They're easy to deal with over the phone to set up the appointment. They ask if you're an Angie's List member in order to give you a 10% discount. The technicians are good at solving the problems that are sure to come up when they're dealing with older homes.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for 1 hour of electrician. I knew there was probably a tripped GFI switch somewhere, but have only lived in this house < 2 years, and could not figure it out on my own. He found it immediately (on a wall in the garage). Also went around and resealed many of the outdoor outlet covers. Happy with all aspects of service, would recommend and use again.

Sam and his counterpart were Fantastic. With an 8 AM work call so we could give them the details before getting both kids ready for school we thought we would be totally out of their way. But the guys were able to navigate up and down the basement, in and out of the garage without missing a beat as my wife and I chased our little ones around the house desperately hunting for shoes and trying to get them changed out of pajamas. Sam called ahead before they arrived and made sure that every thing he had to move in the garage was put exactly back in place - I think he took a photo on his phone to make sure. They work fast, even with loud shouting distractions :)

The electricians were great! Showed up when promised, took less than the estimated time and were professional and friendly. The office replied promptly and scheduled the work on the first call.

Josh D. was very prompt... he arrived before we had finished breakfast. He was very polite and put shoe covers on without prompting as he entered the house. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and in detail before he even started the work. He also gave us some suggestions regarding our electric in the basement as we are planning to have it finished and told us what we needed to have the contractor address to make sure there were no open junctions.

Excellent service! Calling to make an appointment and redeem one of their Angie's List deals was a breeze. The day of the appointment, Sam, the electrician called to say he could come out earlier than our scheduled time. When he arrived he was polite and professional. He advised us that the inspector had actually been incorrect in one of his assessments, but made sure to take care of everything g to meet our buyer's approval. We will most definitely use Craftsman again, and will be sure to request Sam!

Sam and Steve were great. They explained everything, on time, and were not sales people, meaning they did only what needed to be done.

Sam and Steve came out to replace our electrical panel. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional, competent, and good to work with. They were on time, in fact they were a little early. They cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions that we had. We would highly recommend them! They were wonderful!

It didn't go too good. They cut so many holes in the walls running their wires. If I knew they were going to do that, I could have done it myself. I've never heard of anybody cutting as many holes as they did. All I have been doing is patching plaster. The way they did it, there is nothing to attach the plaster to. So it was really pretty annoying. They charged more. It was $400 or $500.

He called a half hour before he came. He showed up on time, found the problem and fixed it immediately.

Curtis showed up this morning almost on time - just a few minutes late - he did call to let me know that he was stuck in traffic - and he went right to work when he got here. He was very professional and courteous. He figured out both of my issues right away (a faulty doorbell and a loose outlet). It took him just under an hour and then he was out the door. I highly recommend the company based on my experience with Curtis. The price is reasonable and the service is outstanding.

The work that was performed was for a rental property that I was rehabbing. I took advantage of an offer listed on Angie's List to help reduce the cost of completing several small projects that I was not comfortable doing myself. Curtis showed up and went to work promptly . I bought an old farmhouse and was concerned about the age of the wiring. I also had a list of small things from my purchase inspection. The electrician did all my small repairs and gave me written estimates on everything I wanted. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He also completed everything I needed within the one hour that I purchased. I will use them for all my electric needs.

The service took two days, but was done well. The only thing I wasn't expecting was the subsequent repair to the drywall. That's to be expected given the nature of the work. Everything was done well!
