Pre-install evaluation/quote and installation went very well. Vince and Matt were great and did not pressure us to purchase any additional equipment. They said we always have the option to add on in the future if we want.

It was good. The installation took a couple of hours. They had to come back because the screen died about a week into the contract. They came back out a few days after contacting them, but we were without a security system during that time. It was a little disappointing, but overall a positive experience. There were no more additional fees associated with the Big Deal beside the monthly fees for the system which is about $30/month.

Overall I think they offer a great service for the price. I did have to be more proactive with calling them to ask about my quote and ask them to come out to begin servicing our commercial fire alarm as I did not receive a call back or email when I had been told I would. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I did call to get more information and follow-up, however. So everything worked out in the end.

The installers were friendly, quick and helpful in showing me how to use the security system and set up. Since install, with the winter weather i have had the power go out and each time, someone has called within two minutes to alert me that my security system was on backup power. I've accidentally set the alarm off and they didnt yell at me. Whenever I have a problem/ question I am able to reach someone 24/7. GREAT SERVICE and I'd recommend. Especially since they're local.

Monthly payments less than most other companies.

The service turned out good. Their response time is very good. They respond to issues very well and I am very satisfied with them. We switched from a different alarm company that we were not happy with before using them, the old company did not provide as good of a value and they required a two year contract with restrictions that I felt did not fully benefit the customer. We are glad that we have switched.

I was very impressed with them. They were able to meet my criteria with price. I liked that they have local call centers. I was really impressed that they were able to accommodate my friend and they did the work totally for me. I was in charge of the setup with the company and I would use them in my home as well. The system has worked very well. The price was a good buy versus their competition for both the alarm system and the monitoring. They did not try to sell anything that was not needed. They explained how to work the system and they just did an excellent job. We had to figure out the best place for the system initially and we worked with the installers on finding the best place to install the system for the user as well as them for the installation. They will even call when there is a power outage, they would be my first bid when looking for a system in the future if needed. I would recommend them to my friends.

The service was excellent. The quality and professionalism were very good. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend Dial One. They were at my home on time and after the installation I had a few questions and they were very courteous in taking time to answer the questions.

Dave came on time and installed an alarm system. He was efficient and very careful to keep things clean when drilling holes. He was good at explaining and demonstrating how everything worked. I'm happy with everything so far and have peace of mind that the house is more secure.

The installer was thorough and professional. He showed me exactly what I could do with the system and made sure I was comfortable with the system prior to leaving.

Both the salesman and technician ran late for the appointments. Vince, the salesman, called us to let us know he would be late which we really appreciated. Vince indicated we would get a call regarding an appointment with a technician to show us the system. We never heard from the office and therefore made a call to remind Vince we were waiting to hear from his office to arrange for the technician to meet with us. The technician was 35 minutes late without a call. The house is vacant and therefore we had to make sure we were there to meet for each appointment. Once Mike arrived, he was very polite, professional and patient in explaining the alarm system. All in all, it did work out and we look forward to using the system in the future!

I felt their customer service was so poor that I didnt want to use the company anymore.

They have reasonable rates. I have been happy with them. The installation went well.

If there is a need for parts, batteries, etc. you are given options of having the part shipped to you or picked up at the office, which saves the cost of a technician coming to the house. Billing can also be set up on a system of automatic billing and payment with a notice given via the computer when payment is due.

They were extremely impressive. I chose them as I was familiar with their reputation. They were able to come out the very next day after calling to install the system. They also offer the add-on of a medical alert system at no extra charge. They have been outstandingly responsive to everything. I have felt a great deal of security using their service. If you think you need a security system, don't hesitate to use Dial One.

The pricing was competitive. The service was good.

The work turned out very well. They are terrific. I have recommended them to others.

We have it but we have not really used it as we have cats in our home and we do not want them to set off the system. Our goal is to use them in the near future. One individual came out to do the installation, he showed us how to use the service, he did a great job.

I never heard back from the company.

We switched to Dial One about one year ago and pay quarterly for home security. Their installation was smooth and easy because they used most of the equipment that we had. Their staff is responsive when we call and we have not had the equipment malfunction. We believe that we are getting good value for the services we are receiving.

They did a good job. I called several companies and decided to go with them because of their offer. They have came back out for follow up.

Just a few hours installation one afternoon, and a tweak or two, and we've been fine. Most reasonable of all those who approached us. i liked their willingness to share referrals. Many others would not.

Dial One responded efficiently to our request for a bid, the salesperson was knowledgeable about the product and the installer showed up as promised and did an efficient job. The only glitch was that the new control panel is larger than our previous one and he had to return to reposition it because the slight bit of heat it emitted threw off the furnace thermostat above it.

Dial One initially came out and listened to what we wanted and consulted us on what they could provide, which was everything we needed. The intial consultant was great as he was very straight forward and it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. The installer came, set everything up, patiently walked us through everything and that was it. We haven't had the need to call them back since.
