Joe and Terry were on time both days. They explained the work to me and updated me as it progressed. They were professional and completed the work in a day and a half, cleaning up any sawdust, etc. before leaving for the day.

Electrician spent over 3 hours trouble shooting bad outlet, drilled 2 holes in our garage in anticipation of running new wiring. Left for the day and didn't return until 2 weeks later. He then discovered at 2nd visit that a 2nd outlet was bad and connected to the garage outlet. Took him one hour to replace the 2 outlets on visit 2 and patch up the unnecessary holes in our garage. No additional line or wiring required to replace the outlets. Paid $360 (WITH the angie's coupon) for 2 outlets and was left with 2 holes in my garage that had to be plated - at the top of the wall, so not hidden, but in obvious sight. Contacted the manager - he laughed at me said I paid for the work done and my complaint is completely unjustified. Will NOT be using this company again!

Went well. Needed small adjustment one time to move wiring back further in wall, and they did that. Felt the price was reasonable. Felt the different electricians they've sent were knowledgeable and personable. Feel they might be a little **** ** their employees if something needs re-tweeking, or if you suggest that something was a (minor) issue.

Joe was great. He arrived exactly on time, and quickly figured out the wire could not be run from a pre-existing sub-panel closer to the garage, but needed to be run from the main panel further e away. He then went to fetch the additional wire needed, and completed the installation according to Tesla specs. I saved 10% as well with an Angie's List coupon which was great.

Steven came on time and provided me with options without selling me. He promptly completed the requested work and even offered to replace a light bulb in my outside fixture AFTER I paid. It’s the little extra stuff that Craftsman does every time. Love them!

Steven was outstanding. He came out a week before our scheduled date because he had an opening. He was very kind and courteous, and the work he did was top notch and quick. He knocked out every project we needed. The price was very reasonable, and we definitely will use them again and recommend them to others.

The electrician, Terry, was on time. He quickly troubleshot the problem. Explained why the disconnect wasn't working. Diagnosed what needed to be done. Gave a estimate of parts and required labor (had to go Home Depot for for the Disconnect) Performed the job on time and at the before-mentioned cost. Overall everything was great.

we have used Craftsman Electric several times. They have been punctual or have called us if they were held up. Their electricians have always been courteous, pleasant and patient about answering our questions. They work efficiently and have dealt with some rather tricky situations with our outdated and sometimes improperly repaired wiring. They put up our chandliers beautifully and are good about cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy that we found this company and recommend them without reservation.
