On schedule and met the somewhat unusual specification. Also met my testing requirements and setup requirements. The system has functioned as required. Cost is reasonable. Monitoring is LOCAL - Not in some distant city/State.

Everything went well. Mike came out to help determine our security needs and give a us a quote. He listened well and provided great advice about what we needed. He even came out a second time due to a question we had. There was no pressure or "up selling" on products or services. Steve did our installation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all my questions during the set up. I would highly recommend this company.

Dave did an excellent job of installing the system and being extremely patient with me in teaching me how to work the system. Got the Total Connect system and am extremely pleased. Feel more secure when in my home and confident when I leave!!

Provider arrived on time, and fully explained all the details related to the system. We found many new facts about our system which the previous provider either was not aware of or did not bother to explain. The new system was installed well within the time frame they predicted, and testing and training were done at the same time. Since installation, the provider has communicated on a periodic basis to insure everything is working properly, including a weekly test that is done without our participation. We are extremely pleased with this provider and would recommend them to anyone looking for a system to secure their home.

I was a little skeptical about the idea of a small local company handling security systems for our home. I was very wrong to think that way. Even though its been a week, I feel very confident about their ability. Their professionalize alone sold me. But not to mention they were efficient, friendly and precise to find what we needed. Did not try to over sell, just gave us what we needed. Their prices are very affordable and they are a local Cincinnati company, what more can you ask for.

Very prompt and responsive to questions. When we had questions with our wireless sensor, an installer came to our house free of charge to look at the equipment.

My daughter chose Dial One because of the great reviews on Angie's List. So now, she would like to add another great review: The salesman, Vince, showed up the next day after I called and we talked about what I needed and didn't need. He didn't try to push anything extra and actually said one of the window monitors I really didn't need to have because of the way the other monitors would work. He didn't seem in a rush either, very patient and put thought into what he thought I needed. The installer, Steve, came the following week, showing up on time (called to say he could be there earlier but I couldn't be there then). He was very friendly and you could tell he enjoys what he's doing. He took his time showing me how to use the system and would run a test when he couldn't be 100% sure of his answer. He didn't act at all put-out by my (and mine Mom's) many questions and requests. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you!

I contacted Vince on Monday and he stopped by the next day. He listened by my needs and made excellent suggestions. Dave installed my system on Friday, which is a fantastic turnaround time. Both Vince and Dave are extremely professional and great at what they do. I am extremely happy with my system, and I appreciate that Dial One has local monitoring.

I made the appointent with Vince which I think was the next day after my initial phone call, and he showed up right on time, answered all my questions and even answered questions from my extremely thorough brother. My brother gave him the seal of approval and my installation was just done today by Dave who was very patient with all my questions about using the system. I picked this company because they have excellent reviews on Angie's List, and are locally owned and operated. I'm extremely happy with my choice!

Installation of the security system was fast, professional and well explained. The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He was ver friendly and courteous. There were other companies more expensive on the site, but I definitely made the right choice.

I have not had any problems at all. They were very accurate. Their estimated cost was right. I had accidentally set it off a couple of times and they always call immediately to check and make sure everything is okay. The equipment works very well and is easy to use.

They also installed a doorbell as well, but it is not hooked up to the system. We have had some troubles with it. When we have power outages, they will contact us because the alarm is on a battery back-up and the call to let us know that the system is on the back-up. Overall, they have been fine.

When I initially called them, we were to going travel out of town and wanted to have the home alarmed for security. They were able to come out the next day and get the unit installed in time. We are older people and because of the home invasions, we keep the system on all of the time and it makes us feel much safer. As soon as the alarm goes off, they are very responsive and call us. If they don’t reach us or any of our contacts, they will dispatch the police. They bill every three months and the cost is minimal for the peach of mind it offers you. The system even has a button on the unit you can press at any time and it will signal them to send help. Overall, they have been very wonderful.

The technician "Dave" called to let me know he would be late due to a power outage in major part of the city that day where their office was located and had caused havoc with traffic due to the outage of the traffic signals. Once Dave arrived he was professional and courteous as I walked him around to show him the areas where the current sensors were, as well as, the alarm panel. Once we had both agreed to the work that was to be done he went about his business to replace the panel with an updated Honeywell L5200 and replacement of the sensors. Once complete he tested all of the sensors, as well as, tested the alarm with the monitoring center. He then took the time to provide an overview of the system to me, as well as, answer any questions that I had. Great experience and I have been pleased with the results. As the company and monitoring service is local I'm glad to be supporting a local business, as well. I would highly recommend them.

I think that they are an excellent company. We have been using them for almost ten years. Their prices were competitive to others and may have even been lower than the previous alarm company we had used. I have recommended them to several of my friends and even my employer who now uses them as well. Anytime we have needed them, they have been very responsive. They actually show up when they tell you that they will be there. My experience with them has been great!

I have been using their services for almost nine years. They were a different company when the alarm system was installed. When that company went out of business and Dial One Security Inc took it over, we kept their services. We have not had any troubles with the company. We haven't had a lot of interaction with them, but they have been responsive when we have. They have been fine and have been a good company.

They installed bas unit and the sensors. The install was professional. the unit seems to work as advertised. The unit is easy to arm/disarm and use. So far so good. We may consider adding options such as smart phone support and smoke sensors in the future. Only concern is 3 year commit seems a bit extensive to me.

I've had a very positive experience with them. They were very responsive, very customer centered and I have nothing but a good experience with them.

Dial One called us the day after we purchased the deal and came out to the house that same week. They arrived on time and got right to work. The technician was very helpful with suggestions about where to place the monitors and other suggestions. A great experience.

They were very professional and helpful. They had couple of billing issues, but when I called them to clarify; they always corrected things right away, they were very responsive.

I CONTACTED DIAL ONE VIA VINCE STICKLIN A SALES REP. FOR THE COMPANY. APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS AGO I SPOKE WITH MR. STICKLIN AND ASKED THAT HE CONTACT ME ON FRIDAY JUNE 6TH. TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, I THEN SENT A DETAILED EMAIL OUTLINING MY NEEDS CONCERNING THE EQUIPMENT I WAS INTERESTED IN HAVING INSTALLED. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE MAN.........

It worked out well. They were responsive and prompt and did a good job with the installation.
