I called Craftsman to help with the ceiling fan because the fan worked but the lights would not. When I called on Wednesday, I was given an appointment for the following week. I expressed my disappointment in having to wait so long since the fan and light are in the kitchen and very much needed. I was put on hold for a couple of minutes and when she came back, she had found someone she could send out the next morning. Yay for going the extra mile, Craftsman! Shannon arrived when he said, within an hour he had diagnosed the problem as faulty light assembly wiring, discussed the part needed with the ceiling fan company (Hunter), and helped me figure out what to order on-line. A few days later after the part arrived, I called on Tuesday, told them I was not in a hurry but still got a Thursday morning appointment. Curtis arrived when he said, promptly installed the new wiring, and had the light and fan in working order in 15 minutes. These folks are great even in billing. They combined the bill for both days so I could use my 10% Angie?s List coupon. I would definitely recommend them.

I was told the light which periodically alternates on and off ( 2 canned lights side by side) was the result of the light bulb. Total BS. made no sense as the remaining canned lights all used the same bulb. A second contracted was called to rewire these lights.

This was a $69 big deal purchase and it was okay. They charged a little more than the price of the deal, but it took them a little bit longer to finish everything so they charged me a little bit more. The price was pretty good. The only thing that I kind of questioned actually is that he did not have enough of the correct boxes. In order for him to go get others he would have charged me per minute to run to a hardware store to buy the boxes. He used another box he had that worked, but it was kind of tough for me to put in the fan. It took up more space in a small area than ones that fit correctly.

Very well. They were on time and did a great job. My wife was very happy with the gentlemen who did the job. They were very professional and treated her well. It was a good experience.

Electrician came on time and did a good job. He said he usually did commercial and hadn't done residential for a while, but that it was a simple job because of where the electrical panel was. He worked very slowly and talked a lot. He had to borrow some tools. It took him 2 hrs to finish and wanted to charge me 2-1/2 hours because he didn't have all the supplies on his truck and added 1/2 hour for buying them. These were very basic electrical items that any electrician should have had. He agreed to charge for 2 hours.l had the first hour for $69, but the rest was standard rate.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for one hour of work for $69.00. I definitely got my money's worth. Curtis called to ask if he could arrive a bit earlier than scheduled, which was great. He went to work immediately assembling the light fixture. He then took down the old fixture and hung the new one. Curtis was knowledgeable and quite patient with my questions. Everything went smoothly. It was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely call Craftsman Electric for any future electrical needs.

Sam was extremely professional and punctual Sam explained everything that needed to be done and gave me various options to fix the problem. After the job was finished, Sam went over the job and told me what to expect. Upon completion the area was left spotless. I will definitely use Sam and Craftsman Electric in the future. I would recommend Sam and Craftsman Electric to anyone in need of electrical work.

The young man was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, took time to explain in detail about what was needed and what he did. I have no complaints. I was disappointed it took several weeks for an opening to have someone come to the house, but it was the Christmas season and I'm sure they were busy.

Sal was great. He took great pains to explain what was wrong with our circuit. He also took an adequate amount of time evaluating what was wrong so that he could address root cause. He was very efficient and professional. He also spent some time trying to identify a mystery circuit in the house that was periodically blowing for no reason, which he found and promptly turned off. He answered all our questions, even ones unrelated to the current work. We will definitely use again.

Steven was prompt (he actually had to wait for me to arrive 10 mins late), very friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable in his profession, performs excellent work and is detail oriented. We are extremely pleased with his work and have had him work on a few other projects as well as new electrical run for a pole barn that we just had built this fall. Steven and everyone at Craftsman Electric are great people and easy to work with. They have definitely won us over and have a new, very loyal customer! Awesome work guys!!!

Josh came out to give me the quote, much sooner than I expected. He was very professional and intelligent. He offered a few different ways to light my back yard. He also managed to squeeze me into the schedule much sooner than I was told when I called the main number. A week later, the installer came out. He was awesome. He put up the wiring and started on the lights. He came to me ans said I would probably be disappointed in the lights very quickly since they were not high quality lights (Costco). He finished working on the wiring while I got 2 new lights. He installed these and OH MY GOODNESS they are awesome. He set the motion sensor and the timer and now I feel extremely safe when I take the dog out in the middle of the night. Thank you Craftsmen, your company and your employees were very professional and extremely qualified. I will use them again for any electrical work I have. Miriam

Very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and punctual. An outside transformer was nearing the end of its life, and Craftsman bought a new one and installed it. They also installed a nice garden post behind our fountain in order to get the electrical box off of ground level, and replaced and/or repaired several garden lights.

I had a strange outlet issue and Shawn from Craftsman Electric came in, quickly found the root cause (improper wires going to an unknown outlet box behind the wall) and fixed the issue with some new wiring and two new outlets. He was on-time, professional, and quick. I'd definitely to to Shawn for help if needed again.

Called to move up appointment. Efficient, pleasant, professional. Dimmer switch works well, advised on how to adjust range of dimness. Honest advice on wall outlet problem.

I don't write many reviews on Angie's List; however, I felt compelled to give Craftsman the credit it deserves. As stated above, I had the company install a dimmer in the hallway and fix an electrical problem with a ceiling fan (with light) in the upstairs bedroom. It was exrtremely important that the ceiling fan was fixed because I had family coming in the following weekend and that room is dark without a light. Upon inspection, it was determined that the fan was broken and it was not an electrical problem and a new ceiling fan would need to be installed (which I did not have at the time). The initial electrician left to attend another appointment. Upon contacting Craftsman to see if they could get another electrician out to my house later the next day, the company sent another electrician out the same day to install the new ceiling fan that my wife had purchased at lunch. The type of service I received was exceptional, and I recommend this company to anybody.
