which I appreciated. We ended up going with another company for price reasons.

Vince came out and gave me an estimate after checking out the house, we review the estimate and talk about my needs and wants and he was very understanding after a couple of reviews we agreed on the equipment, equipment cost and installation day. The day of installation everything was going well, until the technician find out that there was missing one sensor and the motion detection system was not working. I have an appointment to get the sensor missing installed, besides that all the process was very straight forward. It took long time to get everything installed, but the system works well, and the technician was very helpful and cordial. I will recommend to use this service, I enjoy the customer service and it was cheaper than ADT.

I needed to update the security system in my house and they were the only people that weren't going to sell me a new system, but rather just take over what I already had existing in this house. I would recommend them over all the other security system companies because of this reason.

Awesome. I called and they had a salesman come over in a few hours. The installer was there by Thursday at a time that worked for me. He worked for 4 hours. The fee of $99 was to add on a cell phone notification system. He spent a lot of time reconfiguring my old system then stayed to show me how to use everything. Both men were very nice. They now monitor the system for $32/mo. It is $10 more a month to do the system without a land line, but the advantage is the phone line cannot be cut and of course I will be reached anywhere if the alarm is set off. It's also cheaper this way then having to install a land line that I never use.

Vince from sales came to my house and recommended their low cost systems, but also filled me in on higher capability systems that I ended up going with. The installers seemed knowledgeable, but some of the work needed to be redone. Some of my home detectors weren't correctly connected to the new system.

The installer was great! He cleaned up and was very neat. We really like them. We?ve since heard from others that they have the best system around. We have a contract with them now.

Salesman, Vincent, was profesional and not pushy at all. Asked questions about what we wanted then listened and gave us options for how to set up the home security system. Did not oversell at all. We agreed on the equipment, scheduled the installation...they were right on time, installed and instructed my wife on how to use the equipment. That's it! friendly, honest service and timely installation. I had called several home security providers and hated dealing with the sales people. The other companies used out of region monitoring services which I did not like. Dial One has local monitoring. We feel very good about the value of what we purchased.

The experience was fine. They were prompt, did what they said they would do for the price they quoted and I have had no trouble with the system.

I had used Dial One Security for over ten years in two different homes. WHen first contacted they sent ans expert technician to my home, reprogrammed the system without charge and started monthly monitoring. Their service is exceptional and their fees are the most reasonable I have seen. Monitoring was just over $200/year and no contract was required. When I moved into a new home several years later, they again sent a technician (the same one) to reprogram and check the system. He made some security recommendations and modified and installed additional equipment. The work was performed flawlessly and the rate was very reasonable. They always took the time to fully explain the system, something the builder's installer was not willing to do. Their monitoring was superb. I never had a true emergency, but they always responded quickly and appropriately to alarms.

Their services fit my outline of needs and they were punctual. They were tidy and you could hardly tell that they were here. They were very professional and friendly. They also explained to me how to properly work the alarm system.

They did an excellent job. They corrected and found mistakes that had been done by a different company that was not able to finish the job. Everything is working fine.

The sales person was extremely helpful, actually came to my house (not the case with another company who hard sold me on the phone and ended in disaster for me). The Dial 1 team was very friendly and they are in town (unlike some other companies) so they are available and reachable. Overall a wonderful experience; And the cost of the monthly was very reasonable and included Fire as well as police. The reinstall was $250. The monthly monitoring is $21.99.

It didn't "go". I dealt with Vince, a representative in their office, by phone only. Vince did go to the trouble of contacting the county inspector assigned to my den project and worked out with him a system that would meet county standards. But when I called back to follow up, Vince informed me that Dial One had made an executive decision based upon my call that they were not in the business of installing "life critical" security systems, only supplementary systems that monitored residences, and that they did not want the business!!!!

We scheduled for Monday, and they called to say that they needed to reschedule. Apparently, the job before mine took them more time than estimated (which was lucky for me because I thought they were coming at noon and they were really coming at 11). I had no problem rescheduling. When they showed, everything went smoothly and I didn't need to purchase any additional equipment. He tuned the alarm the way I wanted it set up and answered all questions.

The person that gave us an estimate for what we wanted was prompt and knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman, which was refreshing. The price seemed very reasonable, and he came back again after we decided to use them to go over everything again. The installation took less than a day. There was no mess and we were very satisfied.
