Steven did a great job. Explained everything to me as he progressed through the job. Coming back to install kitchen fixture and new switch plate.

Everything went well. The electrician fixed everything thoroughly, and was very helpful and friendly.

Very happy with the service, but the fixture would not have been what we would have chosen. Just glad to have the situation corrected.

Very well. The wall was too thin. He had to add a piece to the breaker box in order to use the outlet properly. No extra cost added.

Shawn and Tyler did an excellent job installing pendant lights above my kitchen island and above the sink. They listened to me on how I wanted them positioned and it looks just beautiful! They also ran a new wire and put in a new outlet separately for my over the counter microwave. They were professional, courteous, possessed a wide knowledge of electrical work and finished the job perfectly. They also cleaned up after the job was completed to better than it was before they arrived! Don't hesitate to call Craftsman Electric for any electrical needs you may have!! very well, efficient, seem expert in their field

We bought a 1 hour electric service because we bought a new house. My husband went to the new house and the electrician came in and my husband showed him where we'd need possible electrical services. Including the first hour was the deal from Angie's List and he was here for 8 hours. Within 8 and a half hours he reversed the polarity of 2 outlets and covered them. My husband left in the middle of the process and he told him what to do and He left most of the job undone for 8 and a half hours. We had to run circuits from the basement panel to the outlets. We spoke to the company and they told us they would give us a 2 hours discount and we didn't want that. We wanted the job done. They promised to do that job in 8 hours and they knew that job was a 2 guy job and it would take all day. They didn't tell us that. We had to hire another electrician to finish the job.

Serviceman arrived on time and was friendly and willing to help in all the electric areas of my concern.

They are good. I think their receptionist could be improved.

It went fine, they did what we needed to do and they found the reason why it wasn't working, why we were getting tripping in the circuit or whatever up in the bathroom and then they switch a circuit because it was crazy that we built the house something about one like the upstairs bathroom was connected to something in the garage and that didn't make sense so they kind of giggle that around so we had no problem. They did expediently they did what we, they answered our questions and looked into things, that one problem that we had and they fixed the problem,that is the basic problem and they switch something because we thought it was kind of weird the way it was connected. Something in the garage trip the circuit, circuits up here in the master bathroom so he replaced whatever he had to replace in the garage and then I asked him what was the hang up as far as why is that done, we had like a little refrigerator in the garage and what happen was it was accidentally turned off which we didn't know and then of course all the frozen part so then he said I can fix that because if you want me too, because in the garage there is more that can go wrong. He fixed it and I just know that he was pleased.

I would tell a friend they are contentious. It was the first time I had used them.

The company was very responsive, appointment made for a week or so later which was fine. Electricians called and adjusted time to earlier that day since they were available. Overall work done was good. Did not like that a good amount of time billed was spent in their vehicle etc., including getting the vacuum to clean up, getting the final bill, etc. Was a little disappointed given higher pricing, an was expecting a more professional service. Quality of work was good though.

Steven and Shawn did a GREAT job. They reviewed the estimate I had accepted, we talked through some minor changes, they kept me up to speed as the work was being completed and asked me questions about what I wanted(!). When the TV was mounted on the wall, they insisted I test my remote from multiple angles to ensure I was satisfied with my ability to change channels. They were more persnickety about their work than I was! They didn't just complete a "job", they helped me, a customer. That's a big difference. Awesome!

Their price was $440 and it did not include the price of the ceiling fan. To separate the switch they had to drill some holes in the drywall in the ceiling, which is fine, I understood that had to happen. I would like to see them be all inclusive about that. Now I have to have a guy come and fix the drywall. They told me that upfront so that is fine, but it would be helpful and save everybody time if they would offer the service of fixing that drywall after it was done. I would have paid more for that because I am going to have to pay more anyway. There was one guy who was a half hour late. They were waiting for the other guy so he showed up even later than that; it was probably about an hour late. The guy told me he could wait for the other guy or come in and get started and I told him to come in and get started. The whole thing was supposed to start at 12:30 and be done by 2:30. They did not probably start until a little after one and they were not finished until after four. It kind of took up a bigger chunk of the day than I preferred.

Technician was very thorough, professional and courteous. I'd give Craftsmen high marks & definitely use them again.

We initially called Craftsman Electric to have them look at some bathroom light and outside light that were not functioning. Shawn came out to do the work. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He was prompt and courteous and he got the job done. We asked him for an estimate on installing a bedroom ceiling light and installing an outlet for a kitchen microwave. We were happy with his initial work so we called Craftsman Electric again to perform this work. We were able to schedule the work the following week. Shawn and Steve came out and did a great job on the installation. We will call them again for our next electrical job!

The workers were punctual and professional. In all, they were very good.

Technician said front porch light motion sensor was defective. He said I could get a new light or he could by-pass the motion sensor and change the light to an on/off light with the switch. We went with the latter. The back porch light, he discovered, was attached to the light switch. He attached the wiring so I could turn off the motion-sensor light if need be. The roof security light had no switch, so he gave several options for what could be done to be able to turn it on and off, or just remove it. I am considering all those options. He diagnosed quickly, made repairs quickly, and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

It was simply incredible. Steve was able to explain to me what was originally in place and then correct as well as augment and update the spaces on my lower level.
