This really did go great, Jason located the problems and made the necessary corrections quickly and effective. Jason was very professional and kept me informed of what the cause of the problems. I have used Craftsman Electric before and will continue to call them for service, I have never had any regrets and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Craftsman and Staff.

Jason Harden came out from Craftsman Electric and did a great job! He got the electrical outlet fixed, sealed the hole and got the outdoor fountain working again (therefore making my wife happy!). Jason was courteous, professional and accommodated my schedule!

Great he was done in less than 20 mins

An electrician came out, and he was prompt and friendly, but basically said sometimes lights dim in homes and there was nothing he could do about it. Later I was told it's probably a problem with the junction box or neutrals, and it's a fixable problem, but the electrician didn't check any of that.

Steven Schott was our service technician. He did a great job. He was prompt and had the job done in less than an hour. Very nice guy. Will use him again if needed.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the professionalism of our Electrician, Steven Schott. He was thorough and explained details clearly - overall a great experience. I have only hired one other Electrician (many years ago and a different company) and can clearly say that Craftsman Electric and their Tech are heads above any previous experience. Definitely a company I would use again and share with neighbors, friends and family.

Excellent. The switch was particularly complicated. The 2 electricians worked quickly and did an amazing job!

Professional job. Steve was on time / knowledgeable and friendly. Used Angie's list coupon so the price was great too.

It went well. The fella seems to have fixed the problem. So far, the result has been all positive. The only negative I can say is that I was not told what the cost would be before the work was done; and after the work was done, he didn't explain the invoice.

I purchased the Angie's List big deal for 1 hour of electrical labor for 69.00. I was contacted by Craftsman Electric promptly, and an appointment was scheduled for the following week. The scheduler asked me details about my project and said that Jason would be out to complete my job. He arrived exactly at my scheduled appointment and got right to work. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked. He never minded me hanging around and asking questions. Jason was patient, and made sure that everything was neat, orderly, and working to my satisfaction before leaving. I LOVE my new fan! It took him a little longer that the 1 hour I had paid for, so it added another 44.00. I would not hesitate to contact this company again with any future electrical needs. I will be requesting Jason!

Service technician, Curtis Denney, came out to my property on time to install 2 ceiling lights and did so expeditiously. Super friendly guy! He provided exceptional service in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend utilizing this company for your electrical needs!

Jason and Jake were very willing to tackle our somewhat unusual request to add an outlet box in a closet so that all of our TV components would be out of sight. They did exactly what we asked and the end result looked great and was very functional. Will use again!

Electrician was professional, and did a great job.

When I called, I talked to the scheduling person and let them know I wanted the following done: Add 2 outlets upstairs Remove an electric line to a light downstairs. Check the water disposal. Provide an estimate to move outlets in conduit to wall cavity. The scheduler gave me a 5 hour timeline for the work, but failed to schedule two electricians. The only work done was the removal of the electric line downstairs, then the electrician said he needed help of another electrician, so he would have to come back. Besides the two outlets, we also added the following for the future: one more outlet upstairs, one outlet in the restroom adding a 3 way switch to the kitchen light. The electrician said that Craftsman Electric would contact me to schedule a new appointment, and as of 6/22/2016, almost a month later, I have not heard from them.

Prompt. Very nice technician. He knew his trade well.

Curtis called ahead and arrived a little earlier than scheduled, so he waited until I returned home. He was very friendly and courteous. He replaced a broken ventilation fan with a new one that I had purchased in a guest bathroom. I asked him to look at two can lights in the basement that only flickered when turned on. He informed me that the dimmer switch on these lights isn't compatible with CFL bulbs, so the dimmer must be turned up all the way in order to work properly. He offered to replace the switch with a CFL-compatible one, but I declined...I'll just keep lights turned up (I hadn't even realized/remembered that they were on a dimmer -- silly me). Curtis completed the job in about one hour, so my Angie's List Big Deal covered the entire job. Next time I have an electrical issue, I will call Craftsman Electric.

Could not have gone better than it did! Our house is 94 years old and needs TLC. Josh provided just that. He gave us the estimate and did the work immediately. He had a great attention to detail, explained everything very well, all work was done efficiently and correctly - and - he has a great sense of humor! I give Craftsman Electric a 5 star out of 5 star rating. Plus Angie's List members get a 10% discount!

Can't say enough about how great these guys were to work with. Sam and Steve went above the call of duty in performing their services, installing some extra recessed lights that I was going to do myself. Sam helped me with getting the appropriate recessed lights, as well as getting the right type of dimmers (the ones I had bought did not dim down far enough), They were super nice, and will definitely get my electrical business in the future.

Electrician had another electrician with him so work done very quickly but didn't charge me for it. Used the coupon I purchased on Angie's list so only paid for parts to replace breakers from the wrong manufacturer.

It was fine. I have had them twice. I bought the heater myself and they installed it and they charged me $200. I thought the quality of the work could have been a little bit better. The workers were good.

It went great!! Curtis came out in Sunday to look at the damage. He analyzed the damage and what it would take to repair. He started that day. He dug down to asses the damage to the wire and started disconnecting the wires. He went and got supplies after he left and said he would be back tomorrow after he got done with his other jobs. Monday came around and we were under the impression that Curtis would be out about 4 after his other jobs. I got a call from him at 1:30 and he said he got done early and was going to head over to start working to try and get things finished up quickly for us. He came over with a second guy so the work would be done to try and get the county inspector over. He was really concerned about trying to get us back in our home as quickly as possible. He finished up by 5 and we had the inspector along with the claims adjuster out the next day. Both of them looked at the work that he did and soda that it was some of the best work they've seen. They both also said that the company has always done good work.

Jason installed the new carriage light in no time flat; also evaluated and resolved issue that we had be experiencing with our GFI receptacle. I am using them again.

Sam and Steve were the best. They work non stop to fix all issues, cleaned up after them selves, made sure that everything was perfect before they left. Sam gave me a list of parts to buy myself to save some money, didn't need them so took them back. True professionals. Highly recommend

Tyler was friendly and courteous. He also double checked to make sure I had the coupon offer by calling the home office , which I did not have in my hand at the time of service. Everything was done well, and it looks good.
