Probably the most pleasant customer experience I've had in a while. Called and the receptionist was warm and was able to schedule the work quickly. Received a call from the electrician 30 minutes prior to the appointment to say he was running early and would it be okay. Then on arrival Steven was very friendly and explained in detail what needed to be done. Verified the costs with me and got right to work. He wasted no time and did all the work within 3 hours which was impressive. I will definitely be using them again. Exceptional work at a great price and Steven was top notch.

Taylor Carpenter was the electrician that Craftsman sent. Wow... this person was terrific!!! He knew his business, wasted no time, offered a better way on what I wanted done, very clean & did an extremely professional job. Very satisfied - will ask for him specifically next time.

I purchased a one hour big deal through WFS. I had been advised by another provider that my outdoor lamp post needed to have the photocell replaced in order for it to work again. So, I thought the purchase of a hour one deal would suffice to repair that. Unfortunately I was advised that the lamp post issue was not related to the photocell and to dig up and replace the conduit would be over $500.00, which I decided would need to wait in favor of completing other work around my home. Walter was able to then do some trouble-shooting on an outdoor plug in my yard and replace the GFI. Since we went over the hour time limit, I was then charged $20 for the part and $34.50 in additional labor.

An earlier owner had runs the wires for three ceiling fans right down the wall so the wires were visible. Rewiring them through the wall entailed going into an unvented attic without lighting (that I could see) and wiring them to the right switch. I was apologetic from the moment Curtis came through the door. It was a warm day and that attic had to be breathlessly hot. Good-natured and so polite, he assured me he'd get it done, Ma'am. This took about 5 hours and throughout he worked diligently, knew his stuff. Even put one replacement fan together. Showed me how to use the remote. This condo is going on the market and I was so happy to have this done. And he gave me the Angies List discount, which brought the bill even lower.

Ask for Shawn. He is punctual, polite, and did a good job. I bought the Angie's List coupon which really only covered a diagnosis of the problem. Shawn ordered the right fan for me and installation cost another hour of labor fee and a second trip. In the future, I would ask a lot of questions up front so that I buy the right parts the first time and the electrician can do the work in one trip. Two trips was expensive.

The work and man who came to do it were high quality and very professional. My only disappointment was that when he moved our kitchen table to do the work, the table made a pretty evident scratch on our hardwood floor. In the man's defense, he felt awful about it and came back to the house to try to remove the scratch. Unfortunately it wasn't repairable but I know it was a total accident. We really love the new chandelier fixture he put in and the fan and light combo in our baby's nursery. It took about 2.5-3 hours to complete.

Sam was punctual, pleasant and very detail oriented. Made sure chandelier was hung properly, cord was run through chain neatly and all the arms of the chandelier were straight. I have found a new electrician! Will use them again.

The electrician was on time. He installed the additional outlet pretty quickly. He checked my dining room fixture and found that the wiring in the fixture was brittle and broken. He tried to repair it at my request (because I liked the fixture), but was unable to. About a week later, another electrician returned to my house to install the new light that I purchased. Both electricians were courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Shawn arrived promptly and removed four old outdoor lamps. He installed four new outdoor lamps - one backyard deck lamp, front garage lamps and post lamp. There was a slight problem with a wasp nest in the front post, and the wasps were flying around him as he tried to finish the work. Shawn knew how to deter the wasps so that he could finish that installation. He was both patient and professional as he dealt with this unanticipated problem. Shawn also installed a new dawn-to-dusk photocell component in the post lamp. Inside he repaired two high-ceiling kitchen spotlights. Shawn is very experienced. He knows his stuff and always explains what needs to be done and why. We will be calling again for future work.

Both technicians were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in what they were doing. They finished the job efficiently and quickly. We had 4 new ceiling fixtures and peace of mind that our wiring was not faulty. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this company.
