Installed two kitchen ceiling lights. Curtis did an excellent job. He had to fish wire through a ceiling joist and two layers of plaster. The job went much better than I expected and the cost was well under budget. I was extremely pleased.

Everything went well. Price was competitive, and quality of work was good. Technician was punctual and friendly.

I was impressed with Craftsman Electric from start to finish. The customer service reps were friendly and helpful, and were able to schedule my appointment quickly. Dallas, the technician, installed two ceiling fans and added a new outlet in about two hours. He did excellent work and left our house spotless. The cost was less than I expected too. I'll definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to others.

They came out three times from December to February and did the lighting in my new house. They did an excellent job with all of the work. The only reason the job took longer is because we had ordered some fixtures and had to wait for them to come in. We provided the fixtures and they did the work. I have used them for the past 10 years and thy consistently do a great job. They also agreed to my request to sent the same technician each time, which I really appreciated!

Excellent service super professional. Right to the point and found the issue and solution really fast. After the fix he did an inspection of the whole panel and tightened all breakers. Really happy with the service. Second time I used craftsman and they are great! They said they will be here at 7 am and they did knock on the door at 7am! That is really great service!

Joe had to enlarge the opening for the new unit and did a good job. He was early, courteous and efficient.

I needed a variety of electrician services ranging from new outlets to light switch repair, bulb replacement, and some fairly difficult tasks requiring diagnostics. The Craftsman technicians arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and solved all of my problems very easily. Their estimate was accurate and I have requested them again for new things that I need. I am completely pleased with their service!

The Apollo technicians did an exemplary job. They were fast, professional, and the work was perfect. Despite it being a challenging install (across my basement, up into my attic, and then down into my garage) they only had to open up a single tiny hole in my garage wall. The install looks great and functions perfectly. I'd gladly hire Apollo again.

We had been without power for 12 hours. Thinking it was the power company. When the power company showed up they indicated it was an electrical issue with the breaker box. I called Craftsman and they sent a man over within 2 hours. I need a box replacement but he got the power back on a temporary hookup until they can schedule the main power line replacement. Josh did quick work of getting the power back on. Not to mention friendly and professional!

Steve did a wonderful job replacing my bathroom lights. He was right on time, very professional and fast, and cleaned up before leaving. I've used Craftsman Electric many times over the years, they always do a wonderful job and I've never had any complaints.

The electrician, Joe, came on time, replaced three light fixtures (bathroom, deck, porch, all provided by me) in about one hour and cleaned up everything, including the old fixtures and the packaging from the new fixtures. He was very courteous and professional. I was very impressed and couldn't be happier with the work done.

Great. The fan needed to be replaced, and with all three fans being over 20 years old, we decided to replace all three. We found the fans we wanted, and Craftsman tech Joe Holt came back to install all three. He is very efficient and experienced, and we greatly appreciate his work.

We used Craftsman for two major projects we had this year and they did an excellent job on both occasions. We've had Steve and Curtis multiple times and they continue to do solid work. Always professional, responsive and punctual even in the heat of summer and cold of winter. We will continue to use them as they're service is bar none.

While the electrician (Curtis) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work as requested, the billing experience was poor - in fact it felt like bait and switch. I claimed a deal on Angie's list ($69 for 1 hour), submitted the address and exact work requirements, received a confirmation email, and called to schedule the service. I scheduled the service, and received 2 confirmation emails from Craftsman - none of which said because I used Angie's list coupon 3 YEARS EARLIER, I could not use again at same address - even though it's my daughter's address and this was a gift. I was not told this was the case until after work was completed. My use of the coupon was in the system - on his tablet....so why wasn't I told this when ordering the service, scheduling the service, or prior to work being completed? Very disappointing. I also found Ashley to be very unprofessional - approaching rude - on the phone....which can be verified by Curtis as it was on speakerphone.

Punctual; checked my satisfaction after each item on the list was tackled; answered questions; made suggestions; no hidden fees; very happy with the work.
