Description of Work: Hung new light in the entry way. When I called to book my $69 offer they said they would send 2 people. They did not say I would be charged for the 2nd person. AND I was charged for the rental of the ladder they used. I was not informed about this in advance either. I figured that they were in a business that would have their own ladders. Both workmen were very nice and did a good job. But I paid 223 for a job I thought was getting done for 69.

Description of Work: I am out of town taking care of a trust property in Cincinnati. It was amazingly easy to set up an appointment for the company to come out to the property and up date the electricity from an old fuse box to a brand new breaker box. Sam the electrician called and we were in constant contact while the work was being accomplished. Description of Work: They installed ceiling fans with lights in three bedrooms, which including running the electric through tight attic spaces, putting ceiling mounts in each bedroom and using existing switches in the walls. This house was built in the 60's. Arrived on time, the job took longer (was more complex than most), but they did not charge extra for the additional work. We're very satisfied with the results, having light and ceiling fans in all bedrooms?
