I bought an old house so I purchased the Angie's list electrical service deal. I gave the electrician the list from my home inspection and he went through the house and fixed every little thing. We discussed future projects and he gave me written estimates on each item. He was very customer service oriented, punctual and I was very comfortable having him work on my home.

All we very well. Curtis was on-time, very polite, and completed my service quickly. I recommend using this service again.

Craftsman Electrical was professional from the initial contact for me to describe my situation to the follow-through with appointment. The technician, Shaun, took the right diagnostic steps to isolate and then identify the problem. One by one Shaun excluded many likely items until finally identifying the cause of the electrical failure. It turned out to be a "hidden" and old fuse box behind the coal room door. Yes, that's a coal room from a home built in the 1930's. One of the fuses had been tripped, Most of the electrical was upgraded, but somehow this was missed. I would recommend Craftsman and Shaun if he's available for the job.

They were very good. They have a neat and clean organization. Sam was very courteous and explained to us all of the work that was involved. I was so pleased with their service the first time that I have hired them to do more extensive work as well! They had good pricing, coming in under the original quote.

The Craftsman Electric representative was helpful on the phone and explained clearly what might be involved with the job and what the cost could be. The electrician (Steven) was professional and had good recommendations about what type of light post to buy and where to place the new porch light. He did good work, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend them.

We came home from being gone for awhile to discover that the lights were not working in a bath and front room. We also discovered that our outdoor lantern was not working. The circuit breaker was thrown. After some experimenting, we discover that the outdoor lantern was the culprit. We didn't know what was wrong so we went to Angie's list to find an electrician. We found a deal on Angie's List from Craftsman Electric, so we bought it. It took several days before they were able to come out but we could just leave the lantern off, so it wasn't too bad. wire but could not. Since we had purchased an hours worth of time, The electrician tested the switch and determined it was OK. He then removed the old, deteriorated post and dug down trying to find a short in the wire but could not. We had already purchased a new post, so replacing it was not going to be an issue. Since we had purchased an hours worth of time, and it was up, he needed to come back. We thought it would be a couple of weeks but he showed up a week later. He dug some more but still didn't find bad wire. We were about tap off another circuit, when he discovered where the wire came out of the house. It was hidden behind bushes and we did not see it before. It was also in an unexpected spot. He discovered the short in that wiring and thought he fixed it. However after installing the new post and light, we continued to have a problem. He then dug a trench and replaced the bad wiring. It now works.

The job went very smoothly. The 2 men arrived on time, were very professional and completed the work in less than the estimated time. All our questions were answered. All old equipment was removed and the work site was left clean. We are very happy with the results. l

I've had this new light fixture for outside sitting in my Husband's Office for 2 years now. I kept putting it off because I really don't like having to contact Electricians or Plumbers. So I finally renewed my Angie's List Acct and did a search for an Electrician. Craftsman Electric was at the Top of the List with an "A" rating and many reviews. I read a few of them and decided to go with them. I also saw they have a coupon on Angie's List for $69. I made the purchase, talked with CE and was set. They were able to come out in 2 days!! Very prompt and friendly. Communication with their Office was very easy and friendly as well. Looks like we have an "Electrician"..... Thanks Angie's List & Thank s Craftsman Electric!

The men were very knowledgeable and informative on what was needed in order to fix the issues with the oven, fridge and dishwasher electrical setup that was done by a prior electrician. They came out the first time and installed the range with no issues. They needed to come back with the correct dryer plug and wire for the oven rewiring. They reran the oven wiring with the correct wires and also reran the refrigerator since it was on the same circuit as the dishwasher and they would have tripped the breaker had they been set up. We weren't aware of this issue until they told us that it was done incorrectly. I was a little sticker shocked by the cost of everything but overall the experience was better than a majority of electricians we have dealt with. We are at ease now that the electrical is set up properly for our basement kitchen and we should have no issues once the appliances are installed.

Craftsman Electric was recommended to me by a neighbor. Scheduling my appointment was easy. The young lady who answered the phone was polite and let me know exactly who to expect at my door on the day we scheduled. Steven actually called me twice before arrival. The first call was to ask questions so he could work efficiently. The second was to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on the early side of the time window which was much appreciated and was polite and courteous during his work. He was correct in his diagnosis of the problem as discussed over the phone and set about fixing it quickly. He also provided information about the use of compatible bulbs in our light fixtures and lighting options for our home. We have a 20 year old home and the light bulbs we use burn out quickly, which he said could be due to us using incompatible bulbs. It is good information to have. Steven also saved us some money by pointing out an Angies's List deal that would cover his visit. I appreciated that as well. The cost was reasonable. I would not hesitate to have Steven in my home again the next time we need electrical work done.

Electrician arrived within 1 minute of time promised. He did all the work quickly, professionally and was excellent to deal with. He also gave some tips for my final permit inspection, which was greatly appreciated.

Craftsman Electric was very professional and easy to schedule with. Shawn was the technician that came out and was thorough and professional in his work and I appreciated his honesty. He was able to fix the majority of the problems I was having and gave me estimates for future work on issues that were a bit more involved. Used the Angie's List $69 coupon and it covered everything he did.

I found Shawn Cronin to be accommodating and a professional. He replaced the outdoor bubble cover and installed a light switch. He answered all of my questions regarding future projects. I will call Craftsman again and ask for Shawn.

Josh came out and gave thorough estimate. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable about his profession and was very professional and courteous. I scheduled the service and Shawn was great. He did exactly what they stated they were going to do and even did a little extra to solve a problem with one of the circuits I wanted moved to the sub-panel. Very happy with everything. I am already planning on using them to perform a mapping of all circuits and relabeling of panels. Great company...great work!!

Steven Schott from Craftsman Electric called in advance to announce he was on his way and approximate time of arrival. He arrived early within the two hour time window I had been provided. He was very courteous. He attempted to repair one of two porch lights and a post light; however, they needed to be replaced. I had suspected this and had replacements on hand. He replaced two porch lights and one post light. He cleaned up very well afterwards and I was very satisfied with his work. He made some recommendations for sensors and timers which I may follow through on with a second appointment. They were scheduling two weeks out when I contacted Craftsman Electric for an appointment, but I was fine with that. They were worth the wait. I had purchased the $69 Angie's List Deal for 1 hour of labor and felt it was a fantastic deal.

Everything went beautifully. I have been dealing with this company since we built our home 11 years ago as they did the original installation of a furnace and A/C unit. They have always responded quickly to service issues and regular maintenance issues. The technicians are always professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I have built a trust with this company over the years and would not think of using anyone else.
