Description of Work: Father's car needed a small adjustment, was not shifting correctly. Nothing major and the repair did not take long to complete. My father was retired at the time and because he was a Navy veteran (wearing a hat designating this), the service was provided at no charge. Good people!

Description of Work: When I moved to Ohio a decade ago, I was lucky enough to find Mike & Nick at Cottman's. They are the epitome of professional providers. They always do the best work, whether it's transmission or mechanical, and stay within their estimate. They also treat everyone equally, not talking down to women or men who are not mechanically inclined. I cannot recommend them highly enough as they should be the standard by which all mechanics are judged.

Description of Work: I went to get a transmission checked. It was OK however in the process of doing the inspection they damaged part of the underside plastic which I would probably not have not noticed. They informed me of the problem, instructed me to get it repaired and bring the bill. I got it repaired, brought in the bill and it was paid. No questions regarding the amount. |This not address work done but does address their integrity -telling me the transmission did not need work and paying for the repair with no questions asked.
